Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

HWC has been my top shop for a year and a half now. i do 95% of my shopping here and i have NEVER been disappointed. picked up some GDP Distillate (Vapen Clear) to make into some homemade hard candies. got 20 50mg hard candies for the price of 6 from flourish. Bought one of theirs for comparison. i love vapen clear is easy to make ANY edible without it trading like weed. i love being able to vape it, eat it, cook with it, use it as a topical, the possibilities are endless. Try it if you haven't!

I had a really bad experience at there vapen party. I have never been treated so poorly for no reason. working in the industry I expected a lot more. I will never use or support the product again.

BEST DISPENSARY IN AZ!! The flowers are always top shelf! Ogs are super proper and and straight fire! That goes for donna, bubbasky, ghost, Phoenix, and the fantastic hybrid girl scout cookies (og kush X Durban poison X Cherry Pie) NO ONE in the valley has constant highly effective medication. Not to mention they have the best concentrates in the valley, including having a better version of clear concentrate that will leave you twisted! (90% THC) I love you guys herbal wellness center! You're only dispensary in AZ!

absolutely love going to this place! I've had my card for about 4 years and it is the best quality I've looked at in Phoenix! and I've gone to many places, as far out as 135th ave an bell to cavecreek and 101. the flowers are beautiful, danky, big buds, Smell is incredible, smokes incredible tastes amazing! always full of hairs, triches sticky sticky I stopped going anywhere else just so I can fully invest my medicinal money funds here! got the membership and really excited to be coming back every time. the quality of the concentrates is off the chart as well. I feel like it is my first time smoking again, every time/strain is an amazing new experience. to top it off the customer service is incredible. the budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and I've been helped but pretty much all of them! really the drive or journey of a drive I take is so worth it I don't mind in the slightest! I love this place, I guarantee if you come here and try it you will be pleasantly surprised and very happy with the whole experience. love this place and the staff! you guys are amazing thanks for opening your doors and really caring about having quality meds in every option. PS 1st time buyer special is off the chart! free 8th with purchase! if you don't try this place out I pity you! really.. you will be mad at yourself if you don't come out and see for yourself!

They were very helpful and friendly. Great selection for an AZ location, I would definitely recommend them. Cool deals and specials, they need a few more locations around the valley.

I am a fist time patient the waiting area was clean and the waiting patients were polite and the receptionist was friendly there was about a 5 min wait including the completion of a simple form upon entering the pharmacy I was enthusiastically greeted with a firm handshake and a kindly smile my care taker Roman was quite knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation I was even gifted a free gram as Roman expressed his congratulations to me for aquiring a new house not to mention the buy 2 get 1 free special of in my opinion the best flowers in the county and payment was made easy as there was an atm accessible within the pharmacy this is now my favorite despensory and i will become a regular as the selection is spectacular and the service impeccable ;)

I enjoy going to this dispensary because everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had several questions and the attendant had all the answers. I live in Goodyear but travel out to them because of the experience. Love them!

easily one of my favorite dispensaries. I drive close to 15 miles out of my way to pick up from this location, and the customer service is superb and close to unmatched imo

This is my favorite dispensary I come here from Ahwatukee every week they always have high quality product great deals and great service but today 5/3/2019 I put in an online order and had to wait a lot longer than normal I watched people come in get seen and leave before me so that wasn’t great and the shatter I ordered was like crumbly sugar wax in a cellophane . This was a disappointing visit I’ll still be back but c’mon y’all !

I used to really really like this place. but lately ESPECIALLY since this virus bs y'all have been nothing but a disappointment. I get every one is on edge but as a company if you have customers you should most definitely consider keeping the crowds contained. I'm not sure I'll even return considering the fact your staff does nothing when it comes to customers that clearly have no people skills.... even if they are threatening another customer physically. it's sad. why would I want to return to a place that doesn't even care about a patient's safety and/or well being while on your property??? 🤷‍♀️ 🤷‍♀️ just saying losing one customer may not impact this business at first but consider losing that one customer more and more and more. . . with a staff that doesn't care to even make sure of a patients well being after being involved with ANY kind of altercation on your property is disgusting...... not to mention how horrible the customer service obviously was. well, hopefully none of your other customers have to experience what I have these last few times. and I'm almost positive no one will even make an attempt to reach out STILL. 💯 *SMH*
