everyone on here raved about this place and i’m super disappointed. i used my ftp deal on flower and it was so dry. even on display it looks dry, i should have walked out, and i regret that i didn’t. waste of my money. i do NOT recommend.

First time visiting... so far shitty service! I was the only patient waiting to be checked in. Filled out my paperwork and got pushed back four other patients because the papers were handed to the guy in a unorganized mess! Hopefully the flowers make up for my discouraged time waiting.

I started coming here a few months ago and hit members pricing pretty fast. It became my number one spot. Out of nowhere the price changed. I was getting an 1/8 of King Louis for $46 with tax now about $51 and the quarter is up to 90 something. This is showing me it's money now.

This place keeps blowing me away with the quality of flower they grow. Any HWC grown MJ is hands down the best in town. Angel is awesome running the bud line like a pro. He is always fast, friendly and accurate. I love this place!

Fire products but some of the staff have been a lil sketchy this year! I keep getting bs on my order they’ll say they’re me one thing and I go home its another. Been going here for 3yeats and the last two months have been hit or miss. Step up your budtenders!!

Every time I call the receptionist always has an excuse for something “system is down” or whatever n when I do show up it’s the complete opposite of what I was told over the phone management needs to get these air headed ppl away from the phones or have them tell the correct information

First time visit, I like that the staff seems genuinely interested & concerned for their patients/customers health needs. I felt very comfortable & I'm definitely going back.

I remember when this dispensary had good quality vapen batter not all this cheap stuff made with all third party flower stains 🤮

Everybody's kool. The atmosphere is always chill with a different vibe which is a nice complement to my high. The young cute bud tender that helped me this am was very nice. Great Bud...Great Customer Service...Great dispensary!!!

I disliked ordering online because I ended up waiting for 25-minutes. I waited an additional five minutes, before one of the bud tenders escorts a walk-in that arrived after me to the back in which the patient ordered before me. A very disrespectful experience to say the least.

hwc has the best bud hands down.. the snake eyes is 🙌🏻🙌🏻💚 & the bud tenders are great. howeverrrr, im sitting here waiting for my pickup order, in a room full of lots of people & during corona 😖 then this cute lil old man starts to get upset & catches an attitude with the staff because he’s been waiting forever and raises the point, why say my order is ready for pick up, when I can’t pick it up without having to wait for a long ass time.. seriously though, in comparison, curaleaf says your order is ready for pickup, you go to the window, they find your order in the bunch and you pay right then and there. none of this extra long wait times lol and having all of these people in a small room is all bad, especially right now. I love the bud but I hate the slow wait times for sure.

great quality flower and wax. The wait time is just crazy, so far 30 minutes and there's at least 12 people still infront of me.

Hey an amazing time there the wait was well worth it and the deals are the best in town. The employees are great especially Chris he helped me out and showed me everything I didn’t know I needed

this is one of my Favorite dispensaries in Phoenix ,they have amazing flower at decent prices definitely great meds and great friendly budtenders

this location has been pretty decent to visit, friendly staff and all. however, my last visit I asked for king Louis (the stickers they put in the bag read king louis) however the half purchased showed Jack herer on the containers. asked for a straight indica received a sativa. they were busy, but this should not happen.

when its busy its like the people in the front have attitudes when you ask how much longer you have to wait even if you have been waiting for an hour there customer service SUCKS !!!!

Terrible!! Just terrible. Once I understand, but three time that you skip me in line when it’s really not that packed. How you forget to put me on the list when I’m right in front of you checking in.

Izaac went above and beyond in making the experience a great one. After waiting in line, he was very helpful and friendly! Happy with the vapen quality, and the overall experience!

I been coming here since they first opened. Seems like they don’t have the same original grower. The flower all taste the same and smells the same due to whatever there using to grow it. They have really lost there touch and it’s been disappointing to see a spot you start with not operate the same with the fire buds they used to have. I don’t know why happened to this place. People that don’t know the history would think they have fire but the real customers who been going here from the beginning can notice the change and it sucks bcuz we been rocking with this place. Tru Med is where you wanna go for the real deal kush.

People are great place is great but the bud is shit use to be better back in the days hits weak not strong no more texture not the same looks like grown to fast with chemicals gives me a headache smoking it now miss the old herbel when black mamba and bubba cookies was there STEP YOUR GAME UP

I came her on a Saturday morning as a first time patient. I purchased the 1/2 ounce on special for $79 I believe. Anyhow the Budtender, who appeared extremely new, confuses the hell out of me! She told me I wasn’t eligible for the first time special because the flower was already on sale. She even double checked with someone else equally confused, which left me confused. To top it off they didn’t have all of the item I requested. So because you’re having a sale, how does that rescind the first time special?! Lol. They had an alright selection...but I will NEVER EVER go here again.

I didn’t like the fact that an employee got an attitude because I asked s question. She should not work in customer service if she don’t wanna help people. Other then today I’ve had good service. And good product
