From walking in the door all the way to leaving, everyone I encountered had a great attitude and was very friendly. Ana did a great job helping me through their selection and was great getting me informed on their rewards program and benefits. I will come back here just for the atmosphere! Great experience

I like the location. I like the people in there. I didn’t have any issues with edibles or cartridges from there. Prices are good. No dislikes. Have been there once. Flower was also good.

Just stopped in for my first time at any HWC. I’ve had my card here in AZ since 2012 which has resulted in many visits to different dispensaries throughout the valley. I am so so impressed here. It’s new and clean and beautiful yes, but the staff and product are what really blew me away. Matt was my bud tender and not only was he incredibly personable and knowledgeable, but he acted like he wanted to be there & he wanted to help me find what I was looking for. I really appreciated his upbeat personality and detailed answers to all of my questions. He gave me a tour and I’m also so impressed with the layout of this place. It’s so well thought out. The price and product here fit anyone’s needs and budget. Highly recommend. I’m a new loyal customer and excited to return.

This place was great! Very busy; Friday night. I was able to order my product online, show up and went right up to the window and received my product with no problem!! Will shop here again for sure!

Great service.. although I got the Cherry Kush RHO from this Location and it is tan brown.. (it is always white ) Just last week I purchased the same strain from the west Phoenix location and it was literally WHITE... like how it always is. Honestly feel scammed

Allison was very thorough in introducing me to the store and what it had to offer. It was also my first time in a dispensary. It was a very pleasant experience EXCEPT... it is SO LOUD in the showroom that you can't hear. It actually hurts. It's all marble and hard surfaces. Some soft upholstered furniture and foam sound cancelling foam in the ceiling (like recording studios) is desperately needed. This insanely loud sounding showroom is the only thing that would make me not want to return to this location.

So coming here i was expecting great things. their central phoenix location is awesome including the people and the product. coming here it started off well but after going to the back i was made extremely uncomfortable by the guy at reception. everytime i would look over i would catch him looking through the window behind him at me. my roommate who was buying at a different station also noticed it. i expect a lot from dispensary workers as this is a place to pick up medication. i would be wary coming here if you’re a woman. my budtender was great tho and the security guard was very nice. i just hope there can be some educational training on how to act when you’re at work.
