what's the point of having pickup orders if you have to wait in line with people going into the store to order?

I just got a really skimpy, bag of flower here. Im usually really happy but they pulled a bullshit fast one on me. they put a smaller than popcorn bud bag of wedding cake into my pick up bag. you try to trust the facilities to take care of you. this is a terrible use of my time and money. I feel ripped off tonight. this is basically a dried bag of shake.i love this strain, I was pumped to get a 7g at a good price. description said nothing about it being such poor quality. really let down

They got rid of their 15$ mpx cartridges, makes me frustrated to think they boosted up their prices to 32$ on the cartridges. They knocked them down to 15$ to clear out what they had and raised the price back up which is stupid. It's all gimics. I loved this place and when they did that I kind of lost faith in the business.

on Thursday the daily deal is spend 100 get 25 off I spent 150 and paid 150. didn't get the discount on what I spent

LOVE THE PEOPLE!! I am fairly new to all this and have tried a few other dispensaries and since I tried HEALTH FOR LIFE I haven’t been anywhere else! I enjoy the fact that each time I have been here, and I’ve had different people help me each time, they all take the time to make sure I have the information I need to answer any questions I have. And they’re quick to make a good recommendation.

I just got stiffed on my refer friend pre-rolls. Couple weeks ago I walked in two individuals. And the bud tender is the one who told me there was a prerolled coming . They didn’t have any pre-rolls that day or only had like one or two left. So I asked him can I get it the next time I come in he said sure. So I’m kind of down in the money right now and remember that hey I have pre-rolls with this place. So I go in today. Guess what? There is no pre-rolls for me. Imagine that. Two people I referred to that place. Two people I walk into the building with. Yet nothing is tied to me nothing shows I have any approvals. And why is it I always get the same bud tender tall guy Jim or John or something like that. Only got two different bud tenders while I was there. Not even sure if I’m even going to step foot back in the place. It hit me when I was down hill for life, I don’t like that.

Love this place!

Stopped in for some HIGH GRADE flower and what a disappointment. Dried out raspy tasting garbage. Shame on High Grade, total low grade flower not worth the price. Worst I’ve had so far.

Quality of merchandise could be better

Been going here 3 years. Most of the time, its fabulous. Service , selection and price are always above the standard. Recommend screening people a lil better as tweekers are hard to be around

I normally shop at the McDowell location, I went here randomly one night and was going to get $100/oz but at checkout my allotment was too low. No worries, but the bud tender I had was really too aggressive with the sales of it she continued to attempt to direct my purchase for this other deal or that other promotion and was just fast talking me telling me to also add this and this cuz with "promos" I'll be spending the same amount of money, I declined and explained that it would not be the same amount of money and she started to argue with me about it and her already elementary customer service, got worse. At checkout, turns out she was incorrect about the totals and she took the extra stuff off of course. Not only was the experience terrible because I was being over loaded with sales pitches, but her information was incorrect. H4L is amazing and I'll always shop at McDowell it's closer to my home, I don't see any reason to go to crismon but I'm not boycotting it or anything, just an isolated experience I'm sure, but I won't be disappointed to never go there again either.

how dare this place when I come in and drive from Tempe 2 East Mesa the purchase medicine and they tell me that they have banded me from using this establishment because of a misunderstanding due to a birth day pre-roll which nothing was mentioned to me at that time and the person that had the last time I was here the person that was here was extremely rude to me and I don't know if that was the August or not but I was going to complain on them and I never did and that person was extremely rude to me and then they put in a thing refusing me to come here for services okay don't go to crismon . they it suck.

This space is always on top of everything, i always feel welcome and the choices are quality and I appreciate everyone there.

My orders seem to always get missed. I come in for the faster service by ordering ahead and I’m the last person to leave. I am thinking of going to another dispensary or having it delivered I am tired of spending a half an hour to an hour in the supposed fast lane.

Usually has the best selection of flower for health for life locations, but the bud tenders are clueless and offer little to no knowledge of the product/strains. Would not recommend for anyone who has a question on what they are buying. I asked “Who is the grower?” Was told “I don’t know” while he rolled his eyes. 0/10

The Health For Life at Crismon has really kind guys and girls working there. General manager Matt and manager Stephanie helped me out on a minor issue regarding some herb. I was blown away with how loyal they were to me, a long-time customer. They definitely stand out among the other H4L locations too as having the best service and most down-to-earth bud tenders. Check em out next time you need herb and want to be treated right. Peace. K

Apparently “online orders” are equal to standing in line and signing in. You still have to wait a while after you receive your “order ready” text …. So be prepared to still wait

Noooow I remember why I stopped shopping @ H4L Crismon. They sell the oldest, driest flower I’ve ever purchased. 4- 1/8s for $90 and it’s not worth smoking. I won’t be back! 😣👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The girl working the front desk today is so rude. Stood there for 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. she never offered a pleasant greeting or even just hello. and she made it seem as if the encounter was a burden to her. I don't even want to go back up there to get her name because she is busy flirting with the guy sitting at the door.

If you're looking for top quality medicine that doesn't break your bank, this is your dispensary. Not only that, the kind professionals that work here have made substantial impacts on my days. Hunter, Angelica, Autumn, Juan, they are all incredibly kind and helpful humans who want you to have a QUALITY product with an even better service. thank you for always going above and beyond, you truly are great people.

I was not told about the sale for happy hr. And when i saw someone getting it as i was checking out I decided i wanted the sale too and was told i has to check back in. And there would be 6 ppl ahead of me. The workers have a attitude when they dont see a tip. And charged for bags even if you been here so many times
