The dispensary is alright but the online menu ( the only way to order online ) is absolutely terrible. For the last 3 weeks there has only been 10 products available or nothing at all. Whoever is in charge of your online menus needs to be fired. If you can't input simple information you are too mentally incompetent for the job. I have worked in this industry for 10 years and 3rd party doesn't tell you crap. GG#4 that is grown by abundant organics is infinitely better than GG#4 that is grown by Cresco or Tierra Grow. Those 2 grows have terrible quality and from the people in the know have mold in their products ( mold is systemic so just because you can't see doesn't mean it's not there ) 75% of the products show no test results ( required by the state ) Get it together guys!

I love this place. Quality is always 🔥 here. Great deals and great customer service. I say it every time Kenny is great, you tell him what you're looking for and he knows what to suggest. Everyone else I have encountered is wonderful as well. They all make you feel welcomed here. This is the best dispensary to me when you can have all of that!

This is my go-to store. With that said, beware of poorly worded 'deals' that can be a surprise at checkout. For rxample, "buy two cartridges and get a third for a penny." Except... there are some brands that this does not apply to and that fact is NOT stated on their online menu/order website. Overall a good clean store with knowledgeable staff.

I will absolutely admit that most the time their product is good, and their prices are hard to beat. But their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. And I know I'm not the only one. And I know this isn't the only review that says this. They seriously need to do something about their security guards, and the people that are at the front window and on the phones. Absolute worst place don't shop here they will treat you like shit.

It's always fast and easy. There's never a long wait even when the line is long. If you do online orders it's so fast. And their prices are always unbelievable. A little bit farther from where I live but totally worth the drive. I highly recommend them to everybody I give them five stars all the way across the board.

:( I used to shop here when I first got my card (2019) but they have completely changed!?! So I haven’t shopped here in awhile and placed an order yesterday wanting to give some business- took over two hours to receive a message sayings my order was ready, went there and was told I had to sign in and wait.. waited an hour and a half and the outside service we just appalling, From customers and staff. Extremely disappointing and that will be the last time I visit there. While I was waiting in the parking lot I called Nirvana (where I usually go) and placed an order there and was able about to get everything from there within 45 minutes 👍🏻
