My first time visit here was a breeze. Can't wait to see what it looks like inside lol.

This is my favorite place. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and great “heavy” deals!

Me and my brother went out to health for life white marsh for the bogo half off first timer discount. Service was pretty off-putting. Felt like they just put us off to the side. It was like we were an inconvenience even tho it was the first time either of us had ever been. It’s not hard to tell when your not wanted lol. My brother didn’t even get anything. For sure my last visit, unless they get something undeniably exclusive.

Second time now I've put in a preorder and it not be honored. U would think when u put it in it would automatically be saved for you. That's clearly not the case. First time, I'm told to head in, only to be told when I got there my order would be incomplete. Second time, I order 10mins after opening, 3hrs goes by, "almost time to head in", grab my keys to leave..... "order canceled, out of stock". I call and ask what's up and I'm told "sorry but we ran out before we could fill your order." Tf??? I'm not gonna argue, So I settle for some star 91 and it's the worst tasting, unsmokable stuff I've ever had. I'm done. Won't be back.

Even when crowded they work quickly to get to people asap, while still answering any questions people might have.

This was my first trip to a dispensary, ever. The staff, specifically Janine made me feel right at home and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into an enjoyable and educational one.

Been coming to this location for about a month now and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They always have my Leafly orders ready to go. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

With a sad heart I have to bid farewell to this location. not because of the budtenders who are nice but because HFL decided to phase out there loyalty program and then screwed over those that missed the memos. To explain, evidently they've been phazing out their current loyalty program for another type. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting their emails and yes while they have a sign up in the stores anyone with a massive processing disorder can tell you that bunches of little signs with little print doesn't always process and even though i have called to inquire about my points within the phaze out period, because I was saving them for a top shelf ounce. they never mentioned the phase out at the time of the call. I fully acknowledge my part.  But... even though I had a few thousand points and was so very close to the goal (only a few hundred left, which the way I buy wouldn't have been long at all).instead of allowing me to spend it on good pot. I was phased out to a bag full of crappy dried out weak prerolls.  not honoring loyalty right up to the end of a points program is a choice they decided to make. treating a damned good customer who is always super nice and polite and tips fabulously. (they've never gotten less then 20% from me even on very very big orders even though it cost me dearly to do so , because not tipping proper is something only assholes practice)  HFL decided that the better way was to say well.. we had signs up. well.. my money missed that sign hon and will be going elsewhere and while i know Im only one person and they obviously don't mind losing me or they would have made better choices.  I'm gone. there are better places with better prices and better points programs and many many many discounts and I work too damned hard for.my money to be phazed down to garbage. HFL. merely had me for this long because within walking distance.  choose carefully fellow pot friends. if they will do this once they will do it again. 

I'm 30 days in with my card and I've visited 4 other dispensaries in town, hands down this is the best environment to shop in to welcome you into this new world. EVERYONE, from the greeter, security all those in the back are NICE, pleasant and sooo welcoming!! Regardless where I live I will always travel here for my medication.

The facility is clean and inviting; the staff is always very helpful and pleasant. I have recommended this shop to others and will continue to do so!!

Have been exploring different places lately and HFL was great. The wait was pretty short despite several other patients in front of me. Got the best medicine from them today from any other dispensary I have been to yet! The budtender was very patient and took her time and gladly showed me all that I asked for (probably looked at 15 strains)... Plus it happened to be 7/10 so the MPX shatter deal along with the new patient special of BOGO 8th, and free happy hour pre-roll (2 .5g joints lemon skunk), I left very satisfied. Thanks for the quality in all forms!

After having my card for a month I’ve only gone to one other dispensary. I know I can always count on HFL to have what I need whether it be a order through Weedmaps, Leafly, or a walk in. Came in a hour before closing and was warmly greeted and helped.

Have been using this location since they opened bout a year ago. Business has incresed greatly but their staff has not. In fact, it appears they have even less staff then when they started. Less greeters, less sales personnel. Waits are entirely too long. Come on -- You are raking in the dough. Stop being greedy! Hire more people already. Will be moving to a dispensary who treats their employees better and don't make the patients wait.

I think HFL is handling the shut down well. Always polite & helpful
