With a sad heart I have to bid farewell to this location. not because of the budtenders who are nice but because HFL decided to phase out there loyalty program and then screwed over those that missed the memos.
To explain, evidently they've been phazing out their current loyalty program for another type. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting their emails and yes while they have a sign up in the stores anyone with a massive processing disorder can tell you that bunches of little signs with little print doesn't always process and even though i have called to inquire about my points within the phaze out period, because I was saving them for a top shelf ounce. they never mentioned the phase out at the time of the call. I fully acknowledge my part.
But... even though I had a few thousand points and was so very close to the goal (only a few hundred left, which the way I buy wouldn't have been long at all).instead of allowing me to spend it on good pot. I was phased out to a bag full of crappy dried out weak prerolls. not honoring loyalty right up to the end of a points program is a choice they decided to make. treating a damned good customer who is always super nice and polite and tips fabulously. (they've never gotten less then 20% from me even on very very big orders even though it cost me dearly to do so , because not tipping proper is something only assholes practice) HFL decided that the better way was to say well.. we had signs up.
well.. my money missed that sign hon and will be going elsewhere and while i know Im only one person and they obviously don't mind losing me or they would have made better choices.
I'm gone.
there are better places with better prices and better points programs and many many many discounts and I work too damned hard for.my money to be phazed down to garbage. HFL. merely had me for this long because within walking distance.
choose carefully fellow pot friends. if they will do this once they will do it again.
