Zen Leaf - Cincinnati (Medical)

Do not buy the garlic cookies! It’s 55 dollars for 3 g of shake. I will never come back to this place. You can get better products for almost half the price at the other dispensaries.

Every time I go to this location they have no idea what’s going on. Usually they can’t even figure how many days I have. Today the man said I have 40 days and I informed him I only really have two days. So then he sells me a product that exceeded my two days. He refunded me some of my money and told me he could not refund all of my money. This is stealing and I will let the state know. This is a cash only operation. So was my old dealer. This is a ghetto store and way overpriced

I didn't like the fact that i had an online order scheduled for pickup between 11:00-11:30. I arrived at 10:55 and had to wait in a line of 12 people. Once inside I stated i had an online order and sat down. i continuously saw people that were behind me in line, without online orders being called before me. I wasn't the only one this was happening to, other people voiced their opinions of the lack of organization. Once in back, Candice was very rude and raissing her voice. She also threatened to not sell my meds to me(veteran) if I didn't stop complaining about the poor service. She said she didn't have control over the orders SHE pulled to fill, DUH! Never had such a bad experience until Candice. The lady at the front desk needs to learn to tell time, also.

This was my first visit to Have a Heart. The staff and the PCA's were very knowledgeable and professional. Christine and Paul took their time with me to make sure I understood the products. They seem to really "Have a Heart". Thank you.

Horrible business the staff are rude everything is priced higher here than about wellness not to mention placing online orders and still having to wait in line. Bottom line is our medication is too overpriced to put up with the horrible service here I highly recommend driving to about wellness I had a online order and have been waiting an hour

this place has the fewest amount of 27% or better thc content on the menu of the 3 dispensary's locally And the highest prices They need to get better

I have been to all of the Cincinnati area dispensaries. Have-a-Heart Cincy is by far my favorite. Large open waiting room, open back room with lots of glass display cases. Friendly staff, great selection.

I always have a wonderful experience shopping here, and frankly I don't care to go back to verilife again. The associates that help you are extremely knowledgeable, personable and just genuinely interested in helping you. My last visit with Lindon was probably the most lucrative! Every thing he suggested for my chronic pain and digestive issues were spot on! There's nothing about this establishment I'd change. Keep up the great work!

I recently relocated from California to Ohio. After receiving my Ohio medical marijuana card I began looking for a close dispensary. I called several and I was shocked that either no one answered their phone or they were rude when I was able to speak with someone. I have been to a lot of dispensaries in California and have a good idea of they work. Lucky for me I finally found Have A Heart Cincy and I must say they are AMAZING! The atmosphere was inviting, prices fair, product excellent and every staff member was nice amd seemed to really want to help. Especially David! What a wonderful guy!! Knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Keep up the great work David. Have A Heart Cincy is definitely my dispensary of choice. No need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

I had my first visit back in March/April of 2020. Like most, I was coming into this process completely unacquainted with everything that was presented before me. Upon walking in, you are greeted with a calming and friendly serenity that is effortlessly extended throughout the staff. On my first visit, David truly took the time to dissect each question I had presented him with and left me feeling confident with enough knowledge to want to return. My visits after only continued to excel with a personal touch. I highly recommend taking the time once, to personally wait to be assisted by J.R. Like 90's era M.J., he kept me on my toes with anticipation to learn about what things he could help enlighten me on to take better care of myself. Not only is he one of the most intellectual people in his craft, but he also has an irresistible energy that invites you back into to personally meet with him so he can help you learn how to take the best care of yourself. Time after time I am rendered speechless by the passion that comes from his help. Like all G.O.A.T.S, he is supported by an exceptionally welcoming, kind, funny, and loving staff. Undoubtedly worth a visit.

If you have time to kill come here! They take forever and on top of that if you have an online order they will call you back first no matter how long someone sits in the waiting room. they have no order of operation other then just pick out a card and call them back. 30 min wait it says I waited almost an hour never was called back, i ask for my id back and she throws it though the window hole. front desk is a joke lol. but the people in the back are killing it and they need a raise to deal with front desk people.
