Zen Leaf - Cincinnati (Medical)

I recently relocated from California to Ohio. After receiving my Ohio medical marijuana card I began looking for a close dispensary. I called several and I was shocked that either no one answered their phone or they were rude when I was able to speak with someone. I have been to a lot of dispensaries in California and have a good idea of they work. Lucky for me I finally found Have A Heart Cincy and I must say they are AMAZING! The atmosphere was inviting, prices fair, product excellent and every staff member was nice amd seemed to really want to help. Especially David! What a wonderful guy!! Knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Keep up the great work David. Have A Heart Cincy is definitely my dispensary of choice. No need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

I think the employees are very knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful, at least that has been my experience. I have been comin since 4/21. My biggest issues however are the prices and everytime I want to reorder the same product, they never have it.

What more you can you about the biggest dispensary in Ohio? Great ambience and music, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the selection of product is bar-none. Christine and Paul were awesome budtenders for me for two my visits. Fantastic place!

I always have a wonderful experience shopping here, and frankly I don't care to go back to verilife again. The associates that help you are extremely knowledgeable, personable and just genuinely interested in helping you. My last visit with Lindon was probably the most lucrative! Every thing he suggested for my chronic pain and digestive issues were spot on! There's nothing about this establishment I'd change. Keep up the great work!

The best dispensary I’ve been to in Ohio so far. Better service, price, and overall knowledge than Verilife. Paul was awesome! Will definitely be back.

The prices could be lower.

This is the first dispenserary that I have been to and is by far the best. I live in Middletown but will drive by other places in order to come back here. Very generous to veterans which is much appreciated. Staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Entire place is very clean and there is no pressure to buy anything. Answered all my questions and made me a repeat customer.

This is by far the biggest and nicest dispensary in Ohio! Every employee is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products!

They have a large selection and the employees are very knowledgeable about their products. JR was very helpful with all my questions and also very friendly so I can ask for much more!

I see JR almost every single day and he is the sweetest! even with the mask, you can tell he's smiling. I love the energy in this place. they actually care about their customers and get to know them. I'll be back soon!

I didn't like the fact that i had an online order scheduled for pickup between 11:00-11:30. I arrived at 10:55 and had to wait in a line of 12 people. Once inside I stated i had an online order and sat down. i continuously saw people that were behind me in line, without online orders being called before me. I wasn't the only one this was happening to, other people voiced their opinions of the lack of organization. Once in back, Candice was very rude and raissing her voice. She also threatened to not sell my meds to me(veteran) if I didn't stop complaining about the poor service. She said she didn't have control over the orders SHE pulled to fill, DUH! Never had such a bad experience until Candice. The lady at the front desk needs to learn to tell time, also.

Horrible business the staff are rude everything is priced higher here than about wellness not to mention placing online orders and still having to wait in line. Bottom line is our medication is too overpriced to put up with the horrible service here I highly recommend driving to about wellness I had a online order and have been waiting an hour

My very first experience as a cannabis customer was such a positive and enlightening one! This was made so by both the first class excellence of the dispensary itself and by the dedicated personable service of the PCA. The dispensary itself is like the Apple store: clean; spacious; functional and informative. The displays are well-lit with great visibility to view the products. David was our PCA and he made an intimidating venture into an educational and uplifting adventure. He was so knowledgeable, personable and professional. His recommendations resulted in purchases that are solving the issues we came in for. He really knows his stuff and is able to explain things in easy to understand ways. And he was so cheerful and fun to talk with. I live within a mile of 2 other dispensaries but Have a Heart Cincy is the best choice.

What I like about this dispensery is they are usually quick and efficient.

If you have time to kill come here! They take forever and on top of that if you have an online order they will call you back first no matter how long someone sits in the waiting room. they have no order of operation other then just pick out a card and call them back. 30 min wait it says I waited almost an hour never was called back, i ask for my id back and she throws it though the window hole. front desk is a joke lol. but the people in the back are killing it and they need a raise to deal with front desk people.
