The largest Medical Marijuana Dispensery in the State of Ohio! Very knowledgeable staff and wide selection. I will definitely be frequenting this location often.

I called today January 10th 2020. This is their first day open. Another reviews are fake before then. This is why this page sucks. check out bearohioweed on insta for a real professional review. I am doing it for the love amd for free. I will be making sure there's actual accurate information regarding the history of these strains

The young lady that served me had No knowledge of the products. I would ask a question and each time she didn't know, saying i think that will work for you. I left with products that was not useful for me. Also the prices there are ridiculous compared to the others. I will only return if the prices come down or the other dispensaries run out of product

I was supposed to get the SSDI or Indigent discount but they would not give it to me. I went to Verilife and About Wellness dispensaries and I got it. I have been going to dispensaries for 10 months now receiving the discount. Not sure why they would not. Prices were higher than Verilife and About Wellness also.

Their prices are outrageous! Never seen prices this high!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've used 'Have a Heart' (now Zenleaf) EXCLUSIVELY for my prescription for the last full year. At the beginning of the pandemic they were a godsend for our immune-compromised home because they allowed me to do curbside pickup of my meds. Today, however, I waited in the parking lot calling the dispensary for my order for a full hour before I got through to someone who hassled me about not being able to come inside. They eventually sent someone out for my id and medical card. Meanwhile the woman in the car next to me seemed to have no problem getting her curbside order while I was waiting. Another FIFTY MINUTES went by before someone came out to tell me to COME INSIDE to pick up my prescription. When I told them I could not do that, they brought me my ID and medical card out and told me tough luck. TWO HOURS of my day wasted on this trash company. They have no mask requirement for their employees, no mask requirement for the customers, and no curbside pickup (unless maybe you know somebody who works there?). Absolute joke of a medical dispensary and I'll be sharing my experience very publicly.

I liked the Aesthetics of the dispensary. It was clean and I only waited ~8 minutes to go back as a new patient. I believe it was Paul that helped me and he did a good job. The thing is that I wouldn’t go to a dispensary because I want to like the way it looks or because I liked the customer service, I go to a dispensary because I want top notch product. If I go to a dispensary for my medicine I expect the medicine to be right. At around 40$ a tenth there is no reason whatsoever I should be getting stale medicine and that’s exactly what both of the tenths I bought contained. Both strains turned to dust in my grinder. The half of shake I got for 50$ was in better condition. It’s going to take a heck of a special for me to take the risk of spending my money on what could be old stale flower again. My two cents and your mileage may vary.

Lower the prices. BY FAR the most expensive local dispensary.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the prices are not worth it. Every other local dispensary is considerably cheaper. For example, one particular item is 40% less at another dispensary and that is the regular every day cost. That in itself is a $25 difference. You decide if it's worth it to give away your hard earned money. For me, I'll be using those savings for more medicine elsewhere.

The staff here is absolutely amazing!! The flow of the facility is extremely welcoming and the music was super on point. Great variety of strains as well!!! Would highly recommend

At this point, I'm not even sure if they are ever going to open at all.

Overpriced compared to all the surrounding dispensary’s! I refuse to wait in these long lines they need to step up their customer service, should be in a out in less than 20 minutes highly disappointed

Great staff, large menu/ variety, and great atmosphere. Was greeted with pleasantness and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got 3 new strains to try and recommendations from staff were 110% spot on. Will b back as prices were great as well as quality.

Great Staff!! Have a Heart Cincy gets it right across the board. Most obvious to me, was the patient care. Insightful and not pushy. It was a comfortable experience from start to finish. Will be going back often.

The dispensary is huge!! The biggest I've seen. The staff is really nice from when you walk in to the lobby and then when you go in to the dispensary. You have one person that helps you, but the other staff members always chime in to say hello or give me a thumbs up on the strain I choose or a suggestion for next time. I've never waited long, but there is plenty of comfortable seating in their lobby if there is a wait. My new favorite dispensary in town.

Today was my first time in a dispensary. My impression - First, things have advanced, a LOT in medicine. And the knowledge of this staff, (the friendliest people I've ever encountered on a rainy Monday, I might add!), while not being pushy, are equipped to answer any questions you have, and recommend things for your specific issues. I'm a gal that researches, a LOT, before going in. So I kind of knew what I was looking for. My Budtender (who's name is escaping me and his card is in my car - I'm so sorry!) He was awesome. He answered the questions I had, and secured a customer for life.

I hate this place. They are rude unprofessional. My first visit was horrible. There were know signs up saying no cells. I answer my phone. And the manager. Start screaming at me. He said” I was doing a deal and he would throw me out. I was so hurt. Because. My Private doctor, register me. I will be leaving that location ASAP!

It's very unlikely the rude chick who told me she put my DL and prescription card in the mail actually did it. It's been 22 days and I still haven't received them. I had to buy a duplicate DL! Customers beware!
