This dispensary is definitely the biggest one in Cincinnati. The prices are high but since they’ve opened, they’ve come down a lot. Plus the fact that they offer other goodies (ie, broveda packs) that I haven’t seen anywhere else is nice. Hopefully the prices continue to fall and they offer more and better deals soon :)

I’ve been going for awhile now. Marlissa and J.R. are my favorites they always give me the quality that I need and answer all my questions. It’s kind pricey for what your getting. However it does help when the pain just doesn’t subside.

I love this place. It's my favorite out-of the 3 dispensaries in Cincinnati. They have a great staff, JR is my favorite he's always willing to take time to answer questions and is knowledgeable about product. I love the deals and the atmosphere is way chill.

On the last day of a horrible year...J.R. was able to put the cape on and save the day..they just want you to be happy and medicated. His information for my condition was much appreciated. Worth the drive !!

I've been a fan because their place is close, clean and wait time is usually short if you order ahead. They send emails alerting you of discount %'s off of this or that so you expect it to be reflected on your receipt. I believe its fraud if your not notified that you don't qualify for a discount you came in for. I shopped multiple times at their store unaware until today that the people who need the break most are not eligible for "stacked" discounts like every other dispensary I've shopped in Ohio. Yes all the other ones respect Veterans and are willing to extend the courtesy to the poorest.. Disabled American Veterans, Disabled civilians and the poor are not eligible and they don't tell you unless you ask if the discounts they text you are a lie or not. That's insane. The volume of business they do that FRAUD has to be into the millions by now. Please if anyone important reads this Have A heart Cincinnati needs to be audited and moneys paid to all those who were falsely baited into their store with fake discounts or prejudicial discounts.

Have a Heart Cincy is my new favorite dispensary. Not only is their product selection great, but they also offer good prices and excellent service. My only critique is that the inside waiting area could have better social distancing cues in place. Most people waiting were respectful and wore masks, so it wasn’t a big deal when I was there. But, it could still be helpful in the future.

I've never had a bad experience or product that I've been dissatisfied with from Have a Heart. Both staff and stock are top quality. I stopped in today for the New Year's sale and JR helped make the experience top notch.

The staff was super friendly and willing to take time to make sure all the products from my online order were correct. CiCi was great with fixing the mix up between a shatter and batter that I ordered. I will be back for sure!

I've been here three times. Unfortunately I forgot to review the lady that helped me the second time. She was great. My third and latest time I was helped by Emmitt. Cool dude like the rest. Down to earth and comfortable to talk to. He understood my needs and what I was looking for. He suggested willies reserve sunshine lime. I'm glad I took his recommendation. 🔥 🔥 🔥. Christine helped me and knew exactly what she was doing. It was my first time since getting my medical marijuana card and we talked for a few mins and she had some recommendations for me to try. As a first timer, I’m starting with edibles and I can honestly say day 3... it does help so far. Got a little buzzed that first time but nothing but level headedness since which is what I need. Now just to find something to help me focus so my work doesn’t feel so grueling!

Everything about this experience was amazing! David took great care of me and got me in and out of there in a timely manner. My new favorite dispensary! Not to mention they have a great selection of products on top of their absolutely amazing customer service! If you’re thinking about going else where, DON’t. If you’re thinking of finding a new dispensary to call home, make it this one!

The entire atmosphere was completely different than any other dispensary I have been to. I worked with JR and he made the experience enjoyable, informative and easy. The selection is unbeatable and I’ve found the dispensary that I will be going to from now on.
