Have a Heart - Belltown

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable! They have a great selection and a safe, clean space to buy cannabis. Prices are reasonable too!

I frequently stop by Have a Heart Belltown to pick up goodies after work. It is definitely the best location for those who live/work in downtown or Belltown area. For convenience, you can't beat it. It definitely has a tourist-y vibe to it, for which I can't blame them. Washington is one of the few states in the country where bud is straight up legal, and considering the location here, it is a safe bet that a good chunk of the visitors to this location are travelers from other areas, looking to indulge. It is hit or miss if I am able to get help one-on-one. Sometimes, there is only one sales associate on the floor, writing down shopping lists for patrons. The display case is vast. I like to look at the packaging to see the specifics with THC, CBD, all of that. That is hard to do here, especially if the place is packed and you are unable to get the help to look at the specs. The best thing to do would be to look at the menu online and then go in to purchase. They have a pick up option but I haven't used it. All in all, definitely the cleanest/coolest rec stores in the area. You get a vibe that most of the shoppers are not local. The selection is vast. The cashiers are always awesome and friendly, too.

Woody and the rest of the gang always are very knowledgeable about the product and discounts. Yesterday when I came in Woody took his time letting me know about all of the deals and his opinions on certain things. My mom and I practically opened the shop with everyone. Definitely the best spot to go to for medicine and a cute receptionist!

Great location! I was very pleased with the eighth I had purchased. I don't think it was top shelf but it was very pleasant. My mom had a great time looking at all the bud on the wall :D

I love the place and prouct. I have been a customer for a year now. It seems like the online order line is almost equal to the wait time in the regular line. Othwe then that great service.

No doubt the best place to go if you are remotely anywhere near have a heart. Helpful staff, great hours, and the best meds. Joshua F has helped me a few times and he was great. Highly recommended. I just wish they took credit cards or debit cards.

My new favorite dispensary! All of the staff was super friendly. The inside is easily the nicest dispensary I've ever been to. Lots of good info, recommendations, and friendly banter. Quality meds (so purple!) and wide selection of edibles, concentrates and other products. 100% worth a visit.

Online ordering SUCKS. Same wait time as the regular. Don't offer things you don't have to tell your customers you don't have it after they've waited for 15 minutes.

Not a bad location but unfortunately for me Have A Heart no longer has a Heart for legal MEdical Cannabis clients like myself ..

I've been a dedicated stoner for 7+ years and was a medical patient before recreational cannabis took over in WA. Have a Heart Belltown is one of the few places left in Seattle who's standard of service, quality of bud, and overall prices approaches that of what the medical industry used to provide. If you're a seasoned smoker with a refined palate, go for Royal Tree product - they really know what they're doing. Middlefork is my fav!

My fiance and I have been coming to Have a Heart for quite some time now, we truly enjoy this place, the people are kind and caring, and always seem up to par on knowledge of strains, and other types of medicine for patients. They always have a large selection to choose from, for patients from all angles. In particular, Nate and Woody are always awesome to us, but everyone there is always very friendly! I definitely recommend it to any new or current patients that haven't experienced this place yet!

I came in asking for an indica cartridge (the regular ones that screw on to a vape pen) and the guy shows me 3 kinds; I pick one, go home and find it doesn’t fit my pen. It’s an airopro that requires another $45 pen package. They wouldn’t take it back as it’s not defective. Well why present 3 cartridge choices of a specialized pen then? You trying to rip me off? A brewery doesn’t only display beer that only fits one type of growler
