The staff was so RUDE! We traveled miles to come to the high rated establishment . Do not waste your time traveling here . I wish I would've gathered the names of the two rude women that I encountered . Our state is working feverishly to make medical marihauna available to patients . I would hate to have any staff like this representing what we have worked so hard to accomplish ! Shame on you ladies !

So I bought a eighth of the Boisenberry creme brûlée popcorn and got home from vacation and was about to smoke a cone broke the weed up and there was seeds in it!!!!!! Can u believe that I haven’t seen seeds in weed since I was a kid!! Like come on. Top self 50$ on eighth weed should not have seeds in it like wtf are you serious !!!

Very Very rude! Took my wife here (60 mile round trip) for some MJ to relieve her cancer symptoms. Her fresh prescription from SCCA was rejected supposedly for being the wrong form. The beast of a person behind the counter said they called the "Manager" and was told we should be sent away. We went down road & where treated well & polite elsewhere. I attempted to call the same manager the Staff supposedly called & discovered he was not even available! The staff LIED & denied My wife even though she is 100% legit serious cancer patient with proper paperwork. This CC should be shut down! Awful rude and HEARTLESS! SHAME ON THESE LOW-LIFES for treating PATIENTS without regard!

DO NOT COME HERE!! By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a dispensary in Seattle. I waited fifteen minutes without moving, while employees were visibly standing around doing nothing. They have a terrible system, their product list is NOT updated (I have been told "we don't have that" over 50% of the time I've been there--which has been often). They do not care about their customers. They are not efficient. They do not work hard. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I purchases a 5-pack of prerolls from “legends” farm and when i opened it, it was completely empty. I called and the lady said to come back and they would gove me a new pack. When i went in though the lead said there was nothing they could do and send me on my way out. So essentially i just paid 25$ for an empty tin can...kinda feel robbed. disappointing as it used to be my favorite dispensary.

I have been a fan of Have a Heart for several years and a frequent customer. The service and selection have always been great, even if the line wait times for both preorder and in-store have been increasing to as long as an hour. Last Sunday I purchased 2 cartridges at the store from a reputable brand that I’ve purchased many times before. I tried the first cartridge and it didn’t work. I’ve never had this happen before. I opened the second cartridge and it worked without issue. The next day I took the non-working cartridge back for an exchange. The clerk tested and determined the cartridge was defective and returned the unit. He then promptly turned around and tried to charge me more for the exchange and blamed the issue on the POS. I refused to pay additional for an exchange and he figured out how to make it work. Fast forward a few more days and I am out of town and went to use the exchanged cartridge. The new exchanged cartridge is also defective. Since I am out of town and there is a 7 day return policy, I calculate I will be on my 7th day when I return. As soon as I am back in town, I return to the store to exchange the second defective cartridge. The second cartridge was tested and determined to also be defective, but the clerk would no longer exchange the defective product. The reason he said is because the 7 days has passed. The reason the 7 days has passed is that my arrival back at the store was 1.5hrs past the time stamp of the previous defective cartridge exchange. The clerk was rude and became defensive when pressed on the rules by stating that its Cannabis and I am lucky there is any exchange policy at all. I explained how this is awful customer service and the small placard sitting next to each register and the fine print on the receipts do not have any such restrictions to the definition of 7 days and they still refused. I asked for the product back and walked out of the store. I looked up the Washington State law which has no restrictions on return duration. Later that evening I visited a new retailer and purchased a cartridge. Before purchasing I asked for an explanation of their defective cartridge exchange policy. Their policy is 14 days and there is no purchase time restriction in the day calculation. I have separately tried to contact Have a Heart by email and have not received a response. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as the customer service values and policy controls do not align.

Rude customer service all around from the security guards to the “budtenders”. Asked for two different strains even by the brand name and the guy still pulled out the wrong ones. Then proceeds to try to up sell me after multiple times of saying no. Will not be coming back and would never recommend this place.

My first review was 2 stars. I’m switching to 1 star. Almost 30 minutes waiting in line. I have never had to do this anywhere else. Ever.

The service at this location SUCKS. Don't bother going here unless you have an hour to kill they take forever just to give you your Weed. Also they don't know there product. oh ya Lady at desk is RUDE... I WILL NEVER GO HERE again...

Good selection, helpful budtenders, and good neighborhood. The general staff help while I was browsing left a lot to be desired. I was a first time user and the employee I worked with wasn't very helpful and offered minimal guidance and advice. He wasn't unpleasant, just not very helpful. I enjoyed my visit, and would shop there again.

I love this shop! it's only a block away and the budtenders are friendly and kind. The only gripe I have is the music totally sucks and ruins the whole atmosphere.

Man I really hate to give these guys a 1star review... but one guy spoils it for the rest. Literally have spent multiple of thousands of dollars at this shop, it's always my go to place, awesome selection decent value and the online ordering is perfect if you're on a time crunch. I came in today after I made an online order, stood in line like everyone else and when it get to my turn I like to be ready.... ID ready, cash in hand and paying attention to the customer in front of me. Well the young lady in front of me had finished her transaction and walked away from the counter... this is when I got to meet 'Raz' or that's what he said his name was. I walk up to the counter and before saying hello, or hi how are you (like every interaction I've ever had here) the first words out of his mouth were, "I didn't call you up to the counter yet, you need to wait your turn". Not only was he extremely rude but I thought it was a joke because that's how off putting it was to me as a very loyal costumer. I was in no way on the heels of the young lady in front of me by any means, she was almost out of the store when I started walking up to the counter. Needless to say this left a sour taste in my mouth. So I want to give a special shout out to Raz, you single handily made it so I felt obligated to give a 1-star review, on not one, but all platforms that Have a Heart Belltown uses. Don't be put off by this review, this place is awesome and they're 99% of the time customer first and do it with a smile, not the case with Raz, unnecessarily rude.

This place is both convenient and reasonably priced with the occasional deals and points system. I highly recommend it if you’re ever in the Belltown area. I only get cartridge and Dale Barnes is very knowledgeable about any products I ask for.

Cool atmosphere, always glad they partner with Piece of Mind for good glass next door. Budtender was cold and unwelcoming though. Didn't make me want to go back. Made me miss PDA over by Shorty's.

Have a Heart - Belltown is my favorite store in the Have a Heart empire, and with good reason! The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and they work hard to get you your weed post haste, even during their busy hours. Plus, the two times I've had to exchange a vape cartridge, they did so with nary a problem, which is more than I can say for other pot shops in Seattle. I'm a regular at the Belltown location and would recommend it to anybody who wants an inviting experience and amazing selection.

There are soooo many choices here! I love the variety in product and they seem to have options for most price ranges. They also have really good sales every now and then!

I love this location! My only gripe is the music. It's too loud & maybe you should think about playing some jazz. Music is for ambience & shouldn't overpower. The staff is great & very helpful.

1. I agree the music is a put off. Mechanical techno not appropriate for a Cannabis shop. Save it for the dive bar 2. Online ordering is great if you know what you want, but info on each strain is absent 3. I was there on a Saturday afternoon: crowded, noisy, and not enough bud tenders out on the floor to help with the wall of Premium products (an amazing display, sometimes confusing as the identification cards were not consistent with the product actually on the shelf) 4. Lots of variety and apparently extensive inventory according to the online site, which you can use on the pair of computers in the shop for this purpose 5. Net impressions are to go on a quieter day, have a conversation with a bud tender and see if their knowledge matches their inventory

HUGE kudos to budtender Kitty - that was the best customer service experience at a dispensary I've ever had. I was in a big rush and she had me out the door in 5 minutes with what wound up being fantastic quality pre-rolls. The cashier Katie only added to my great experience, she was polite and friendly and helpful too. The next time I'm in Seattle I will unquestionably return here.

I had a wonderful time at this dispensary. The waiting room had free samples of topical and lotions that they had waiting for the patients, this isn't super important or anything crazy, but I really appreciated the gesture( in conclusion their waiting area is pretty baller). My budtender( I am horrible with names) seemed very bright and instantly made me feel like a personal friend coming into the place, she gave the little tour of the store so I was aware of all the products available and started to ask me questions about how I medicate (not about my conditions for medicating)and proceeded to help me pick out the concentrates I was gong to purchase. Let me smell and get real close to the concentrates, and wow, they have the finest selection I have ever came across. The concentrates were all from very high quality growers and producers, there had to be 6 different strains that were perfectly translucent gold with not a single sign of imperfection. The cool thing was the prices for all the concentrates were about $5 or so cheaper than anywhere else I have been: $25 Half grams of Seattle Refine? Oh yes, its only $25. Awesome place. REVIEW: Very nice interior that will keep you comfy. The staff was informative, the budtender answered all my questions without hesitation, and gave in depth recommendations and explanations. They offer extremely high quality concentrates, with prices around 25% off what I am used to seeing. Flower selection is unreal, every single last nug is frosted to a crisp (maybe not every single strain, but I felt like I was looking into the Cave of the Crystals) I would recommend any of the Have a Heart dispensaries, I will be returning very soon.
