Best dispensary I've ever been to! Paul and everyone working there are so friendly! They have great product knowledge. Will return over and over again. Do yourself a favor and check Have a Heart out!

Always good meds at good prices. Staff can be hit or miss but generally all are very friendly and helpful. Favorite dispensary!!

I drive 80 miles one way! It is always worth it. Zack and Tyler, the bud tenders, are great. The place has a great appeal as soon as you walk in. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I've been in many dispensaries...Pierce, King, Mason, Kitsap and Lewis Counties and this is the best place!!! Tops in my book!

Fantastic shop, great variety and very knowledgeable staff. I worked with Damon, and he was fantastic, was my first time in a legal dispensary and he made it an awesome experience. Can't wait to see them in Hawaii!

As a regular here the place is amazing and always top quality meds with great prices.

I"ve been in 3 times now and (and a couple times into the Fremont location, but Greenwood is a regular stop for me) the tenders have been super friendly and knowledgeable even when it gets busy. Fairly large, and definitely quality selection. 3 of my staples come from here. My real complaint would be the place is a tad bit sterile feeling which isn't helped by the *very* dim lighting in this location. Some additional, and warmer, lighting would be nice as it just feels a bit cold. This spot was a smalll dance club off and on for years and years and it needs to shake that vibe still. :) One of my favorite shops nearby overall.

This location has a great selection and is the friendliest dispensary I've been too. The staff give off a very genuine vibe and I go out of my way to buy here becausei of that.

Have A Heart is a great store. Tenders who know their stuff, high quality product and great deals. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer since this location opened. I go there because they have the best budtenders and supply of product. A lot of parking space.

We've been coming to Have A Heart since they were an mmj only establishment. So glad they kept the same quality and service from top to bottom. After trying a few other rec stores, I know this is the only place you need!

Went there tonight, and it was mostly positive. I was surprised, given the reviews, at the gaps in the budtender's knowledge of his product. I was choosing between three strains, CO2 oil cartridges, and he didn't seem to know which were more sativa- vs indica-dominant. I wouldn't necessarily expect someone to know that right off hand, but at least be able to find out. That said, I'm a pretty hard grader, so all in all, this was much much better than a lot of other dispensaries I've been to. And the atmosphere was pretty great. I wish they (or anyone, right now) had cannatonic in a CO2 oil. (hint, hint) I settled for the Sound Wellness, and so far, I like it, though it makes the tinnitus (which I get with ANY amount of CBD) a lot worse. But pretty good pain relief and body wellness-feeling, very very little head high, which is exactly how I like it.

My experience here has steadily gone downhill since the management changeover.

Bought myself a disposable wax pen. Clerk gave me a great discount that I was happy about. Before leaving, he tells me ‘if you have any problems drawing or hitting the pen, bring it back in and we will replace it’. I was happy with this, as many disposable pens can be faulty. Clerk never mentioned what I needed to bring in with me, in the event that the pen didn’t work. I threw away the box thinking there was no use for it. Attempted my first draw with the pen, nothing. Brought it back in, they told me ‘sorry we can’t replace it without the box’. Again, I am certain that I was not told about the significance of the box in the event of a return. The best they could offer me, without offering a replacement for my $30 half gram pen, was half off of a product. I won’t be coming back, Have a Heart my ass

I had a great experience here! The staff is very knowledgeable, and I was able to try a new high-CBD strain called Canna with better results than I'd ever had before. Great prices, great product.

I'm still getting used to this new world of recreational shops and this one certainly sets itself apart. Employees were friendly, helpful and gave plenty of space to shop. Which is good because the flower selection is almost overwhelmingly huge with lots of great choices. The layout reminds me of a boutique jewelry or candy shop with examples of all the options displayed behind glass along the walls. However, between getting carded at the door and the loud music, you can still feel the spirit of the old dance club that used to be in this space. This is a fun location and worth checking out.

Every time I come here the staff (including the door guys!!) are so nice and helpful!! I like how they have one big display that shows you what they carry. They also are my go to place for 2 of my favorite strains!!

After visiting several rec shops, I was very impressed with Have a Heart. The organization, layout and displays were very user friendly. The staff was knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this shop 😃

I like the location & the Building

I've only been in 2 times, but I haven't had a bad experience! Olivia was awesome & very helpful :). I'll be back again.

Convenient location, but the store is so dark they have special lamps to look over the products. Staff was nice though.
