Bought myself a disposable wax pen. Clerk gave me a great discount that I was happy about. Before leaving, he tells me ‘if you have any problems drawing or hitting the pen, bring it back in and we will replace it’. I was happy with this, as many disposable pens can be faulty. Clerk never mentioned what I needed to bring in with me, in the event that the pen didn’t work. I threw away the box thinking there was no use for it. Attempted my first draw with the pen, nothing. Brought it back in, they told me ‘sorry we can’t replace it without the box’. Again, I am certain that I was not told about the significance of the box in the event of a return. The best they could offer me, without offering a replacement for my $30 half gram pen, was half off of a product. I won’t be coming back, Have a Heart my ass
