There customer service is slow even on online orders. They should have the front window open for online orders.
30 min wait on an online order while I watched 5 different people walk in check in and go in and out and one even just walked in ordered at the window paid and walked out meanwhile I've been waiting for 2 items which according to the text are ready for pickup.Also they sent an order picked up text as soon as I checked in which I can only assume is to appear they filled the order faster to Leafly or Corp when they hadn't. It wasn't even busy this is just terrible management and the only dispensary in the city that hasn't figured out how to streamline the system and become more efficient except the one week corporate was in town
I ordered a half ounce over the phone with an actual person and they confirmed my order. I went in to get my order and they after waiting for an hour decided to come out and tell me that I had exceeded my allotment and could only get eight grams. Not only should they have Express that over the phone when I initially made my order but I did not go pick it up or an hour and a half after so in between that time I feel like they could have given me a courtesy call to let me know before arriving thinking I was spending one amount and then when I try to get to 8th it's more than what I was going to spend originally. So I only left with 3.5 grams. but in the process the lady that was originally helping me proceeded to talk about me in the back and say we don't have to give her her allotment we do that as a courtesy. No one deserves to be treated like this anywhere. This happened after I waited for an hour and a half. I will never go back.
This is without doubt the slowest dispensary in town. For the third time I went in for one of their specials and they were “ sold out “ not sure they really have them . Just a way to get you in !

Why stay open until 10:00pm if you aren’t going to have the staff there to take care of the patients? Full lobby, you shouldn’t be sending employees home until it’s cleared out. Let alone let an employee out in the lobby giving HORRIBLE advice about meds to others.

You guys cheated me. Ordered online. 2 different strains of Roll One. You managed to not read or ran out and didn't bother to inform me. Ended up with a quarter of crap. I'll go elsewhere.
Horrible customer service; parking like a overbooked house party, stoned employees, dirty and unsafe.

Good quality has kept me return I,g to Harvest but bad manager customer service will keep me from spending another dime here. Brooklyn 3 times has struck out on Customer service. Homework at her cashier station was more important today. First time she rudely told me while yelling over her co worker that cookies available as samples in the lobby weren't available in the store. How silly of me to,assume. Get past Brooklyn and her co worker Hallow talking trash about a bother co worker and it equals disastified customer that won't return and son told my Reception lady Maria that he wasn't a Puma student. I'm done and w/o,t return for this abuse where I spend a fair amount of cash. Get your peeps some training Harvezt

I have been in there on Saturdays in the past for the CBD gummy bears and they were sale. couldn't get ahold of him on the phone to verify before I drove all the way over there I've gotten them before was told by another employee that it was Saturdays and Sundays for their CBD Bowl healing Resources with the manager would rather lose my business then try to take care of me will never go back and I will tell people not to go to that dispensary
this place is goid but they suck with the consumers they always have some one back there forever like do your job and get them in and out your supposed to know what your doing!

The wait times are super long! The deals suck. Anytime there is a good deal there is limited quality so the staff tells you to call and reserve your order. But good luck! Because when you do the phones don’t work. What a coincidence. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thanks.

I used to like going to harvest until I took them a coupon that I received from a local smoke shop in Tucson. They didn’t want to accept the coupon because they claim people are taking advantage. They said I used one already. Correct I did. However I spend a lot of money at the smoke shop where I received the coupon. So when I was given the coupon that is always a plus. If we go make a purchase at a smoke shop and we’re given a coupon from them to redeem at harvest they should honor the coupon. My sales lady said they are no longer honoring them to many we’re given out. Harvest needs to coordinate properly with these coupons. We are patients that really need our meds some of us also have little income so getting coupons like these really help out. Well let me just say harvest lost my business. I don’t wanna go to a dispensary that can’t honor coupons that have “HARVEST” on them from there very own company. It’s not like the coupons are expire nor do they say one per patient!!

Worst dispensary in town. Need to report this store for fooling people and poor customer service. Staff are always rude, weak security. Idk if you do allow your patients to smoke outside or within the area, knowing that one of the lady staff (tall with glasses) was just right there. Folks you need to stop coming to this store. Security is no use at all, just hanging out with customers.

really got there at 7 pm and was seen at 8:32 wtf i suffer from bad anxiety and yall wait is way too much and your attitude sucks please you all need to text when its ready not text us evendo it aint ready i know you guys say we are doing our best no your not because wait is to long

Went in and called my order in checked in 15 min after and they had me waiting in the lobby for an hour and 15 min when I went up to ask they didn’t even have my checked in after they scanned my medical card
Terrible, rude employees Everytime. Got backed up into by a car while trying to walk to the front door and told the front desk I just got struck and all he said was "wow people are crazy out there!" ... Unbelievable, have also had missing items they never put in my bag and the level of customer service is extremely below average... Do not come here unless you have to.

First time patient here. I had purchased three items, 2 eights and some crumble, i open my bag when in a drive thru in cortaro farms, not even home yet, to find that only one of the three items was in the bag. Look at the receipt, it was the free item i got in the order. It wasn't even what I actually pay for. So I had called, took forever to "find" my order. Had to drive back to get mu product. All they could offer was enough points for $10 off.
I have had my card since July.... Probably never going to be coming back.

Disgusting human beings work here. If they humiliate you not only will they not make it right they will speak to you condescendingly until you have had it. I hung up & screamed f you but I guess I didn’t hit the button so he heard me & called my phone back to attempt to reprimand me. Excuse you? Maybe teach yourself & your staff how to treat disabled human beings with respect & dignity in the first place maybe then you wouldn’t end up with jaded patients. I will NEVER set foot there again & I will be letting everyone I know both in person & online to never go back. Their employees make a mistake & it is the fault of the patients. And it is perfectly ok to tell the whole dispensary that I have no money. After I deliberately asked if I needed to make a purchase to get the $1 birthday joint as I am disabled & didn’t have money my best friend was picking up so I was told no I did not need to buy anything so I proceed to stand in line for who knows how long only to get to the register surrounded by Rec people as a disabled medical patient & am absolutely humiliated in the whole process. Fuck this place I’ve never been spoken to the way the manager spoke to me (before I lost it & said bad words when I thought I had hung up ONLY thing I did wrong in this whole thing). It wouldn’t have been bad had I not been absolutely humiliated in front of all those people. Never again.
