Extremely dry and old bud, incorrectly posted testing info, rude and unknowledgeable budtenders. I bought a strain in July that was harvested in March and Packaged in May. I’ve tried this place more times than I’d like to admit and it’s just not worth it

Drove 20 minuets and left desert bloom to buy a 1/4 and get up to a 1/4. I was wondering why the other review was talking about a typo they just lie to get you in the door and hope you drove far enough to not go back empty handed You can only bogo an 1/8. Damian asked me why I didn’t call to check. You’re a joke I did call and was talking specifically about the bogo and YOU failed to mention 1/4 means an 1/8.

What an odd experience compared to other Tucson dispensaries. You check in, wait, and are then let into a showroom to browse on your own. I went in for a specific strain they were carrying and they had it in all of their mini "smell jars" however when I made my way to the counter to order, they had "just ran out" and offered me something else. It was such an annoying and disappointing experience that I sacrificed my first time patient deal and just bought 1g of something I didn't really want and left.

This is my LEAST favorite Dispensary in Tucson. I’ve been told they have certain strains and when it’s time to go back they say they ran out !!! And even if u have walked in there and didn’t buy anything on your first time patient deal they won’t save your New patient deal. Nothing but a bad experience at this place !!!!

Great new dispensary with a wonderful setup and phenomenal staff. Everything is open and inviting, and the staff asks for your input in what you would like to see in the upcoming weeks before the grand opening. I'm in awe. This is listening to the customer, at its finest.

The folks here understand patients as well as business. Snap deals are amazing! Thank you for the kindness ans service.
The only downside I have is the absolute disgusting behavior of patients during the pandemic. I have never had a problem with any of my orders or staff, but I have always seen the staff more than willing to fix other situations with other customers. . Impatient, rude, over privileged babies should stop crying about waiting for an order. I applaud the staff for dealing with some of these ridiculously harsh, vulgar customers, especially the one swearing at nine in the morning and acting like a toddler.

Went and bought the roll one half ounces, One hybrid, the other Indica. The hybrid was what they advertised, a mix of nugs and shake a few clippings... the Indica bag.. nothing but clippings and sticks! more sticks then anything else... just crap. so don't get that cheap stuff it's worse than dirt weed..stay away..
Placed online order, order was confirmed and they text me two hours later informing me they sold out? Im stuck at work so i placed an order to pick up for after work? Don't DM on facebook or im exposing
Harvest seems to have constant trouble I'm not even picking up what I ordered cause it took so long . They cant seem to keep up with thier deals and at least 3 times I've placed an order online only to come in and they are out. So it's my least favorite dispensary in town aside from the fact they do have excellent flower

Outstanding dispensary, this dispensary cares about the quality of their products ensuring that there are no pesticides or fungus. They even carry superior grade flowers. I had a great experience and Laure is my new favorite dispensary agent, Laure was most knowledgeable and truly cares about the patients, seriously Laure is the best.

I love this place! They gave me all kinds of free stuff (stickers shirt backpack). Their the only one so far with pure oil not cut with anything 😘😉
Don't buy Pre-Rolls there. I don't know how they roll them, but they simply don't work. I purchased a three pack and when none worked so I went back and they offered replacements, but those didn't work either.
What I found most interesting was their acknowledgement that the pre-rolls need additional work. They're rolled so tight that you must stick a pin in the joint so it will "breathe."
Also, that that person behind the counter suggested I purchased some Dutchies, which were some sort of premuium pre-roll that "always work" and cost nearly $40.
Bait and switch?
Another example of a business that starts out being very customer oriented and then goes downhill when the money starts coming in.
Very very disappointed, but not surprised. This is the American way, it's a country where corporations matter, and individuals don't.
Horrible customer service. Shitty weed at high prices. Cartridges do not work.
Do not buy Chroma Color cartridges!! They stop working when they get about 1/4 full. I expressed this complaint with Harvest and they were very rude and did not refund or exchange. I have never had this problem with any other cartridges before. They suck. I even bought a new battery and it still doesn't work.
HUGE RIP OFF.
Everytime I have shopped here for my medicine I have been disappointed both by the product and customer service.
I'll take my business elsewhere.
Order was ready for pickup @ 9:23 am. I drove to the dispensary and was told it would be another 45 minutes. I cancelled my order after waiting past 1:15 pm. If you like waiting for 2+ hours for your meds with no apologies or regard for your time, than this is the only place in Tucson that can and WILL accommodate you!
Horrible customer service; parking like a overbooked house party, stoned employees, dirty and unsafe.
I love Harvest. Only dispensary in town that I have any merch from. The staff is always a delight. The wait times can be long, but it's because of the great Central location. I suggest ordering online to avoid the wait and get a discount.
The front desk person should tell the patient if a register is unavailable for pickup orders. Some people have medical issues and depend on the pick up window being available. Especially when they call to find out about said pick up order. Made my day awful to sit there. Thanks for being honest front desk lady.
really got there at 7 pm and was seen at 8:32 wtf i suffer from bad anxiety and yall wait is way too much and your attitude sucks please you all need to text when its ready not text us evendo it aint ready i know you guys say we are doing our best no your not because wait is to long

You guys cheated me. Ordered online. 2 different strains of Roll One. You managed to not read or ran out and didn't bother to inform me. Ended up with a quarter of crap. I'll go elsewhere.

Good quality has kept me return I,g to Harvest but bad manager customer service will keep me from spending another dime here. Brooklyn 3 times has struck out on Customer service. Homework at her cashier station was more important today. First time she rudely told me while yelling over her co worker that cookies available as samples in the lobby weren't available in the store. How silly of me to,assume. Get past Brooklyn and her co worker Hallow talking trash about a bother co worker and it equals disastified customer that won't return and son told my Reception lady Maria that he wasn't a Puma student. I'm done and w/o,t return for this abuse where I spend a fair amount of cash. Get your peeps some training Harvezt

I have been in there on Saturdays in the past for the CBD gummy bears and they were sale. couldn't get ahold of him on the phone to verify before I drove all the way over there I've gotten them before was told by another employee that it was Saturdays and Sundays for their CBD Bowl healing Resources with the manager would rather lose my business then try to take care of me will never go back and I will tell people not to go to that dispensary
