Not very good quality when it comes to flower and mediocre trim run shatter. Do NOT recommend, better quality meds at most other dispos or delivery services

Stop by at 7:52 and they were all locked up. Upsetting to see they don't care about their posted open and close times

This is to the individual that provides the written responses for Harvest Dispensary: After reading through the reviews and Harvest response, I would hope it would be apparent, as I'm sure it is to others who read the responses, that you follow a pretty consistent script and format, using the same word or word phrases in virtually the same thing in every response. I'm sure it isn't challenging to write. Unfortunately for you, when the Leafly readers check reviews and responses, they will see the similar format, wording, or in some cases identical statements which I think decreases or calls into question the genuineness and sincerity of your messaged response. Maybe make the responses more personal and fitting to the specifics of the concern, finding other ways to say "Thank you for your honest review" Please reach out to us, we will be investigating, we value your feedback, or following the same format. The similarity of all the responses to concerns posted loose their credibility and impact. I would say that other readers would notice this. The responses to positive reviews are way different, feel very personal and intended for the person who wrote the review. The responses to concerns or suggestions lacks that personal touch, or connection you make quite well for the positive reviews.

I only go to Harvest if I'm really desperate. Their 'top shelf' meds are not very top shelf.

been a customer for years, spoke many times about coming out to play guitar outside and have some fun, everyone was always positive about it. set up to busk at the juice shop next door, bothering no one. the general manager of harvest comes over, was pretty nasty about it, told me it was private property? and that i had to leave. every single customer that walked in her door was smiling. leave? i will. lots of other places to buy weed.

this was my first visit, and it was a pick up order, this was some of the worst customer service eveeeer!!! I left while in line and will never return!

This place is a scam. They sold me a cartridge I was assured by the advisor would work for my pen but it is not compatable. I called and they hung up on me. Bad advice and hanging up on me sealed the deal. Will not shop here again

!This applies to EVERY Harvest location! I appreciate the friendly atmosphere every time I go into Harvest, and their service for the past two years has been great, but sadly their service has gone down drastically this past year and now it’s worse this year for their med card holders. On top of that their house flower is a hit or miss. I’ve had the Lavender Jones about 4 different times in different time periods and one batch had actually been good. If it wasn’t for the friendly atmosphere and the veterans discount I would probably shy away to a different place. Overall I would rate 3/5.

I love how all these people talk about THC levels! You say you buy your meds off street dealers? DO YOU THINK YOUR DEALER TESTS HIS MEDS AT A LAB? Come on people! Harvest has the BEST MEDS in AZ PERIOD! Cannabis Cups aren't won by THC levels! I'm from Cali and we don't give a F about THC levels! Its about look taste and how the flower effects you. THC levels are no way to judge or review a flower. They are way too inconsistent. So all the wanna be Cannabis cup judges zip up and kick rocks!

The dude who helped me was very snarky and patronizing so unless I need a special strain I doubt I will go back ever again

Ive been to many local dispensaries. Harvest has the worst medicine for the highest prices. Shop around. Their "superior" flower is not superior to even discount meds at other places. The cure is nowhere near perfection. There are local dispensaries selling far superior meds at cheaper prices. Another complaint I have is customers standing around in front of the meds while Im shopping. Also in a wheelchair and cant reach or see everything. The patients who think this is best dont know what the best looks like, smells like or feels like. This is mediocre chronic amd that is it.

Too expensive, no one should have to pay more than $50- or even 55 for an 8th plus tax. Medicine is above par but below "worth it". Your paying for the business overhead costs for sure.

poor service employees dont know much about the menu not to add that they dont allow patients under 21 to go behind the counter seems a little immature were old enough to be patients but cant see our meds. plus meds are always dry and dont have a good smell to them i hope you guys change your ways and have better service to make Arizona look good in the medical field.

Great service and awesome people. Med donation rates are WAY to expensive tho and the med quality is hit or miss. Sometimes they have really good. Other times NOT so good.

In light of other reviews, I tried Harvest of Tempe and was pleased. Every business takes time and may have blocks you can't understand. They are providing a service needed to those who truly rely on their medicine to make it through. I intend to try other products and think it's nice they offer their Rewards program to do what they can to offset business costs. I'm grateful for their hours of operation and the friendly staff who made it a good experience.

Paid 65 plus tax for some low shelf quality weed. Maybe yall dont want customers to come back. But really yall sell us bad weed to keep us coming back. Yall cant pick a strain right now in yall shop to be like 1 blunt you are out. Nothing not even the 65 dollar crap yall selling. been here several times now, impressive variations, no pressure selection, and decent wait times for the amount of patients they serve. However, the jar appeal hasn't been as strong lately and the suggested donations are just too high, I can't afford to keep going here. Not that it holds any real weight, but I have noticed over several visits that older patients are given much more respect, dialogue, and attention throughout their visit whereas younger patients are treated with a very "recreational" demeanor. It can be somewhat alienating for a new user who is looking for the same quality of guidance as the patient next to them.

First experience in a state approved facility and all i can say is wow. not what i was expecting. Very laid back atmosphere. got the outdoor blue dream and it is really good smooth smoke i enjoyed the taste and it was a good flower. had one of the jars i got break on me. I will definately be back out there.

Live a mile away, and drive 15 round trip to go elsewhere. This place sucks! Way overpriced meds that the price in no way is equal to the low quality. Your growers really need to learn how to grow, dry, cure, and flush their cannabis. This place is such a joke with rude staff.

Certainly not of the highest quality. Some of us like to smell the exact flower we are buying, so those packages just don't work. Are they biodegradeable? NOT Service was ok but didn't like the set up.

The only thing high here is the prices. Are u serious? $350+ an oz?? This is robbery. You are supposed to care about patients not care about our wallets. The only place to get A++ top shelf medicine for $190-$220 an oz is the PHX medical farmers markets. Enough of this $300+ an oz who are you fooling? An average patient goes through 1oz of medicine per month. At $350 an oz thats $4,200 a yr! Talk about taking food off the table!!! Patients can't afford to give u every cent of their hard earned money. Please, set the bar for Arizona dispensaries and lower your prices for top shelf medicine. I will rate you 5 stars out of courtesy, however you deserve 0 stars. Becuase myself, and no other patient should pay these absurd prices.
