Harvest HOC - Tempe (Med/Rec)

I've been in several Harvest dispensaries, and in every case I had done an online preorder. I would say that 4 out of 5 times on average the order was not ready when I arrived 2 to 4 hours later. In many cases this meant that I didn't get the deals on the products I wanted, and when they're out of something there often isn't anything of like quality and cost available. On my last visit the was a BOGO sale on several brands of flower. I ordered two Modern Flower half ozs, and two RollOne half ozs. When I arrived 3 hours after I placed my order it still hadn't been pulled yet. The guy in the pickup window was having to pull everyone's orders apparently, because the guy before me took forever trying to figure out what he wanted since they didn't have what he ordered. This defeats the purpose of having a fast pickup window. When I got home I found out that they gave me the 4 strains that I ordered, but they gave me a lower quality RollOne half oz of one of the strains. Not only was this product only a 15% THC, instead of the 22.5% of the Modern Flower I ordered, but it screwed up the BOGO deal. When I return today they traded out the wrong product, but the new batch today is only 19% instead of the 22.5%. I did get a free preroll out of the deal, but it's still aggravating to have to waste time and gas like this. I'm now done with Harvest because of these problems, and because they sponsore an LGBTQ grooming group called OneNTen. This is something I can not overlook. Keep your hands and your mental illness away from our children!

Ordered online thru Leafly, texted me when order was ready. Picked up and out the door in under 5 min. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Really shocked by all of the negative reviews... I got a good vibe from the place, everyone was super knowledgable and explained things to me better than at the other dispencaries ive been to, although I did notice the prices were slightly higher. Went here specifically for the thc ointment, most other places are sold out. Quick and easy, in n out. havent tried their flower or edibles yet.

Nice location. Staff is great! But they got rid of the $20 8ths. So might not be going there for a while unless I’m in the area

not the best best quality, but still have some of the best quality around. you can get some amazing deals here. their vet discount is one of the best around and the member program can knock a good chunk off also. people behind the counter are pretty chill. not a lot of room to walk around, but workable if less than 5 people shopping. they have the strains on display to smell and check. worth going too

Meh. Bought an OZ as a FTP but didn't have the state allotment for the free 8th. The budtender made it seem like since I bought an OZ as a FTP, I could come and pick up my 8th when the state allotment cycled, so in a day or 2. I asked "So I can just come back and get this 8th when my allotment rolls over?" She said "Yes, I'll make a note in your acoount and put in which strain you prefer." Gave them a call when I got home and got the ol' bait and switch routine. Now I have to make ANOTHER purchase to receive the 8th. If I had not purchased an OZ as a FTP and been told what I was told I wouldn't see an issue. I should have went with my gut and walked out. Probably will not be back First impressions last..

I have to admit this dispensary is one of a kind. I always get the great customer service and care inside here. However i visited today for the $5 special on the lavender jones. Was a little iffy on purchasing because the good ole saying “you get what you pay for”. I expressed how i was feeling uneasy to my budtender as i did not want to waste my money on some low quality flower and she suggested me grab a gram or two. Try it out than

First time today. Started great with the advisor TOM he is awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Felt a bit rushed at check out due to a complaint someone else had and the representative having to clock out.

I really do like the Meds here, flower isn't my fav. but I do like alot of there concentrates as well as the edibles. The staff is really awsome my in n out shop thats on top....😆

ADA? Yes but no automatic doors. Security present? Don't recall. Wait time/time of day? Less than 10 minutes on a weekday. Education offered/available? Sort of, some Leafly brochures on the wall. Flower/edibles/concentrate? About 30 strains of flower, huge selection of edibles and only cartridges for concentrates. CBD flower/products? One strain of high CBD flower and a few topicals and tinctures. Staff vibe? Very nice but too cool for me. Test results/3rd party? Yes. Prepackaged or deli style? Not sure. Overall impression, will I return? Harvest is a pretty ok dispensary, it's hard to shake off the way I felt when I was there as I actually know quite a bit about cannabis and I don't like being treated like a greenhorn. There are professional ways to communicate besides asking if "I'd ever been in a dispensary or used cannabis before" when I've probably been using cannabis longer than the kid had been alive. It's 2016.

Delivery services wasn't the best experience but the meds were alright

Fire wax. Place is pretty chill. They let you in a room where you can see everything on the wall. kinda go shopping yourself. then tell the ladies at windows what you want, then pay. the tree looked like top shelf. Yeah,these flower prices are high for being in central area. But it looked fire. I wasn't able to try the flower though.

First time here was almost overwhelming as a new patient. I could have used more help but I could've been more vocal about it as well. The chiesel definitely lived up to the hype (28%). I'll be back due to their convenient location and fire buds!
