Horrible customer service, shitty weed, shitty prices, I will never shop at any other locations ever again & I am recommending everyone else do the same!

The building is huge. The sales area is about the size of my bedroom. All of which is fine. The staff is well trained, attentive and helpful. The daily deals and first time patient deals are so so when compared to other dispensaries. I stopped in as this is a new dispensary near my house. I never make major purchases my first time at a dispensary that I am not familiar with. So I ordered 3 pre rolls for the reasonable price of $10. The problem? I could not get a draw from any of them. No matter how hard I sucked on it, or the manner I tried to light it. These things just won't smoke. I ended up just busting them apart and smoking the shake. I hope as they grow and improve, that Harvest can find better vendors for it's products. Given the competitive nature of the business, it's really the only way to survive. Good luck, and I really wish them nothing but the best.

Don’t be fooled by the display buds. You will get some popcorn shit. Got their “top-tier” MAC and the nugs are tiny and the 8th looked like a joke next to similarly priced Grow Sciences 8ths. Save your money.

Terrible dispensary. No selection. Poor customer service . No deals whatsoever. Lots of other dispensaries near by, with tons of awesome deals and selection. You know who you are 😉

Wow, what can I say, you can get a good variety here, mostly outdoor grown cali buds, if they're growing their own meds indoors, I'm the president of the u.s. I see the exact same stuff that my friends get for about 40 percent less than they sell it for. I don't mind paying these exorbitant prices if they're actually growing it and know what they're doing, but not when they're bringing it in from the west coast, get the same thing on the street and save money or go to a real dispensary.

This place is a freaking mess. Their online menu in no way matched what they have in stock. To make matters worse what they have on display is likely not in stock. Had Lava Cake on the shelf and when I went up to order they let me know it was all out. Why would you have this bud displayed if your out?!?! Found it very hard to find flower I wanted in a price range that worked.

I was going here a lot the last 3 or 4 yrs. The main reason I kept going more recently, was because of their happy hour and their old point system. The people have always been great for the most part but their quality has always been "meh". However, it's hard to complain when the happy hour was such a great deal and the point system gave you a $ amount instead of accruing points on a tier system. The new system is not enticing at all and I'm really bummed they stopped carrying the 100mg Flourish Date Brownies. At this point I don't have much keeping my business here unless I happen to be close by but I'll probably just look around as there are 5 or 6 dispensaries that are closer to my home. I really hope they decide to bring back the happy hour and old point system it really made it worth driving to their location.

I am a long time customer of Harvest. For the most part they usually have great flower and they have the best points system in the Valley. I don't like is that they charge $15 ($65) more an 8th for there Abundant flower than Oasis and Territory ($50), so really having to commute for the better price for the same flower is a bummer, the menu is never current and there isn't one available at the store ( I was told it changes too much) and they only have specials on the flower nobody wants (hence, why it's on the menu for 3+months). It would be nice to see more Connected, Alien Labs and Avenue available, more sativas would be nice and of Lemmonade is $65 an 8th it shouldn't come in mylar.

Not a fan. The people here either talk down to you or ignore you. Maybe if you become Cool to them it's OK but damn. You people are selling medicine and you act like customers are bothering you. low selection and pre bagged medicine with seeds? please. it's not 1995. learn how to not cross pollinate

Couple girls are still snobby. Don't think thats changing anytime soon. Concentrate game has raised and they got great tasting/looking textures of all kinds. Price is still high at 60-70 a g. I rated quality at 2/5 because of their flower is still gross. Idk why but h.o.t. has never had good flower. Ever. Its always cured incorrectly and smells woody and leafy. Never fire. Been that way for 3-4 years now. But will come back for waxes Service is decently quick and you can tell some of the helpers really care about helping the patients. However, they aren't the most knowledgable as I overheard multiple times, on a couple trips, of them saying not really correct things about processing/extracting and usage for indica/sativa. Also, snobs and personal space invaders. Wayyy too many greeters at the front and inside. All I need is, "Hello, welcome" and "Have a great day!". Atmosphere at a low because crowded areas, both front and back. Pretty busy place for a small area but they do a pretty good job moving things along. It's just kinda annoying going thru and around everyone at their busy hours.

so I've been visiting here since it opened. why do you have strains that have less than 10% THC on the menu? nothing over 16%.. the only good things are the Bhang bars are the Ganga Goo. You need to seriously fix your grow op. there are places in the valley that offer nothing less than 17% THC at the minimum for the same price. Wax and concentrates should be at least 80% THC to 90% THC. not 60%.. Something is terribly wrong if you think that status quo will work, especially with the amount of quality medicinal cannabis purveyors in the Phoenix area.. I will only come back for the chocolate bars and ganga goo. you can have a nice building with nice displays but the product and reviews speak to the true nature of the place. if I were you, I'd listen to people who give you honest feedback. I wonder if you got the computers up and running this morning? at least you take credit cards.

High prices for mediocre meds. not a fan.

So I drove 15 miles to this store, because their online hours said they were open, but i get there and they werent. They never have the strain I look for, and they people are not the nicest. I wont go back. Never again.

First time to a dispensary. Nice place, good location, easy access. I do have a lot of questions and don't feel like they were answered adequately. The guy helping me didn't offer the new patient gift!!!!!😔 Dont know if I'll be back.

It's ok. You have to smell the flower through holes of the jar. Weak! I bought a half ounce, which came in 4 eighths. Each eigth weighed out at 3gms. Which means I lost 2gms of weight. I should not have to pay for the weight of the container as part of the 3.5gms. Pre-packaged flower so far has me very disappointed. And you can't take it back and rectify it either. 🤔 Probably will not drive 30min again to visit this location or its other store fronts. Too bad!!!

Manager is rude & refused to exchange a defective cartridge. Simple rule of business for a botched product but harvest refused to take responsibility and have lost a customer entirely. Do NOT use this location

Man this use to be my favorite place but now yall are butt raping us with the price increases. Please stop lol there’s enough money for everyone. And you all will eventually make more money back with Rec. so please don’t over charge people who actually use this as medicine. It’s not right.

Thank God for Harvest of Tempe. Finally a dispensary has put a legitimate medicine into a legitimate setting. I hope that this is the future of medical marijuana.

A tad expensive. Hopefully in a few years they will be able to drop their prices down a bit, but for those who are looking for a professional upscale experience this is the place to go.

never had any problem with the meds except for the prices. If you are a heavy user this place is just unaffordable.
