Had a bad experiance with their by an oz save 18%. Drive all the way from east mesa. I was after some sour d I figured ok 320 oz plus 18% off I can do that.... Get there and they tell me the 18% is already included in the price I asked him to show me where it says that on the website and he couldnt. Anyways very misleading wound up paying 50 for a 8th. Disapointed

First time in today and I was very impressed all around. I was greeted at the door by someone and they talked to me about everything I needed to know before I even walked in. The dispensary itself is by by far the best I've been in yet. Very cosy and a welcome feel unlike some. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I picked up an eighth of Skywalker and I am extremely happy I got it because it is exactly what I was looking for in medication. I can't be happier honesty. Only problem I had (if you can call it that) was the high sales tax. But other than that I will definitely be heading back this way again for my medication. I highly recommend

I see a lot of people complaining about pricing on here and I would like to see them try to operate a business to see the costs of operating, Ins and testing. Very Fair pricing at all the legit Dispensaries. How many people on the streets give you Rewards bonus's for purchasing from them? Great Place Stop complaining people!

I've been to harvest quite a few times. none of which have I been very pleased with the selection of meds. some look good but smell weird. some smell great but look weird. the ONLY thing worth going here for is a 9 dollar joint. bring cash though if you don't wanna pay a card transaction fee

I bought 7 prerolls. 5 last week, 2 today. 2 out of the 5 From last week canoed and ran down the side. It was whatever I thought. I went in today to buy 2 more and the Sirius Lemon Sherb canoed and ran down the side and turned off half way and I was not able to smoke it anymore. Literally 3/4 of the joint went to waste. I called harvest and they kept saying you can’t return burnt weed? I never asked for a return. I was asking for a replacement since the meds dispensed didn’t even give me the medicinal effects due to the way they burned. I don’t even want to smoke the Lemonade Medillin preroll I have left now. They leave you feeling robbed after what you buy doesn’t even burn right and then they don’t want to replace it. So harvest lost a patient over a $15 replacement. GOOD JOB.

Was looking forward to picking up an 1/8 of verde electric and an 1/8 of platinum cookies. I'm a big fan of the Girl Scout Cookie and derivatives of the strain. After finding out that Harvest won the Az medical awards for the 1st and 2nd place. I was excited to finally get my hands on quality GSC. But I was totally disappointed in the fact that they did have either one!
I was not impressed with their selection. Or their suggested donations. Total let down. Will not be back.

Never been here, but I had planned to make my way in because it's so close to me. With that being said I will not be coming in because when all the other reviews mentioned that you were over priced your comment was the same each time?!? This tells me you have slightest understanding of Empathy. This is a very important attribute of great customer service. Excellent Customer Service, and Interaction with customers is everything!

First time patient. Attempts to voice concerns experienced during a visit in April via available company avenues have been repeatedly ignored. Emails sent via their corporate page go unanswered. You will be just a number to this dispensary. I have not returned since and left all of my new patient discounts on the table, unused. There is an unacceptable lack of customer service as concerns go unanswered. There is no formal return policy structure posted on their corporate website nor is it covered during new patient "orientation". Would not recommend this dispensary to anyone and will tell everyone I know my full experience there. Will update this post with more details when health & time permits.
You will also notice, unlike other reputable businesses that stand by their quality, they do not respond to complaints in public either. For now, buyer beware.

Got home and had very dry flower with some big stems. Very disappointed!!!!! The guy assisting me highly recommended it too. I think that flower is past its "Use By " date to be most effective. Some dispensaries nearby have BIG specials for every day of the week which helps my budget.

This was the first ever dispensary I had gone to and it was a very poor experience. I was told by my dr that my first visit would be very pleasant and informative and that I wouldn’t feel lost. None of that was true. The gentleman who helped me didn’t seem to want to be there. He didn’t seem very interested in being there. And he didn’t seem to care when I had told him it was my first time being at ANY dispensary. When I asked him what he recommends he said that he has “low standards” and that he would just get the bottom of the barrel (Shake). When I asked him if it would be more stems than bud he said no. Which was not true. When I had asked what their first time patient special was he once again seemed annoyed. I know it was probably just one of those days which I totally understand. But for me personally that was a big thing for me. I wish that he would have had the same attitude as the person working the front who made me feel okay with not knowing anything. I left there very unhappy and have been super hesitant to go into any dispensary since then.

Really bad customer service. This is quite literally the first job most of these people have ever had and it shows.
Good thing for rec users that they shaft medical users so hard at this location. You'll enjoy that part.

went for a thc cart and they gave me a half thc half cbd. being i did not ask for somthing with cbd why the hell would give it to me.

Medical patient turned away 15 mins before closing time bc worker said there are people in line “unsure what they want” and it’s taking a long time and that they are unable to take me and shut the door in my face. Never using any harvest location again. Unreal service, 0/10

Alright at first I loved this place..because the manager said suggested donation rates will come down, but as time goes on..only more strains are being put up and suggested donations the same..its kinda BULLSHIT that you only discount 1/4 & 1/2..every time I pick up 2 8ths of supreme or what ever the 2nd shelf is it cones to 115-125 with TAX..that's shady as fuck..I'm over this place n the high suggested donations..its bullshit that u can't round the number to be even and reasonable for the taxes..in cali tma gram is still 20 n they tax too..its not like this place doesn't have customers..idk I'm slowly just going tostop coming here

so many complaints about price that i almost didn't go but i'm so glad that i did. the top shelf buds are fantastic and the lowest priced buds are priced lower than almost anywhere else. will definitely be back.

This is not the place to go if you have social anxiety-I don't but this place makes me uncomfortable. Too many "employees" greeting, walking around, and really just taking up space and getting in your way to see the products. I ask all three who were roaming around some specific questions, and got three different answers. Ive been here a few times throughout the year and see many of the complaints in reviews have been ignored, and the price for the quality you get is still some of the poorest in the city. I don't know how so many of you work in such a happy industry and manage to be so rude. Hire some nicer and more knowledgable employees if you're going to have them all over the place.
Pros: Great preroll costs. Love the bogo edible deal going on. Quality of product is always top notch
Con: Three greeters, yet there is always a long line with just a couple behind the counter. Always out of the brand they offer bogos on. You even have to wait in that long line when you pre-order on Leafly. It saves no time whatsoever.
