it was a great experience, the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and made a first time shopper feel confident with there purchase. The line was long but what do you expect with the "grand opening" of recreational marijuana.

Bud tenders were friendly, line was pretty fast. Some of the flower prices a touch high. But they have good prices on concentrates and what not. In fact you guys get my first full endorsement. I came in annoyed by some of the pricing at other places and left in a good mood after going inside and having not paid too much or feeling like I was ripped off.

I called about trying to get an exchange because I tried the prerolls I ordered when i got home. When I first sparked it and tasted it, it tasted horrible and so dry, almost as if they rolled straight trim. Brandon who answered my call said just said "theres nothing we can about that, just because you don't like it we can't return it."

Horrible Customer Service. I specifically asked for a certain strain that I was told was in stock. Turns out it wasn't, when asked what are my other options the budtender said " I don't know, what do you like"?? Per my previous request you would think he would keep me along the same line of which I was asking for but no, was thrown 3 different options. Finally after selecting something I didn't even want, and once being handed my change the budtender says "oh there are more behind this cart, sorry I didn't move it". When I asked could I switch what I picked for what I needed he said NO!!... SO BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO HIS JOB, THE ONLY JOB HE HAS, I ENDED UP WITH MEDS I DIDNT WANT, WHILE WHAT I NEEDED WAS A PUSH OF A CART AWAY??? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Every time I've came here I have had a great time. the budtenders are friendly also very helpful and patient with me. I picked up 4 Cru Cannabis Indica prerolls GMO Cookies and let me tell you very tasty and stoney definitely will be picking some up again soon
