Harvest HOC - Glendale

I am an immuno compromised patient who is afraid to go in and it is the most frustrating thing when I cannot even talk to someone to assist with what I might need. I can’t even get a hold of the store to talk to someone! Also if you put on your voice message to press a certain number at anytime to place an online order, then actually do it. Don’t make the message play again. I listened to it 7 times just to leave a message? I guess I won’t be stopping in as a new patient.

I’m a regular customer at this location (nearly every day) and I am beyond disappointed with the wait times lately. I find myself waiting in line behind recreational patients for 20+ mins while they’re checking out. It’s no use placing an express order if I’m still waiting an hour to get it.

Brand New Patient!! This was the first dispensary I visited and I was greeted by two very nice guys at the front desk. I filled out paperwork and within 5 minutes, Jerry took me back to show me the products. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different strains and types of concentrates! It was extremely clean and they were professional in regards to the Corona virus protocols. Definitely made me comfortable and I will for sure be back!

HARVEST is a great place to shop constrates, they have mostly all the vendors witch is nice . ROSIE is very nice and cheerful always greets me with a big smile thank you !

Now that happy hour deals are gone prices on each tier of flower need to be greatly reduced. You should also offer better daily deals. One strain that is old for $70 a half Oz had me laughing at the bud tenders who looked embarresed to tell me there was only 1 strain for today's special. There is variety of flower but it's all roughly the same price. No point in spending that much on lower grade buds when the pre-packaged better buds are about the same price. Really frustrating when I need a quality budget Oz. I hope things change so this can be my main spot again.

Stop in every night or every other night for multiple grams of rosin. Always show nothing but love and appreciation for the staff. Tonight however was a different story, I was buzzed back to go shopping with my partner (remind you the person at the front desk permitted us back together) we get to the register where a girl or boy in a beanie proceeded to tell us we were unable to be back together after she had already started to take our order. I mentioned I wasn’t shopping I was just back there with her. I was told to leave because I didn’t have any “reason” for being there because only recreational customers can do that. Poor management, poor customer service and clearly too incompetent to train or educate their staff on the correct laws or store rules. Never have been treated so terribly in a friendly customer service environment.

Well I think its a DR appt ace that does bad business. I received a text after signing up at the Glendale location that said "thanks for signing up for text alerts from harvest of Glendale. stay tuned for grand opening info. Also show this text for first to.e patient deal!" And I even called yesterday and they receptionist said "yes just show the text and you get the deal again." So I go in today to be told "no I don't get it." Complete bs. I don't text.and anyone shops here.

Has a little hiccup at the store today, I was incorrect about the deal that was being offered. The staff and manager were super professional and efficient, and she was able to navigate the situation so that I still left very happy! That's really saying something, considering how disappointed I was initially. I come here all the time, everyone is nice and cheerful, they have an amazing selection and I will keep coming here for as long as they keep it this way!

Danielle, Jerry, Trevor & Rosie are always a great help & very knowledgeable when it come to marijuana. Never disappoints!! One of my favorite dispensary’s in the valley!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Why not tell people you’re not open and keep the door locked then having people walk in without notice anywhere that we’re close till 12 , like why even have preorder when you don’t even communicate any usable information! The Employees are great but Management runs it like a McDonald’s

I love the staff here and that is what makes me come back. Good deals went away for awhile but there have been some better ones popping up again, hopefully their corporate team starts running deals that mirror the market better. Other than that I love this location and pop in when I need a pick me up! Mariena and Lizzy are my favorite tellers!

Good bud and nice folks. Very limited supplies on some specials. Just wish they would send out a message when the specials are gone. 2nd time In the past month that special was gone by early afternoon.

i love coming here for the prerolls and cbd dog treats. the DAs always keep it chill in the back and let you know what deals are best at the moment.

When I'm in the West valley, this is the spot! I never have to question the quality of medication and staff are always eager to help!!
