Great staff and Managment. Nirvana was my Goto before HARVEST replaced them at the 59th ave and Tbird Location. I didnt want to review till I had more info. Great Place Great Product, Manager's and staff Very Friendly and Informative. Harvest was new to me I had never been till they opened here. With all this said I am a bargain shopper and I look for deals. HARVEST has had the Best Deals I have ever seen. My fellow Smokers please come in and see them. Happy Hour is on Point as well 4-7 PM . dont go here, they bait and switch. told me theres dosidos grow sciences and wedding cake but when I get there they dont have anything I want. not coming back

This place has spiraled downhill since rec passed meds horrible client relations horrible reward program horrible this place USED to be great

Just made my first visit, got the cheapest quarter and it's super fire. Everyone was very nice...keep it up!!

This location is horrible. Everything about it is terrible. We haven't had a good experience yet and we've been there 5 times now. The only reason we go there is for item 9 labs crumble. They are the only ones near us that have it. Time after time there is an issue. But first the customer service: Non existent. its "what do you want and get out" everyone in there looks like they want to be anywhere else. The prices online are always a "mistake on leafly" or "we dont carry that" when it's on there menu; and when you show them, its leafly's fault. Tonight, my girlfriend went in to get vemon candyland shatter, which was clearly on the menu but instead was given a cbd strain. They are just terrible. bad management equals bad employees which makes for an awful place to visit. Go literally ANYWHERE else.

You’ll sit in the lobby while one bud tender helps a customer and the other two bud tenders stand in the back not doing sh*t service is bottom in Arizona

Received a 40% off single item discount w/ no other discounts text just to get down there & get told certain restrictions. Usually coupons restrictions are on the coupon or at least a hyperlink w/ the exclusions.. NOPE. But to start the budtender tells me she has never heard of the coupon to pull it up on my phone as I’m already doing so. I go to show her & for her to not have heard of the coupon text she sure did know all the exclusions.. made no sense. Reason why I haven’t been back in a while.. thanks for the 40% off but probably won’t be back.

Waiting room is anxiety inducing but the prices and quality for price are worth it I count this as a flower shop but carries everything you want/need. hit up there $45 half, super worth it. Every Arizona brand you could want (almost) don't feel as if it deserves the rating it currently has. Much better than nirvana. Very little wait and once you're in the budtenders don't try and push what needs to be sold, rather stand back and allow you to choose (personally prefer this to when a bartender THINKS they know best)

Flower is overpriced and old good customer service but horrible flower

Have to wait over an hour just to get in the back. Wait was ridiculous and I had an online order. They have like 2 bud tenders working in the back they need to step it up.

Bud quality and price was great if you know what your looking for, not all bud can be perfect. I got ftp at this location even after being at another one of their locations. Just have a cool attitude and don’t be demanding. Budtenders had an awesome attitude and were very helpful. Only suggestion is label products with prices and have them more visibly accessible.

Great shop great selection great staff

I was a little apprehensive about this dispensary because i liked nirvana but they are awesome! The brownie was great!

The FTP was more than ideal, great staff, but what really made the experience was the knowledge of ,Mason, my bud tender, will come back just because of that.

Evrything was great at the store and I’m very impressed with the product

So I've been shopping here for awhile since they took over the old Nirvana location which I miss couple weeks ago my allotment was shorted traced it back to harvest I bought an ounce of flower and they charged my allotment for 2 by the time I figured this out it was a few days after my purchase they told me because it was 72 hours they couldn't do nothing about it so I was screwed out of a whole ounce last month their they unfortunately are only a mile down the road from me however it looks like Bloom is opening a new location on Thunderbird right down the road I will shop there and other locations from now on never step foot in harvest again not to mention their prices are a little high for what they sell I won't be missing them I'm sure they won't listen to either but be careful when you shop here don't become a victim like I did

okay how do we small lifetime to be served no friendliness shown professionalism absent and at the end of it all I got sent home with the wrong flower great I will never go back
