Great bud and the highest Veteran discount I have gotten at any dispensary in Tampa. Definitely will be back.

They constantly show that they cannot handle any sort of rush! Give inaccurate waiting times and depending on who you talk to over the phone or in person is a joke you either get super nice and helpful or you get rude short answers your either treated as a patient or your treated like you are irritating the person.............

Well checking in to see if need to make the drive to Liberty Health Science since the place 3 miles away cant keep or won't keep littles in stock. LHS consistent and grow healthy trying to sell bic lighters

The flower was extremely dry and had no smell. When the store first opened the flower was good but lately it has been garbage and a big waist of money. I will not be shopping here anymore and I will spread the word.

I placed an online order, the manager filled it incorrectly. I ordered three 1/8s, two of one type, one of another. When i picked up my order they had only pulled two of the three, and sold out of I had orginally ordered. The manager's word verbatim, " I'm sorry, i didnt dlsee that there was two." If she read the orded but not the quantity, how can they be counted on to do anything? I also had to travel to this location from out of town to use my patient renewal discount. If i hadnt taken a product I didn't want, I would have been stuck with an incomplete order at a full price. No reconciliation, no quality control. Imagine your pharmacist telling you to take whatever they have to offer or nothing at all because they could not be assed to actually read the order.

Love the staff and envy

Placed order online for 35I received text receipt which I thought meant ready. The order ready text comes later. Anyways they weren’t staffed to handle this 35% off promo. Couldn’t

The product they sell is great. No complaints there, but this has to be the most inefficient dispensary I have ever been to. It consistently takes upwards of thirty minutes to pick up an already filled online order after being told it’s ready to pick up. I don’t understand how the only dispensary with a drive through is the slowest. As I’m writing this review I’ve been in my car in line for 36 minutes and I’m about halfway there. Meanwhile I’m watching a group of people pile up to wait inside. It defies logic.

Only recommendation is when placing a preorder for Store Pick Up you shouldn’t have to wait longer than 10 minutes! Other dispensaries have a quick pick up window for pre-orders. Waiting 20 minutes or longer for an order that you pre-order is a little irritating!

This place is amazing! We love going here! There flower is always quality! The budtenders rock! Ms. Harlia is so kind, warm, and welcoming! Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to their products. The environment is comfortable and relaxing. We are glad to have Grow Healthy local to us!

This conveniently located dispensary has been my go-to place to get carts and concentrates since I received my MMC. They have such a huge variety of strains and products. I had one instance recently where upon arriving home after buying a cart, the cart had cracked. I went to the GrowHealthy with the cracked cart and they didn't ask me any questions or give me a hard time. They saw the crack and offered me a replacement. Also, it seems like a great place to work as the employees always seem to be upbeat and happy to assist. Great work morale.

I love grow healthy.... the staff is great... the product is great..... however thats where the love ends. The lack of customer appreciation is so great there is crazy. No by the staff but by the owners. The lack of consideration for their patients is over the top and this is by the owners. No deals, there were flash sales promised.... ive seen two since they were announced 6 or so months ago. The fact is the owners dont care about people getting there medicine. All they care about is money. I went to muv with $100 and walked out with $300 worth of product after i went and was represcibed. Go to grow healthy guess what.... no deals. I really love the staff at this location. But the lack of customer consideration/ appreciation will stop me from visiting their locations. Im sure this review mean absolutely nothing to them But here it is anyways.

After going to numerous dispensaries, I finally found one where I was treated like a human. First I’d like to thank Johnny. Not only did he make me feel comfortable speaking to him but he really knows his products. Everything he said was then seconded in the back by Janet. The sweetest person I’ve ever met. LOVE this place!!!!

pick ups here are theeeee WORST (even pre-covid)

I went here for my first time today, and I am incredibly pleased from my experience. I instantly was greeted with a “hello” and smile! They were having a 35% off concentrates sale, and were very sparse on products. I ended up going to purchase flower and a CBD tincture, but ended up with no flower at first. I walked out disappointed at first since I live about forty minutes away from this MMTC, but as soon as my fiancée and I were starting up my car, the gentleman who greeted us at the door waved us to come back inside. They had some flower left and I was able to get “Grape Stomper” and “Queso Perro!” I also purchased a black cherry CBD tincture! I got to use my first time patient discount, and ended my experience on a satisfied and happy note. I would definitely recommend checking GrowHealthy out if you are a MMJ patient in Florida! Excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and quality medication!

I can only comment about delivery, which was outstanding! From the time I placed my order to delivery was under 24 hours!! Super friendly and quick/painless transaction. I ordered the mango indica and the taste and effects are just what I need. I am thrilled they offer free delivery and also some discounts I can take advantage of! I think I have finally found (after trying all but 1) my "happy" place. You won't be disappointed 😎

Absolutely loved this place. Employees are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude. Big plus they take care of their veterans, way more than other big name dispensaries.

After having tried all product lines they have available, I can safely say this is one of the best dispensaries in Florida. Not one of the best chains, one of the best individual dispensaries.

Ask for Johnny. He is AMAZING. Really knows his stuff. Helped my wife and I with several different options. Loved that he asked specific questions before even telling us about the products. He cares and it shows. Great products and great service.
