This place is ran by kids. Irresponsible and stupid kids.
It’s a joke of a company that makes up rules as they go. Never has inventory and when they do it’s like Walmart on Black Friday.
Stay away from this place if you value respect and your time. Pathetic business.

Not enough selection. Wants to charge 50$ extra for packaging. Bud tenders are extremely helpful but with the weekly deals ending at the end of the month there will be no reason to shop here with far superior quality at better prices available everywhere else. Great if no where else is open.

FINALLY!!! I found my go to place. Must ask for Johnny. His overall knowledge & patience was a breath of fresh air. Overall the staff was very friendly & although the place seemed full, I was in & out in 10 minutes. Thanks again.

This place has slowly declined since I started coming in June. The staff is amazing, but the prices are just totally unrealistic. Especially now that they've taken away the daily deals to supposedly do almost nonexistent "flash sales". Most people try to come for distillate or flower, and both are outrageously priced which causes people to turn away. Even tonight, the patient after myself left without making a purchase. Most of the staff go out of their way to help you with anything you may need, but they can only do so much when the distillate is $80 per G and the flower is $16 per G.

Please be careful with inventory and internal purchases or hoarding. I’ve stopped by a few times to a few dispensary’s, including this one and the perception is, the most popular strains are being hoarded on purpose. Please tell your employees to allow the customers to purchase first before they do. Please stop hoarding the good stuff.
Michele which is new management was very rude to me. Made me go into a different line letting people go ahead of me. When I told her what happened she told me I can go to the end of the line and wait again. I’ve been coming here 2 years and that was the rudest most inconsiderate customer service I’ve ever experienced from this location
I put in a pre-order. Came to pick up, asked if I could add one more cartridge to my order. Was told I would have to go to the back of the line.. What line? There where 3 registers open and two other patients waiting, that literally just walked in. So I am spent $150 instead of $200, because I didn't want to go to the back of the line.....Seriously??

This place is great. Johnny helped my mother and I understand the products and their specific benefits. We were both very confused with the overall dosing and benefits of medical cannabis. Not anymore. Great quality products combined with excellent service.

I love this place. ❤ I've only gotten flower products here, but I'm never disappointed. Friendly staff, and good deals. I like that they use leafly to update inventory as well, much appreciated. 👌🏼😎

This is my favorite dispensary! The products are amazing and you always learn something when you go. You absolutely never feel rushed or overwhelmed and the bud tenders are knowledgeable, kind, and best of all - fun! They have a great selection and are super good at helping you find what works for your needs and what you will enjoy. Special shout out to Jonika for making me feel like part of the family, even though I came in 15 min before closing and for handling my broken cartridge situation so gracefully. I have had nothing but awesome experiences at grow healthy!
We waited in line for 45 minutes and even a while at the window when our order had been placed and filled hours ago.

So I had a tiny rough start as a customer here, which was very quickly eradicated by the general manager, Ian Davis who went out of his way to make sure I was a happy and helped customer. I bought some Indica,Silicon Valley at 20% and the Sativa, 99 Problems, at 25%. This company offers heavy discounts, 20% if you have a SNAP card, 30% if you're a vet! That's AWESOME!! And if you're new, $75 off a $150 ourchase!! Flower is all I get, and having been here three times, I can easily say they get some of the best flower available, and have THE BEST discounts of any dispensary around. Ian was instrumental in keeping me as a customer, and I loved talking with him as well. The staff went out of their way to help, lots of smiles and genuinely happy people working there. The best way to shop here is to order ahead of time. It insures you get what you want, and like ZERO wait time. Other than Ian, a few names I got were Tyler, who has done my orders each time, Ashley, as smart a she is pretty and a beautiful smile, and Angela who was the first person I spoke with, also just a lovely woman inside and out, sparkling personality to be sure. Of course, last but hardly least, Ian Davis, the manager who was entirely responsible for clearing up the miscommunication I had. There are some others that I didn't get their name, but really great people. HIGHLY recommend this place!

This facility itself is highly technologically-advanced and very well kept. It was clean and fresh smelling. Everyone at the front desk area was very friendly and welcoming upon entering. I only waited a few moments in their lovely waiting room before going to the back to make my purchase. HARLIA was my customer service representative and she did a wonderful job explaining everything and handling my transaction. There is an ATM on site that does charge $3 for usage. Be aware of that! I highly recommend this establishment and its products. I've had wonderful success on blending to make a 1:1 as they were out of what my doctor had prescribed. I am very pleased with their operation and my items. I give them an A+!

Hi, I have been a customer for months. Your customer service is awful. I purchased a vape cart yesterday and the glass shattered on the cart. Your manager would not replace it or even speak to me. Mind you it was full . I will never come to your location again and all my friends with cards won’t come either. Absolute BS that your carts can’t even stay in one piece, but worse of all is the fact that you don’t give a shit about your customers.
What’s going on? No phone calls answered for 2 days and unable to order online for 2 days. No products in inventory for 2 days but there are cars constantly there! What’s up Grow Healthy Brandon, FL??????

I was shocked to hear the front desk associate complain about her coworkers to the security guard as I waited to be called back. She expressed much disdain and then confided she was going after a management position!!! How can you manage people you can’t stand?! I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a dispensary. The medicine is great (when they have any, they only had THREE items), but the service is definitely concerning

Way overpriced when there is equal @ other places for way less $$$$$$$
They charged me for product I never received. Will not pick up phone at all. Will not call me back after leaving message. No contact options that work to resolve. Poor poor poor customer service.

I would love to see a dispensary shop in Tampa. I received a gram of mind and body syringe. The Wookiee girl is amazing. Lemon head is tasty. And they delivered to my job. Friendly people both on the phone and in person.
