Excellent products and services! Every single time I visit the representatives offer me their full attention and have patience with me learning. They are on point with working with me in every way. I absolutely love the Fruitful Orange Tinchner and it is a must need in stock but unfortunately I have been checking the website everyday and trying to track it down somewhere else. Hopefully they will get it back soon.

Never will order online again the system doesn’t not work

worst place ever. placed an order at 11am for pick up went at 5pm and still not ready. was on the list of placed orders but apparently not able to figure out how to fill it. waited till 6:30 and finally left.

this dispensary used to be the best, but you can tell that they replaced the manager and everything is f***** up now. I never even got a text message that my order was ready, nothing. they're slower. less friendly. it's a mess over there.

Take a hour to get my stuff when i ordered a day before smh woooow

Thank you so much to everyone at GrowHealthy and an extra special thanks to Michelle, Emily, Thomas, and Eevee. All four of them were kind and very helpful. My order hadn't gone through in the system and Michelle & Emily immediately started on my order to make sure I had it ASAP. I had my order even faster here than other dispensaries I've gone to in the past. Eevee & Thomas made sure my order was perfect when they came out for curbside pick-up. Sadly these people can't take tips but they all deserve a fat raise for their great customer service!! I'd recommend this place first to anyone looking for an Orlando dispensary.

Pro: best flower around hands down. Usually have a selection of 3-5 to pick from, all excellent quality. Cons: as long as you can walk in, should be ok. Nothing happens fast though. If it is online ordering only, forget it. Just really bad system with really bad communication. Will often not have the order complete. I get it. We’re fortunate to get to complain about these kinds of problems like the weed store messed up my order. But trying to shop there can be such a shit show. And I’m driving past three other dispensaries to get there. To summarize: product good, experience bad.

Awesome quality. For a first timer, no real bells and whistles. Had to remind them of the discount too even though I mentioned it several times.

Today had my first order delivered to me. It was a pleasure speaking to John on the phone when I placed the order 2 days ago. He made it simply, easy and really comfortable. Today when it was delivered the two young ladies (unfortunately I didn't get their names) were absolutely pleasant! Very friendly, down to earth and made the process so easy. The quality of what I received was A+!!! From the density to the beautiful colors. I'm new to these strains (Brick House, Jilly Bean and Big Pine) so I'm looking forward to testing them out and seeing how they address my medical ailments. Horrible service takes forever to get in and get products.

I placed an online order and it was ready in 28 minutes. I arrived at the Orlando location and was welcomed by friendly staff with a clean and chill atmosphere. Frances helped me with my online order which I added to. Frances was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I had forgotten what it was like to have a nice experience at a medical dispensary, my normal spot has been hectic since Covid. Thanks guys!!

As a first time visitor I had a lot of questions and needed some time to figure out what I wanted. I felt pushed into getting high THC vape cartridges instead of high CBD edibles like I started out wanting and I instantly regretted it. I got way too high and had an anxiety attack. If they had respected what I was asking for I feel like I would've been better off but they kept assuring me I'd be fine. Not everyone is shopping just to get the highest THC products you carry.

The alleged manager Bella treats you horrible and has no customer service skills. They never answer the phone. She tried to charge more than she’s supposed to. She complains that they don’t have enough staff yet they’re selling plenty of product. This place is gross inside. It’s dollar store of dispensaries and our area deserves something better if ownership can’t get things organized. Also, put Bella in the back. Front of house is not a good place for her.

Worst weed ever especially after I was told they are the best wow what sham thank god I don’t live close to any grow healthy so I won’t be spending my $$ there anymore.
