WOW! This dispensary is fabulous! It looks like a MAC store and a Starbucks had a baby; super modern and spacious! The staff was so down to earth and knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning!

I've gone to a bunch of other dispensaries in the Orlando Area, and I gotta say my experience at growhealthy really stood out. Jessica in the front was super informative and helpful.The two boys who were working took great care of me as well(Eric and Allen? i think) and were both super friendly.The distillates are amazing!!!! They definitely gained a returning regular customer.

This was one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. They have a huge variety of products and a diverse amount of strains and subcategories within those products. The bubba kush was absolutely unphenomenoal. I had used grow healthy delivery service before but the in store experience reaffirmed this as my favorite place in orlando to go. Their manager G provided me with amazing customer service on the phone and at the location. Steve and Harryl also gave me great recommendations and I walked out with the best products I have ever received

This is a excellent location with excellent customer service as well. All of the staff will make you feel right at home and they have amazing products so far. I'm sure it only gets better. I highly recommend to anyone!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Mike and his staff at the Orlando Grow Healthy are top notch. I have been to this location on three separate occasions and intend to frequent this dispensary from now on. Great selection of strains; personally, I am a fan of the Citral Glue for day time use and Bubba Kush/Stardawg for night time. Dispensary is in nice part of town, near Dr. Phillips and has the expected services available; ie atm, canpay. As does the company at large, this location offers deals each day of the week and then a mix and match on half gram syringes. Nice knowing that there's a deal daily without hoping to catch an impromptu sale. Lastly, their products have been exemplary. Overall. Great locale and looking forward to their grand opening next month.

When we first got there we met the rudest worker I’ve ever met in a dispensary. Her name was Amy and she was working 8:30 on September 12. She was so disgustingly rude that I was going to leave and never go back but then Aaron came around the corner and saved the day he was super sweet and helped us out. We did place an order later and we would’ve understood if they couldn’t dispense but Amy was so incredibly nasty to customers. That we weren’t even sure if we wanted to continue the order. Aaron took great care of us however and turned the experience around but if I ever walk in and see her at the front desk I will go to another dispensary. There was another super sweet gentleman that assisted us unfortunately we didn’t get his name. Would recommend as long as Amy isn’t there.

Birds of paradise! Lots of selection and strains, great flavor and quick pain relief. So impressed by the service, a great staff!! Jess Rae, Edge and Alex all so patient and informative. G is the nicest guy you could meet, no surprise he is the manager!! Great customer service, I’ll be back!

Wow. Talk about perfection. From the second I walked in I felt more than welcomed. Daysha greeted me with a gorgeous smile, from the front desk, and made sure I was checked in properly. Such a sweetheart! HB took me on a tour around the dispensary and made sure I knew all of the offerings at GrowHealthy! Super knowledgeable and friendly! (Thanks so much for the hat! Love it!) Steven was hard at work cleaning the entire place from top to bottom, no doubt getting the store ready for grand opening on July 12-14! Such a nice guy, giving me tips and advice with some distillate that I’ve never had before. Everyone at GrowHealty was so incredibly friendly and accommodating!!! Cannot WAIT to come back and visit! I’d give them 10 stars but it only goes to five.

Amazing place, super patient workers, answered my many questions. I can't wait to be back. This is a great addition to Orlando.

DOPEST (pun intended) dispensary in Central Florida, hands down. It's clean, the customer service is A1, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they take their time explaining everything to you (without getting aggravated with my 21 questions). BONUS: THE PRODUCT IS THEE BEST. They use real cannabis terpenes and no parabens or dyes! Ask for Daysha or Harryl!

I've been several times already, yes in one week but, it's because the product is so good! The reviews are no joke either! The venue is super gorgeous, well laid out and spacious. I'm in and out within 30 minutes or I can spend ample time getting product knowledge from Daysha and Toni. Highly recommended!

Went in today as my first dispensary visit after getting my card. Blown away! Very friendly staff, Steve and Edge answered my numerous questions and made some awesome reccomendations. Got back quickly with no wait. Looking forward to visiting again, especially for their grand opening July 12th-14th!

What a beautiful facility! Toni, Michael and HB were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure I got what I was looking for, and thoroughly explained everything. I can't wait to come back.

This is by the far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with any dispensary. It really is unfortunate when this is treated as a business is as treatment for a person in a lot of pain . I am on hardship which means economically I am struggling . Sometimes it’s been really hard to be able to afford my medication and the one thing that i really enjoyed about growhealthy . I also have a lot of issues mentally that it helps remedy as well . Today I was denied my hardship discount and on top of that apparently the prices for my medication had increased dramatically. Once realizing this I contacted grow healthy at which point there was a complete disregard and no effort of customer service no resolution. I’ve used growhealthy for a long time I’ve been a patient here and used to speak so highly about them but after today it’s sad to say I will no longer be a patient at grow healthy . They have caused a financial hardship for me and my family and refused to find any resolution and contacted management it was a sad cry for customer service . I tried to return the product once realizing how much of a financial hardship it was going to cause for me and my family . They informed me I could t return the product and now i don’t know how I’ll be able to keep on the lights . I explained this to management and there was no sign of compassion just a strictly business like attitude and now I don’t know how I’m going to pay my bills I really wish they would have just taken their product back and gave me my money back I’d rather be in pain then be homeless

since the lockdown their service has significantly degraded

My experience with GrowHealthy was amazing. Alex was really knowledgeable about all of the products and even suggested some smart buys that save me some money. So far every product a try to spot on. Can’t wait to go back!

Horrible. Horrible customer service. I don’t think these people understand the quality of customer service. Always have smart comments about your order and there famous for saying delivery and pick up is priority, but I’ve ordered MULTIPLE times at 9 in the morning and they say they haven’t even seen my order til almost close. Sometimes even the day after I order. Then I drive about 30 miles to find out they don’t even have what I ordered. No phone call , no nothing. Then they just act like nothing even happened. I actually was super confused why I didn’t get a text all day. So I called getting closer to closing to make sure they wouldn’t cancel my order , but when I called and told him the situation. He didn’t even ask my name , patient number. Nothing. He just had a super attitude filled “ If you didn’t get the text it’s not ready” so I call the next morning to find out it was ready the day before and their system had glitched, so that’s the reason I didn’t receive a text. The most recent time I was there I received an email and text stating my order was ready. FOR BOTH STRAINS I ORDER. so come to find out when I get there, Apparently they sold out of the one I really wanted. The guy who was taking care of me asked this one guy next to him if there was any left. And the one co worker said he think he saw one in the back. And as the guy was going to check this girl that ALWAYS has attitude(next time I will definitely get the name), goes to him with another attitude fulfilled statement “ IF ITS NOT ON THE PAPER YOU CANT SELL IT”. ... okay. But i ordered it when it was on the paper. So I didn’t get what the issue was. I only keep coming here because of quality. But it’s going to be really hard to convince myself to go there again after my most recent time there. Especially since it’s a 45 min drive from home as well.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a Florida dispensary. The atmosphere is classy and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And top notch products!

First time I’ve been here. Was in Orlando for seaworld figure I’d stop by. BEST experience hands down so far for a Dispensry. Got greeted at the door and explained everything as well as got a coffee cup for first time. Quality smoke with great customer services

upscale feeling but very comfortable, the presentation and displays are very well done. Everyone was friendly, customer service was outstanding, G was very informative and helped me understand each section, Steve was also very helpful with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this dispensary
