I just see it as a bit expensive with few sales or deals. Products cost drives people back to buying on the streets as was overheard by several people in waiting area.
I absolutely love this place hands down! Jay,Kelvin, Jessica and Chris are amazing every time I come in! As is Nick and all the other staff ! All the staff also seems very knowledgeable on the product and are more than willing to help answer any questions that you have.
I’m two hours away from home and needed some flower so I stopped in here. Every single person was extremely kind. They made me feel so welcome. Highly highly recommend this dispensary.
Drive thru attendant very confrontational. Demanded I flash my ID card at the window immediately when I drove up and scoffed "haven't you ever been here before?" Like there was a certain procedure at Greenwave I was not aware of. Then, while it seemed some time for him to find my order, staring at the computer, I offered him my order number I found in the text message sent from the store. Second thing he blurts out at me, with a menacing unwavering stare "you trying rush me!" and continued the challenging glare. I was so thrown off by this that all I could do to break the tension was say "not trying to aggravate you bud, just trying to be helpful".
That diffused the tension somewhat and the purchase was finally made, in silence. I drove away trying to keep a smile on my face, thinking the guy must be having a bad day, but also feeling a little ticked off being the recipient of such an offensive attitude. I was a paying customer after all.
Multiple times I have done online orders and will get the notification that my order is ready however when I show up to pick it up whoever filled the order filled it wrong by putting cartridges in where I asked for pre rolls or vice versa which is an easy fix, HOWEVER normally by the time I get there the actual item I ordered is sold out because the order wasn’t filled correctly the first time. I understand we are all humans and make mistakes but this is becoming a running trend at this dispensary. I don’t understand why we do online orders to make sure we get the product we want if the employees don’t pay close enough attention to the order to make sure it is properly filled.

I love Greenwave! Never really had an issue. I was a little disappointed to find my order was missing my peach crescendo preroll today 😕 but it was hours after I picked it up that I realized it so my bad, I guess. I will be checking my bag before leaving from now on.
If I ever need a friend, I’ll just go here. Everyone is so super friendly, I felt super welcome and comfy, it was my first time and I was super anxious, but everyone there is so chill I loved it.
Several times just like my last visit, they won't have what you pre-order. I ordered 2 one gram cartridges, I got the email saying my order is filled and ready. When I go to pick it up my order isn't right. They only had one of my carts in the bag. Other dispensaries that I've dealt with in the past contacted me if there was a problem with my order. Something like that would have been good know I drove a hour to come to the store for a unfilled order. This is not the first time this has happened at this establishment, almost every time I do a pre-order it's not correct. Also maybe put on the website that your card readers weren't working and you could only accept cash, customers could stop at their bank and get the proper cash instead of having to use the ATM to get cash out while customers are having to wait for the inconvenience
the place is awesome and by the way, to the previous person who posted a review about the guy with the headband, that guy with the headband is awesome, y'all just don't know how to talk to him.
I can’t say enough good no GREAT things about this place. Love the people, prices, product, drive thru option, just about everything! Today I was approached outside walking in by a man who didn’t give me a great vibe. Both male managers on duty watched and escorted me out. WTG guys! Thank you for being you! This will always be my shop.
I utilize the Drive Thru, On Account of My Getaway Stick’s don’t Quite work right but this ain’t about Me, I digress. Both Young Men that had Helped Me were Great, Polite and Soft Spoken, Seemed Laid Back. Had the Second LANs and Someone came Out with the Orders. Everyone was Smiling. Pleasant. L.

I love Greenwave! I pick up for my Grandma every couple of weeks and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I haven't visited any other dispensaries, but I don't feel like I need to. Greenwave is the best. Thank you for all you do!
