Getting tired of ordering on line with product you have, then you can't fill my order because you're out. Why is it there if you don't have any. Also had placed orders in the past and you say order ready for pick up tjen when I get there some of it is gone. I have never placed an order and not picked it up.
Everybody there is amazing love you all it's 5 mins from my house. And fr they have the cheapest prices and obviously closest to home. Everyone there is extremely educated and passionate about their work. The owner is super sweet as well all around great place. Literally there every single day ♥️
Love, love, love this dispensary...all the budtenders are knowledgeable and super friendly. I always feel like a v.i.p. when Im there and always leave knowing more about my medicine than when I came in! I will be a repeat customer at this wonderful location!
Greenwave is really the only place I go to. I’ve sent 2 other people who were first timers to the both THC and CBD. I love how knowledgeable the staff is. They educate the customers and have always been patient with questions.

First time I went I had jenn as my bud tender ! She is absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable in products and helped me find what would be best for me. She also helped me save some money. 10/10 will be visiting again to see her again ! Atmosphere is great as well music choice is fire !!

Went two days ago! Was really excited to see buy one 3.5 grams get another for a 0.1! Couldn’t even believe the deal tbh. Then when I went to check out it wasn’t giving me one for 0.1 so I said whatever and just ordered 1! At the window the employee asks me if I meant to order two or 1 and I said 1 I thought the deal was get 1 for a penny, not just a penny off. He said “ya the website is messing up that actually is the deal.” I was so happy to hear I didn’t have to stress about getting through the week! He asked what other 3.5G I wanted I said the name I could recall and he ended up bringing me one that’s even better than the one I picked! Then gave me some really good advice, stop looking at the thc level look at the terpenes levels! The higher those are the more of an effect you’ll get!
You guys should take care of the medical people over recreational especially in the drive through it should only be for medical patients I waited in the drive through line and seen Three recreational cars go by and I was still waiting don't understand
My order issue was resolved today thankfully. I had to get a credit for an order that didn't have the product in the container. I had to contact to grower/distributor themselves and the process took at least 2 days to resolve. Felt like something I shouldn't have to do, and the fact that it happened really let me down. Otherwise I have hardly ever had any problems arise with products being defective, broken, missing... etc. and have only good experience with the staff members.
HELLO HERE WE GO AGAIN AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK???? ONCE AGAIN MY ORDER WAS PLACED AT 901am, CONFIRMED AT 902am, READY FOR PICK UP AT 933am, order was not all there AGAIN???? I HAVE PLACED OVER 3000 orders at this shop and have never had the problems that been happening ever??? WHAT IS GOING ON???? DID NOT RECIEVE MY PR BAPPLE FRITZ ALTHOUGH CONFIRMED AND READY TO PICK UP ?????
Have spent thousands here, will not come back! Bad layout just got a lot worse. Selection is hidden from view and staff was unaccommodating and unhelpful. A positive interaction early here kept me loyal, but will be going back to Haven (a much nicer facility with a much friendlier/more helpful staff) from now on.
