If your looking for stems and dried up meds…this is the place. Also, the employees need a makeover when dealing with cannabis patients—empower your bud tenders with some customer service training. Thank god for other dispensaries in this town that can deliver a professional atmosphere and product. 💁🏽♀️
Charging $2 for a state mandated bag is insane. Especially when the bag does not cost GreenPharms $2 to buy themselves. Profiting off of the bags is tacky and scummy.

Pretty decent been going here for years prices pretty stupid after rec came but needs work on your bud tending as in stock wise.. stop selling over priced weed that is trash and the bottom of the jars should go for cheaper trying to sell me shake at 16 a gram lol when I’m a customer wanting a nice oz or half oz don’t offer me shake at top shelf you clown don’t smile at me and say 280 a oz and show me a jar of shake work on your product your selling be honest about your product and stop trying to sell cheap shag weed for high tops

Ok so I know we are in some hard times but I had A couple of bad interactions and one amazing interaction. bad news first I Got this One guy A couple of times and his energy level was so ugggg and The questions I had he didn’t seem like he wanted to help which blows my mind. Second interaction was over the phone when I was asking about orders. I don’t know about you guys but I need the best medicine for my pain and for me to know that is I need to see it and smell it but sense Covid-19 I understand why we can’t at least smell it. This is the bad news mixed with the good. So I know we have to call and place a order or do it online so I decided to call. I wanted to call and ask if a specific bud-tender named “Ray” could fill my order even if he wasn’t there I would call whenever he worked next. I want to speak with Ray because he had given me the best interaction and had the best advice for my pain but, when I called and asked if I would be able to talk with a specific bud-tender to fill my order because of the situation I just explained and he said no. And that is why they won’t be seeing me for awhile. There are so many better ways to go about this with social distancing for people like me that needs to see the flower anyway shout out to you Ray you are going to be the only reason why I show up eventually.

Bottom line: an upscale shop with average service and buds at a reasonable price.
A nice, welcoming environment makes this shop a nice visit. The budtenders were mostly of the under-25 variety and did not have the knowledge of their product that I was looking for ... I asked for THC levels on several strains and was told that only certain strains are tested on each batch and some strains from third parties come with no info at all. In all cases the budtender had to reference a large book which took a while. I always find it aggravating when a shop does not know what they are selling and does not fully educate their staff.

I didn't like it at all. I thought the products and flowers could have been better. All flower products from bottom, mid, and top shelf were all tiny pop corn nugs. I was shocked to see the top shelf with nothing but tiny pop corn nugs, I was very disappointed in that because the stem ends up taking up most of the instead of the actual flower itself. Not cool. And there should be a variety of products that look different with different size nugs, some fluffy some not, some tiny some big, some potent stoney stuff and less potent. They didn't even know the percentage of the THC levels. Get first time patient deal to get you there but I totally wouldn't recommend this place. I only smoke flowers and I couldn't believe the poor quality for a dispensary. I wasn't satisfied with the tastes of the flowers and they didn't really get me that baked. Sales tax was decent though.

good product, however the menu isn't update often enough and the specials are good,however most times they don't have what is on the menu or who knows what they have cause, you know the menu thing..Service rating is low due to the lack of menu updates. Hopefully they rectify this issue as it keeps me from shopping there.

Great product and whatnot. But I made a delivery order at like 9:30 am, and it says it’s only a two hour wait but here I am at 3:11 pm still waiting... no communication from the driver either

I come here alot. Yesterday was the first day I felt uncomfortable. I did an express order. Well Im not sure if it made the lady at the front desk irritated that I came a little early to pick it up. Or if me bringing my baby to pick it up bothered her. But when I went to leave she handed me my change and then just set the rest of my money on the counter and then also just put the bag on the counter and said have a nice day with a little attitude. I took it as really rude. And I could tell she was irritated with me for some reason. I really don't appreciate feeling like that coming to my favorite dispensary. I am still going to continue to come here all the time. But the older lady with glasses that helped me yesterday afternoon at the front desk should hand people there money and prpduct in their hands and not just set it on the counter so I have to scramble and struggle to pick it up. Just because she didnt want to hold it 2 seconds longer becaause I was struggling to put my change in my wallet.

Well, I've been to this location twice and my last experience was terrible! I drive there for "shatterday" to only be told they didn't have shatter, and only had an indica butter wax. I was there within the 1st hour of them opening! Then, I go ahead and buy a vape pen and cartridge because I needed a sativa. Only to get home for it not to work. I drive back and wait 30 min so I could exchange it. Drive all the way home again for it not to work again. I big fat 0-3 with them today. Now I've been trying to call them for 30 minutes and their line has been busy.

This is seriously my favorite spot, I can't explain the vibe here but the staff is awesome. There is always a short wait and the staff is always cheerful and well informed!! Thanks for being awesome!
I placed an online order so I figured pickup would be a little faster I still had about a 20 minute wait in the heat once I got there dissapointed
unorganized... waited over the amount of time they said to wait. this used to be the spot... etc. be detailed when you guys run out of items... if I I didn't step down.. I'd be waiting until they have closed.

Been here a few times but went just now and had the worst treatment I have ever had it took forever due to it being busy but I expected that then when I got called back the first three or four things I asked for were sold out so I settled on a half gram of the only thing I could find I wanted prior to coming in and it was not my first choice, the sales person was shocked I was only getting a half gram and even went as far as laughing in my face like she was mocking me for being on a budget and not buying as much because you didn't have what I wanted. I asked if they had asceso or however you spell it sachets and she looked at me like I was a crazy person and I said it's on your menu I just want to know if you have it I have had it before from another place and she said no we have dog packets not human and continued to mock me and I said well the leafly menu doesn't say it's only for dogs and I have had the human version and she just stared at me so I never mind just give me the half gram and I said good bye under my breath and she laughed at me again I will not be coming back to that kind of treatment. I had always had a good experience here but now I feel like you are only valued if you take what they have and spend a lot of money doesn't matter what you had hoped for coming in the customer is wrong here with this particular sales person.

The prepacked eight once I got for $35.00 looked more like it cam off the street than grown medical weed. It looked terrible. All dried out with punny week looking dried out buds, a lot of shake from crumbling stems small buds wow, very very stemmy. Who ever trimmed this weed did a real shitty job. More weight in logs and stems than medicine. Receipt taped to bag has lots of the information not filled in and not printed. Who do I complain to about this quality issue? I mean this is suppose to be medicine. Who ever or ,if, this was inspected should be retrained. Bad bad bad. No way to complain. No official to complain to. No way to take it back. No regulations on amount of stems and log weight allowed and no way to determine weight of usable (smokable) medicine. I feel I have been ripped off.
