This was the very first dispensary I ever went to. SUPER friendly staff. Short wait times. Just awesome.

FTP: It was pretty busy on Friday at 400pm. I was waiting for about a hour before I was seen. They handed out a free inexpensive piece of glass to everyone waiting while I was there. That was a nice gesture to say thank you for waiting. I was disappointed they ran out of Gorilla Glue 4. The budtender seems pretty knowledgeable and recommended the Orange Pie as a substitute. I am very pleased with the meds. They did their trick and then some.. A+ on quality and potency. The atmosphere was super friendly, very clean. The FTP offer is amazing I was able to stock up for a fraction of the price. This club will be one I will go to for my flower. the only concern was waiting so long. This was one of the longest waits I've had in a long time.

I give them another month before they switch to prepackaged. Its a tried and true bait and switch method in Phx. They will catch on. Swapping jars day to day, and keeping the menu wrong on purpose are too obvious. We are stupid in Phx but not that stupid. A salesperson claimed the competition used glue in their atomizers.. I hate this. It makes me sick the way these house production retailers operate. They grow their own herb, dont accept returns, delete never reviews, dozens of people Ive talked to mention headaches, the flower prices change daily, every batch is different.. Half the employees dont smoke, the other half smoke too much. Whatever doesn't give a headache smells like steamed lawn clippings. So sad what marijuana is coming to.. Maybe I should call my friend in Durban to start sending me consistent quality herb (the guesswork, wasted money and health risks of the local MMJ scene has become too stressful)

They delete bad reviews so I wouldn’t trust anything above 1 star.

their house wax the green pharmacy and the MTL concentrates are never what they say they are. and all the MTL I've been getting tastes like chemicals spent 45$ on one of their high end mtl concentrates and it tasted so bad I didn't wanna smoke it

They close at 9p; I was on the other side of town with roughly 20 min til they closed. I hauled ass as much as I could, made it with 5 or 6 minutes to spare. Quickly got signed in, thank you, was called back with a quickness, and the best part.....I had an online order that was waiting for me. It wasn't returned to the shelf at some point way before they closed!!! I was sssoooo excited!!!! Thank You Green Pharms

I pre-ordered my items. Only issue finding the place was the front building did not have any number/letters but drive past that front to the back building. Little bit further and it’s on the left. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The person who assisted me gave me a product name that I might be interested in when I place my next order. Awesome if them to do that.

Best dispensary in the valley!

GreenPharms is always a great place to shop. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. Any problems that may crop up, they fix immediately and always have me leaving a happy customer. Amazing product and service I would recommend for everyone. Love the Pharm!

You cannot knowingly leave a strain on the online menu when you are out. It's called bait & switch. It is consumer fraud. I made a special trip to the dispensary for a preferred strain. It was on the online menu or I wouldn't have made the trip. I have no complaint with the service or the flower quality (if you're careful). However, violating basic consumer law gives the entire industry a bad name. Your online menu MUST be accurate. It's so easy how can you mess this up?

Lobby area could be redone. Great people. Customer service is tops!

so my budtender was Jennifer h. I got to tell you guys that was probably my funnest experience ever at greenpharms. she helped me out so much with all the different things I've purchased I needed a lot of information. one thing else I noticed about her what she was helping me keep track of my budget without me even asking. it was so nice to have a friendly budtender that was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Way to go girl you killed it thank you again the world to me to have somebody like you on my side!

For my first visit ever to a dispensary and given the Covid-19 social distancing, it was handled well. All questions were answered during my order process. Excellent updated menu. Will drive the long distance (over 25 miles) to shop again.

The staff is always extremely friendly. Happy to be work and answer any questions about meds & new products. Super responsive about call in / internet orders. Absolutely adore this crew.

How you have to wait for your order to CHECKOUT when you make a online order and go to pick up , other than that flower is good.

they are very kind and very professional. they also have the BEST FLOWER around HANDS DOWN. This is my permanent shop..no need to go anywhere else when you get the best here.

Was really disappointed to find out that I have to pay for a bag even being my first time in. It’s a really bad policy to have, first time y’all should cover the cost of the bag. Long wait times, will NOT be back.

Seeing less and less greenpharma flower which is unfortunate. Seems this dispensary is also going the brand name pre packaged route all other dispensaries employ. I used to plan for Mondays and Thursdays for their flower. You're doing great stocking what all the other dispensaries have. Now be great and start producing more greenpharma flower. Variety is key, some modern creations are great however it would be nice to see some classics too. For an extra bonus grow something not in the OG or cookies families. When 90% are carrying the same terpenes there is a lack of variety.
