The FTP deal advertises buy a 1/4 get a quarter but they charge you for 2 1/8ths. So it ends up being a little more than what you expect to pay from what they advertise. Still a good deal though. I had 2 bud tenders helping me at the same time which was irritating they were both talking over each other and couldn't agree if khalifa kush was an indica or sativa hybrid. One of them was selling too hard trying to push some transdermal patches on me. I felt rushed through the entire visit. I left with less flower than what I planned on buying. They just kept shoving bud in my face one after another really not giving me much time to decide. Haven't tried the flower i got yet but based on the customer service I won't be returning here. It's a good FTP deal! After that no..... they need to relax.

When I arrived here, I almost walked away because of the wait! But boy! it was well worth it! there was a lot to choose from, the medication was NOT weighed in advance ((Which prefer) and most importantly, the staff really took their time in introducing everything about the store.

Always packed and there is a reason for it. Bud tenders are very polite and knowledgeable. I've been to many shops this one is one of my favorites for sure.

Went in for First time visit ended up leaving with a whole ounce of great medication!!
The staff is always helpful and they have good products. The concentrates are always good.
Been here a few times and always say I will not go back, this time, I am done. I had the pleasure of meeting a manager, Patrick, I see why this place sucks. Territory, Tru-Bliss and Sky are close by and better choices. Customer Service does not exist in this establishment.

they are very kind and very professional. they also have the BEST FLOWER around HANDS DOWN. This is my permanent shop..no need to go anywhere else when you get the best here.

My experience at Green Pharms hasn't been very impressive, so I've only gone there a few times, even though they are the closest dispensary to me. In addition to a couple of high-THC flower strains, I like use a high-CBD strain. So every time I've gone in I ask what their highest CBD strain is; they name one of their strains, and then I naturally ask, "What is the CBD percentage?" Their answer to me has always been the same: "We haven't gotten the test results back yet." Really? And when I look at their menu on Leafly (for example as I'm writing this) none of their flower strains have THC or CBD percentages listed. That's no way to do cannabis business. The several times that I've bought various THC strains there, the product I received was serviceable but unremarkable. The flowers were always very dry and crumbly, as if they had been left in open air too long after curing. But their prices are good, and they have a nice variety of non-flower items. But for flowers (the main thing I buy), I will shop elsewhere for now.

Very inviting and nice to see so many happy faces! The staff make you feel welcomed and even gain a friendship with them seems to be important to them. I went on 4/20 and got some great deals, even a girl who worked there remembered me from my first time. The bud was okay, not my favorite, but I'm alittle bit of a snop, haha. I did try their Private Reserve, and let me tell you. I was in heavon. Its worth the price due to increible potency.

Get. The. Candyland. And fast! Who knows how much longer it'll be there. Check my mass roots for a pic @itsjareddude. The people are always cool to me. We shoot the shit every time. And they've got some new hires so let 'em learn and give em a break! Anyway this place has great top shelf and the prices are very competitive. Only thing I'd like to see is to always have two strains on your "reserve" shelf at all times. One Indica (Dom) and one Sativa (Dom) would be even more impressive. I just love great quality. Top shelf has definitely improved over their short time in Mesa, keep continuous improvement and we'll always be coming back. -JD

I give them another month before they switch to prepackaged. Its a tried and true bait and switch method in Phx. They will catch on. Swapping jars day to day, and keeping the menu wrong on purpose are too obvious. We are stupid in Phx but not that stupid. A salesperson claimed the competition used glue in their atomizers.. I hate this. It makes me sick the way these house production retailers operate.
They grow their own herb, dont accept returns, delete never reviews, dozens of people Ive talked to mention headaches, the flower prices change daily, every batch is different.. Half the employees dont smoke, the other half smoke too much. Whatever doesn't give a headache smells like steamed lawn clippings. So sad what marijuana is coming to.. Maybe I should call my friend in Durban to start sending me consistent quality herb (the guesswork, wasted money and health risks of the local MMJ scene has become too stressful)

You cannot knowingly leave a strain on the online menu when you are out. It's called bait & switch. It is consumer fraud. I made a special trip to the dispensary for a preferred strain. It was on the online menu or I wouldn't have made the trip. I have no complaint with the service or the flower quality (if you're careful). However, violating basic consumer law gives the entire industry a bad name. Your online menu MUST be accurate. It's so easy how can you mess this up?

Could be the best in the valley, if they slowed down their dry cycle.
Growers: Leave the plants hanging whole before gradually breaking them down as they dry. Or get them down and into paper bags a day quicker than you are. The stem/stalk regulates the purging. Remove the stem and you've compromised its ability to do so. Let the main stem get cracker dry while its hanging open air and you've already ruined it. This is AZ, not PNW. Dont bother with the mesh racks. Hang the colas whole. Then brown bag and then Herbsafe. A day of darkness and ice water before chop will give you extra dankness to play with also, if your not already doing that.
Seriously the meds here actually work, and are not loaded with sugar water or fake terps. Just dried too fast! The buds should be getting better on the shelf, going from 65 to 50 rh, not getting worse. The hay smell has got to go. Use a hygrometer, not an online grow forum! Its a failed crop when it smells like hay instead of the strain you just spent months growing.
Essential oils have weight & potency that is evaporating rather than soaking into the bud. So making your product lighter, and weaker, and less appealing at the same time. Drying it right only makes sense.
They delete bad reviews so I wouldn’t trust anything above 1 star.

I have been a patient of green Farms. For 5 years or more. I am Diagnosed with Aspergers and also Grand maul seizures in 2021 i have received multiple infractions from them includeong giveing me another patients order every time i bring it to there attention they treat me like the mistakes were my fault or No big deal there os a bud tender that every time she takes my order she is polite on the phone and asks my Name than her response is what do you need as if i impositioned her the treat me like my Aspergers os all they see in me and it is so uncomfortable.i have been going to Natures wonder instead i own a buisness and if my employees acted like this i would send them back to there mcdonalds job where they belong im sorry but this is wrong and they make me a inside joke
I haven’t been in almost 2 years, was hoping to grab a couple of the new strains from Tree Junkee. It was almost like my budtender was hiding the strains from me, he told me only 2 strains were available, when 5 minutes beforehand I called and there was at least 6 listed to me. So I asked what the other jars were and he proceeded to pull out the strains listed to me and acted more upset with each one he pulled.. Once I did ask he acted like I ruined his day just because I wanted to see the strains, don’t be a ‘budtender’ if you don’t want to do ur job day to day.. It would’ve been a quick in and out if you just took a second to actually see what you had in stock instead of wasting 5 extra minutes guessing what you have.
