Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

I waited 30 min outside in the heat. They said that they didn't confirm my order and to come back later. I then get a text that my order was ready right after I leave. They didn't care about my experience. They only cared about money. They yelled at me and told me to leave. 've been a customer since they beginning. I've never been so dissapointed. In how they treated me. I'm mentally ill and I'm chronic pain. I even had to tell that to see if they even care. GREENGARMS treated like a number. I felt they didn't listen to me even called to let them know about my experience and they didn't care. They even have it recorded. Sounds like they have had this before and this is their resolution. They even said that I was yelling at them and they treated me like a dog. They act like they are doing us a favor attitude and willing to lose a good customer over this. Such a business solely in it for the money. Never coming back.

I pre-ordered my items. Only issue finding the place was the front building did not have any number/letters but drive past that front to the back building. Little bit further and it’s on the left. In and out in less than 10 minutes. The person who assisted me gave me a product name that I might be interested in when I place my next order. Awesome if them to do that.

I called to place a phone order at 9:15 am and the bi-gender who answered the phone told me just to order online, even though I told him I was concerned they would sell out of Drip MotorBreath. He said placing my order online was fastest the. Hung up. I placed my order and upon arrival discovered the order was wrong and my Drip had been replaced with some other kind of concentrate, when I specifically called about the Drip INDICA due to recently having surgery. I used to go to Green Pharms all the time but the lack of service, rude and inattentive bud tenders are now making me choose to spend my money elsewhere The girl in the express lane window wouldn’t even help me or try to see if there was a mistake on a later order but she did not. I will never shop here again and will make sure to spread the word. This is the third time since October my order was wrong and /or product was replaced without my knowledge.

Don’t believe all the “positive” reviews, this place bribes you so you’ll give a good review. A bunch of clowns. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I brought a half and it was not 14gs it was 11.5 gs I believe the workers are packing the bags then weighing them. With the bag it was 15.7g and sale are finial so i cant get back what i was shorted. I went to get another and have them weigh it at the store but i was told they cnt do that cus its prepackaged. But its false advertisement cause its not weight correctly.

Get your mobile ordering fixed. Whoever is in charge needs to be demoted. I ordered right at 9 am and had to wait half an hour for a mobile order?! It shows you guys we’re saving all your orders when it should have been worked on right at 9am. Figure out a better process. Every other dispensary has one.

Worst new patient experience ever. I understand each place is different but friendly customer service is just common sense . Tonight the online order ..thing whatever you want to call him could have just explained the new patient process and bag policy instead of "oh go get in line", and to add to it the check in Girl Cleary has something going on with online order guy with the constant, tasteless flirting in front of customers, because not even eye contact and told to just sit down , again could have been friendly but no. I guess because I'm Mexican and traveled to your dispensary and not from your side of town just makes me not good enough for green pharms, that's cool , I get now why you can only afford 2 locations and charge for bags , you need help . Common courtesy and being nice is free and easy to offer ...but not if your working at Green pharms!

This place started out great. Nice people, sometimes busy but they get you in. The last few months I bought dust!! It was so dry it falls apart, I have tried many strands. Would rather drive to west phx.
