The parking lot is a huge problem! Every time I come here if they are slow or they are busy they make me jump thru hoops in the parking lot. Last time I came I parked in a spot to the south of the front door and the guy at the door told I couldn't park there and had to move to a spot north of the door. Today I went down there and parked where the last guy had me move to and the guy at the door(a different guy) told me I had to move my truck from where I was to the south side of the door which is where I parked last time. I tried to tell the guy this and he just mumbled under his breath and stormed off like a 5 year old. I was just trying to clear up where I was and where I wasn't allowed to park since it is different ever visit. For this reason I will not be back into the dispensary and will continue to inform others of what I have experience here. Used to be a good dispensary but is now a complete waste of time. To many good places nearby then to have to deal with these problems.

Whoever answered the phone at 8PM (10-21-17) NEEDS to be trained in customer service. First time patient, more than happy to drive far for a place that has good prices and CHILL people. Systems are down, understandable, it happens. I've seen it at other places and EVERY single one offers "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and some will even add a free preroll or 5%-10% off next purchase. SHE stated that they are closing early, 830. When asked, "If we arrive at 830, cash in hand, could we be served?". Only to be told, "I mean like we close in seven minutes". Doesn't offer an apology or even answer the question. The best part was being hung up on.

Really nice place. The wait was a little long being their first day open but the staff up front was very courteous. My bud tender Chelsea was very helpful and gave some great suggestions. Try the Purple Valley. Prices are great as well. Will definitely go back.

I consider myself to be pretty picky, but I honestly have nothing negative to say. The inside decor is so aesthetically pleasing. They're employees there are super knowledgeable about the products. I had Matthew, who listened to my issues and what I was looking for and lead me to the right products. I loved that he was passionate about his job and enthusiastic about the new products I had yet to try. Hands down the best prices in the valley. Loved the environment, the people and the pharm. They got themselves a new regular.
