I bought top shelf and it was powder dry. Gross.

unorganized... waited over the amount of time they said to wait. this used to be the spot... etc. be detailed when you guys run out of items... if I I didn't step down.. I'd be waiting until they have closed.

This is a one stop everything store. Well organized and great customer service. I’m a regular.

Staff is great, even thru virus problems.

Good buds. Parking is the worst in all of AZ unfortunately. Not a fan they changed their PreRolls from 1.1G to 0.7G. That's how you lose customers

I Love this Place The Atmosphere is Really cool only issue's is the Sit and Wait time sometimes 30 people in front of you and their parking issue.. Had to Park up front a bit.. If youve got major pain it could be rough.. But overall this Place is the Best in Mesa or East Valley.. Plus they Deli Style Weigh it in Front of you.. I appreciate this Dispesary big time..

If your looking for stems and dried up meds…this is the place. Also, the employees need a makeover when dealing with cannabis patients—empower your bud tenders with some customer service training. Thank god for other dispensaries in this town that can deliver a professional atmosphere and product. 💁🏽‍♀️

I walked in and I was greeted and helped by this very nice young lady, the budtender was very knowledgable and helpful too. Funny they are called budtenders nowadays. Some flowers looked old and dry while others looked godly, decent selection though. Felt bad for the sweet receptionist standing, the first time I have ever seen a receptionist stand without a chair, odd.

The prices and product are typically good. However, as someone that pre-orders nearly every time, it doesn't seem right that you can be waiting in line during the designated "happy hour" times, and then miss out on the happy hour discount because the bud tender took so long helping the others ahead of you. It's happened to me several times now... that's just not right and bad business in my book. You can have good prices and product, but if your service sucks, none of that matters.

It was my first time there and for a great deal 60% off some cards! There's a line and the people near the door have been holding the door open with their foot or something, there was an employee a guy standing outside near the door watching everyone hold that door open standing basically in the door way as people squeezed in and out... no one said anything. When it's my turn to be at the door I do as everyone else and I hold the door open... I am standing there for a minute and some short hispanic girl comes up all giddy and asks if I can move I'm blocking the door way and I respond YEA.... to which she snarkily and rudely mimicked me saying YEA YEA YEA YEA... I can tell definitely when someone was being a rude Karen. I don't know her name but she was an employee and she left me disgusted at how someone at a dispensary can be such a bitch....

your medical card will be shared with Google. They require you send a copy of your MMJ card to their gmail because they didnt buy scanners like everyone else. They're manager claims Gmail is encrypted, which is a patent misrepresentation. Gmail is not and data is shared with Google advertisers. This appears to be a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act violation. I'm staying clear of Green Pharms since my privacy is not respected.

Leave it to stoners to run a business. Worst spot ever.

waited 40 mins for a online order then was told you get no deals for phone or online orders. now I get to wait another 50 mins because no where does it say you dont get the deals. I still have to come and pick it up. why am I penalized for knowing what I want according to there deals . FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I did just buy some glass from you guys and the female part of the down-stem is cracked. Kinda crappy since it was wrapped before I seen it and still paid the full price for it . Other then that place has phenomenal herb .

once again...crappy pre-rolls for days and days. used to have decent stuff...all about the $$$. Makes me wonder who is writing some of the reviews here? Can't trust what employees write.

their house wax the green pharmacy and the MTL concentrates are never what they say they are. and all the MTL I've been getting tastes like chemicals spent 45$ on one of their high end mtl concentrates and it tasted so bad I didn't wanna smoke it

I brought a half and it was not 14gs it was 11.5 gs I believe the workers are packing the bags then weighing them. With the bag it was 15.7g and sale are finial so i cant get back what i was shorted. I went to get another and have them weigh it at the store but i was told they cnt do that cus its prepackaged. But its false advertisement cause its not weight correctly.

Seeing less and less greenpharma flower which is unfortunate. Seems this dispensary is also going the brand name pre packaged route all other dispensaries employ. I used to plan for Mondays and Thursdays for their flower. You're doing great stocking what all the other dispensaries have. Now be great and start producing more greenpharma flower. Variety is key, some modern creations are great however it would be nice to see some classics too. For an extra bonus grow something not in the OG or cookies families. When 90% are carrying the same terpenes there is a lack of variety.

Awesome place love it
