Great nice friendly staff

Well the order processed sucked. And the customer service wasnt good when a mistake was made.

Just overpaid for some cured resin sugar that’s being advertised as live…… I’m very annoyed about having wasted my money here

I ride the city bus and its always worth the travel, with all the deals and positive surroundings, who wouldn't......THANK YOU GP.

I can still buy weed from the store when the world is shut down! The employees here are very kind and the deals are good. I had a price issue because leafly is having an issue not updating but that's not the employee's fault. Y'all complaining about the measures they are taking to keep everyone as safe as possible need to grow up! Stay safe!

I love the deals that they have at Greenpharms and as always, the Pharmers (workers) are always cool. I will be back as always 😁.

First time a didn't wait 30 minutes for an order that was said to be ready to go.

Come in at 8 o’clock wanting just a early bird always have to wait over 20-40 or up to an hour and a half. For just one thing because they are packed early af with all kinds of people. Don’t even have an express option for people just wanting the damn early bird special and nothing else. I don’t want the sales I want the early bird. Maybe you should start sales after 11 when your early bird ends. Super annoying and inconvenient.

Tried this place recently and I got to admit I am not impressed in the slightest. Nobody seems to be enthused to be working here (I saw them totally ignore a customer who was trying to say goodbye to some of the staff). At the very least I thought the flower would be good. Nope. It's undertrimmed, undermatured, and probably grown from clones. They said they were low on flower, so maybe their flower isn't always as bad, but I don't know. As a new patient I was very underwhelmed and don't think I will be returning.

they had kandy kush listed here but didn't even have it. don't know if it was a mistake or deceit. the budtender didn't know what was going on, and insinuated that I looked at the wrong dispensary.

Although their flower gram prices look good, none of their bulk deals scale down. Sometimes, it even is more expensive to buy bulk flower, where it would be cheaper to buy four 1/8ths instead of a 1/2 ounce of the same strain. I haven't seen this at any other dispensary. Smallest student/veteran/senior discounts in Flagstaff as well. Budtenders are great, convenient window for patient pick up.

Front Desk Service Rep is Rude, no greeting, eye contact, welcome, acknowledge or smile. I did not know if she was talking to me or her screen. -No thanks.

The leafly discounts do not match the same Discounts as the store. I placed an order that totaled in 106.00$ and then at the store they were charging me 196.00$. Prices and deals differ at store verses online

Sometimes they have good deals, but it’s ALWAYS a stupid wait time. You’re gonna be in line for at LEAST 20 mins every time.

I think it's ridiculous I have to wait 45 minutes on a Saturday night.

Best dispensary in Flagstaff! Always friendly, always offering great deals for their patients. Seems like they’re always running a promo with their house brand and also other incredible brands throughout AZ. If you want your meds at the best price in town, come here and skip the others!

I always order online! Never a problem until today!! Order some flower and when I got home found they have shorted me 3.5 grams! Little pissed off

Had my card for a couple months. This was my best dispensary experience so far. Shelly is great at her job! Will be back when passing through Flag, will drive out of my way to visit the Mesa location next. I'm hoping for more of the same service, prices and product!
