Green Pharms Dispensary Flagstaff (Med/Rec)

They use chemicals for their tree, had to check in the ER for accelerated heart rate & chest pain after smoking their tree. im from PHX where they dont do that. Also order 2gs of purple punch, & the budtender gave me a random nug instead of letting me know they ran out of purple punch. For everyone's safety, watch these businesses closely. money is their only goal.

Pretty disappointed as of late and I've been a WEEKLY customer for a few YEARS now. First: The last flower I ordered had so many stems,its like they dont even try to trim it down any more. Second, placed a phone order, told them no hurry as I wouldn't be in to pick it up until later in the day. I just received a phone call saying, it was ready, but when I reminded them I wouldn't be in until later, the girl was rather rude and said I shouldn't order until later, if I wasn't going to pick it up right away, as there are alot of people waiting. So package my order and set it aside, and help others. The REASON I called so early, was the last TWO times I ordered I ended up waiting 45-60 minutes and NEVER received a call back saying my order was ready.

I went here for months, their specials were really great. Now however they have gone from one of the best in town, to easily the most expensive by not doing specials anymore. They are the only dispensary using Covid as an excuse in all of Northern Arizona, let alone Flagstaff, and are the only one experiencing this alleged shortage and high demand. I suggest shopping at places that don't use pandemics as an excuse to increase the cost of medication.

They used to run pretty much the best deals in town but since they used coronavirus as an excuse to stop giving out deals, it’s just not worth it anymore. Pretty disappointed in y’all.

The salesperson said I couldn't purchase the product I wanted even though the thc content was below the recreational limit. Instead of answering questions about this he tried steering me to purchase a product that was produced by employees. Very odd experience and he was deinfitely baked - it didn't help that once inside you have to follow a line and stand on a floor marking and can't move - makes you feel like you're being processed into lockup.

I waited to place this review. Last year around November, I went to get flower. While waiting near the bathroom, a rat ran out from behind the plant! I was disgusted! The staff just joked and told me they had been trying to catch it. I left immediately and haven’t returned. They use to have great products, staff and service. I wouldn’t recommend buying edibles here, especially if they had a rat problem.

Rude!! Bud tenders where Rude and unknowledgeable! Looooong wait time and poor atmosphere 👎

I called over the phone and was told the prepacked baby bud 8ths were available for purchase for 21$ and confirmed at least 3 times over the phone that the deal was available, tried to order over the phone and they said they couldn’t find my account, so I had to order in person, but when I got there to order, they pulled up my account with no problem. I then tried to order the same deal that I confirmed over the phone and was told that they didn’t have any in stock and the cheapest would be 37$. Awful service and I feel like I can’t go back because even when I call to confirm and order, the product is not available. Super disappointed at how this place has become after recreational.

I've been twice. Only purchased anything once. Worst dispensary in Flagstaff.

Very disappointing since recreational passed. Employees aren’t friendly at all anymore, and the medical patients don’t get priority which is absolutely wrong. Every other dispo in the valley I’ve been to has medical patients in a fast line. Here you can wait up to 45+ just to get into the back, and frankly there aren’t enough patients there to be waiting that long. I really used to love this place, but it’s not worth it with the negative atmosphere, the waiting, and high prices for frankly not great weed.

I can’t do it anymore. I’ve tried giving this place a chance time and time again and I think I’m done. Service is poor, product is worse... I don’t think they rotate their carts or dabs. And they open at 8 and the lady didn’t get there til 8:15. Which would be okay.... if you were getting decent product.... but you don’t. I got 2 carts that the employees sweared by... they taste burnt and old. The guys pulled some dabs out of the fridge from last year.... yeah I’m done.

I was short a gram from my last purchase. It looked light so I double checked it on two separate scales and was in fack short. I called the Flagstaff location to inform them. I got a call back a few hours later from the manager telling me that on there end, everything was weighed out correctly and there was nothing they could do. Pretty much told me that I was a liar and made the whole thing up. So much for them caring about there patience. Makes me wonder how many time they have ripped me off over the last four years of doing business with them. I will never go back and would recommend anyone doing business with this shady dispensary to double check the weight of there meds

They have seriously slipped in service. Absolute terrible time trying to use online ordering. They never seem to know what they are doing anymore. Rude employees and they treat everyone like they just want them to leave.

My husband has been a loyal customer for 2 years of this Green Pharms in Flagstaff and today he purchased Blue Dream which is absolute trash , when he went back in to talk to them the female manager refused to help in anyway telling him that he should have bought a small sample before spending $100 well this has happened in the past 2 times in the last few years and they gladly have helped him, because they know him and he isn’t problem client and a daily regular . when this happened and they knew it was a shit product they did the right thing , but today he was offered nothing. Your not the only game in town and it isn’t cool to not help out patients that have been coming strictly to you all for years and never complain it isn’t like they don’t know him . He wasn’t asking him for a refund he just wanted something different from someone who knows what they are doing , because she clearly knew nothing about it , if u haven’t used it don’t push it on your loyal clients . When you sell crap ,they need to replace it. He will be taking his business elsewhere . Don’t burn your locals it isn’t good for your business . Try having the owner contact me because the manager doesn’t care about loosing business clearly.

I ordered online. I received the confirmation text. I received the (order is ready for pickup) text also. Get to dispensary & walk up to pickup counter & am completely ignored. I ask for help and the guy says “oh, you need help?” The budtender WAS very medicated. Then no order exists. Nowhere in system & no one knows anything about it. Then the guy behind me has the same issue & shows them all the dispensary texts & confirmations. Then they make me wait 10 more minutes to even go in. I went & manually ordered off the shelf with a budtender. Unreal. What’s the point of offering online service for its convenience & time? Please address this issue!

I ordered a full gram cartridge of blackberry kush online and when I got to the store they swapped it out for a half gram cartridge in a different strain without ever calling me to confirm if that was okay, I've also had to call in multiple times to see if my orders ready cause they never send out confirmations, worst dispo in Flagstaff selection and service wise

I only like this dispensary because they carry Trumed flower (HMH has is $10 cheaper). Other than that this place is the the worst dispensary I have been too! Worst customer service, bad attitudes and lack of happiness. The waiting area is low end, and the deals are non existent here. High Mountain Health and Noble are your best bets if you want the best experience.

You guys have showed this city native how real good az mmj is grown and presented !!! was here sunday and the guy says free grm wit purchase right away I was feeling like maybe just mayb someone in az has got it down and has good meds!!! guy goes blackberry omg !! looks like it had sugar sprinkled on the nugs also every other strain lol And the wax well put it this way ive decided to only get my meds once a month now and im making an hour and half drive once a month to come here ..Thank you so much you guys up north dont realize how crappy our license dispensaries really are in phx tempe etc id say 95 percent of the citys spots are 2 outta 5 ..You my friends hit 4.5 outta 5!!!

I stopped in at GreenPharmacy last weekend on my way back to Phoenix from Denver. The facility is really nice with a spacey and comfortable waiting area. The guy in the dispensing room (sorry I forgot your name!) was great, very helpful and easy to converse with. I left with an 1/8th of Bubba Kush, an 1/8th of Purple Cure Kush, and a FREE gram of Lumberjack Kush for it being my first visit. All were great strains! The free gram of Lumberjack beats any other dispensaries free pre-roll or low-grade meds to first timers. The only reason I docked a star on Service is due to being cash only, not being able to pay with card or having an ATM to use can cause some patients to go elsewhere. He did inform me that they were working on this, so once they get that underway they'll be in full swing. I'm not in the Flagstaff area much but when I am this will undoubtedly be my go-to spot! I also plan on giving their delivery service down here in Phoenix a try to see what they've got to offer. Anyone who lives in Flagstaff and doesn't go at least once to check this place out is only cheating themselves!

If you dont stick your head in a dozen jars at the place and smell the same adulterants over and over, either you're crazy, or this place is shipping all their nasty bud down to Mesa. Which is it? Why do people buy this tainted adulterated weed? Because they don't know any better! Every dispo in the state is pulling one over on cardholders. I know Cannabis VERY WELL. And I know I should be tasting weed in my vape, and nothing else. It's very simple once you put your greed aside, and hire somone who grows with fertile soil instead of counter productive disease causing hydroponic gimmick roids. But what can you do. People buy the bitter plastic nitrate filled hydroponic lettuce at the grocery store. I just thought potheads would know a little better, care about their money perhaps, or even care about their own health in the first place.
