Best staff in WA. I learn something new from them all the time. If you don't think you know enough about bud to make good decions, they take good care of you, never let me down yet. The woman who helped me today was explaining how the tearpines can make a strain more relaxing or alert. Blew my mind how little we know really. Good selection, friendly (and attractive) staff, and a smart bunch of weed experts. Other stores don't come close to hitting all the marks like green theory.

The staff is personable and knowledgeable. I like the variety of products. Just wish the oils came in bigger volumes

Stopped by today to check out the deals and pick up some fire, and received some of the best service I have ever had from a recreational cannabis store. The two staff members who assisted me, Sean and David, we incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. David recommended me a few varieties of cannabis hash oil to choose from and really showed his knowledge and resourcefulness about the product, answering any and all questions I had. Sean showed me the benefits of all the cartridges that were offered and I was able to make my selection without feeling pressured. Would absolutely recommend this store and I plan on returning to this store if all the staff members show the same aptitude for cannabis sales that Sean and David have.

Love this dispensary! Very vast variety of high quality products. Whether you are coming in for flowers, concentrates, edibles, or topicals, this shop has you covered! The staff is friendly and welcoming! From the time you enter the door they make you feel at home. I want to give a special thanks to my budtender, Kevin. He is highly educated about all the products they offer. When I came in, I knew that I wanted concentrates. Kevin took his time to show me everything that I wanted to see, and more! He had a knowledgeable answer for every question I asked and you can tell that he is very dedicated to and passionate about his job. I will definitely be returning to Green Theory, and will be sure to ask for Kevin, as you should too :) Check out this shop! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I naturally expected excellent product and service from a Bellevue store, and was not disappointed. What I was surprised by is their donation prices - very competitive! I've shopped with them about 10 times, and this is now the only place I buy from.

This is my updated review on Green Theory in Bellevue. I have visited this store five times in the past two weeks and I’ve been extremely pleased, in and out quickly with FIRE! I’m still not accepting recommendations but have to say that carrying Gold Leaf Gardens and Gabriel is redemption! I’ve purchased Tangie and Mango by Gold Leaf Gardens and Lemon OG and Cookies and Cream by Gabriel, all of which were latest harvests and sticky goodness! Great job guys and gals will see you next week!

Today was my first visit and am not familiar with a lot of the "new" options. I was checking out the oils, tinctures and edibles and the tender was indulged my questions even though it was clear I wasn't going to buy them. However, when I said I did come in for some bud, he walked me over to the bud counter and helped me through choosing 3 strains (which I, of course, had already read about here on Leafly). The shop is great and they stock every thing and then some. The two people I talked with were top notch, too.

Finally made it up to Bellevue and stop by this store. It was overwhelming, but the door guy Patrick made me laugh an eased the pressure. Its at cannabis Starbucks and it was packed just like a Starbucks. The selection was amazing. I picked up the 2 grams for blue dream and I loved it. Thanks guys, i will be coming back when in there area :)

easily one of the more knowledgeable and chill budtenders. very welcoming and inviting when it comes to their interaction with customers and it feels genuine. I had a couple pods I bought that were defective and way passed the exchange date. like way passed. the person that I talked to (I dunno if they'll get in trouble but u know who u are lol) still accepted the exchange and I was able to get the pods for a straight exchange. I have yet to pick up flowers there but will be doing so very soon. clearly a place with the more higher quality when it comes to all aspects of almost every product. I've only had one issue there and I'm sure dude just wasn't high enough or wasn't in the mood but kinda gave me that "oh all u got is 10 bucks so I'ma give u $10 worth of care/every word is $1 so make it count" vibe. I know it's probably annoying when a bunch of people come in asking all questions about all the strains, but that comes with the territory so at least be nice enough to have replies that are more than a word, maybe a full sentence with their personal experience with whatever it is. still that was one budtender and I could've gotten some more money instead of asking hella questions with practically no money. doesn't change the way I feel about green-theory in Factoria.

The lines are short. They have just about anything you can think of. Great store.

I love shopping at Green Theory. Every time I have a great experience and look forward to coming back. I usually stop by on my way home from work when it is fairly busy and they always seem to get me in and out quickly. My favorite sales person is Anthony. His knowledge of marijuana keeps me coming back. Thank you kicking butt.
