Disappointed to say the least. .Purchased a vaporizer that would not charge. Store deferred me to manufacturer, who requested a video of the product NOT working for which, if I am lucky enough to get a replacement, will take 2-4 weeks from WA state to WA state. Nice Christmas policy, eh? Also, the staff doesn't get commission. Know how I know this? Because the short time I spent in there I had to hear about it. Hey, guys - if you don't like your pay structure, please tell your boss, not the customer - we have our own problems. And smile to people over 30, please?

It seemed like they cared more about how the cases looked than the actual products. The guy i talked to seemed either super high or super insecure. He was nice enough but kept trying to sell my lubricant when i told him three times i have no need for he incinuated i didnt need anyone else to use it. I bought a Vuber and some liberty reach oil. It is not what i expected for over 100 bucks. Its a very visually impressive store. I wish they had more of a variety.

Clean, friendly-professional and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable though some items are bit higher. The location, store environment, selection and staff more than make up for the price differential.

it is exactly what you would expect from a Bellevue shop. Boutique atmosphere and high prices for good product. but not without it's deals. Green Theory is close to my work so sometimes I pop in to see if something will tickle my fancy. you can't beat there quality

One of the best stores I've been to so far and currently the best one in the greater Seattle area. I was shopping for a vaporizer and the clerk who helped me was knowledge and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone.

This place seemed to have quite a variety of items. And it was clean. The person who took care of me was nice. I have been to several places in Seattle area, Portland and Los Angeles. I was surprised as this location - Green-Theory was the first location that didn't offer a senior discount. I have received a senior (over 65) discount everywhere else. It was surprising to me.

Walked in a total Newb but within 5-10 minutes my mind was swimming with information overload. They took the time to explain everything to me and there was no rush, just take the time to decide. Besides I helped them with their door stickers as to get the bubbles out. Thanks again for the help and knowledge.

Green Theory has a classy, boutique feel which makes the shopping experience fun. The staff is unusually helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when they don't have my favorite strains in stock, I know I'll leave with something I'll enjoy.

Store is very very clean. Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are a bit high, although match other recreational shops and will price match! They almost always have deals going on which helps bring down the price a lot. Definitely a place to stop by!
