Higher Leaf Bellevue - Factoria

This place is ok, as far as bud goes, however almost every experience in there has been unfriendly staff (other than the id checker). My last visit was terrible. Just as a disclaimer I only bought the weed to not be a bother, apparently. I asked for a pack of hybrid pre rolls and she gives me a choice of two sativas and asks "which one looks cool". Then I asked for an indica pre roll she would suggest and she just pulls Gdp off the shelf and rushes me to the register ......thanks a lot I go in there because I'm in the area sometimes. I wouldn't recommend to a friend. I'm not going to shop here anymore.

This shop is fine, not that great tho. I'm pretty sure they paid for the good reviews through an ad service. They're not a 5 star kinda place lol. Overpriced, shortstaffed, understocked. Place is a joke. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

Love this dispensary! Very vast variety of high quality products. Whether you are coming in for flowers, concentrates, edibles, or topicals, this shop has you covered! The staff is friendly and welcoming! From the time you enter the door they make you feel at home. I want to give a special thanks to my budtender, Kevin. He is highly educated about all the products they offer. When I came in, I knew that I wanted concentrates. Kevin took his time to show me everything that I wanted to see, and more! He had a knowledgeable answer for every question I asked and you can tell that he is very dedicated to and passionate about his job. I will definitely be returning to Green Theory, and will be sure to ask for Kevin, as you should too :) Check out this shop! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Today was my first visit and am not familiar with a lot of the "new" options. I was checking out the oils, tinctures and edibles and the tender was indulged my questions even though it was clear I wasn't going to buy them. However, when I said I did come in for some bud, he walked me over to the bud counter and helped me through choosing 3 strains (which I, of course, had already read about here on Leafly). The shop is great and they stock every thing and then some. The two people I talked with were top notch, too.

Came in and met @Kevin today. Six foot plus tall Encyclopedia Britannica of cannabis brands and strains here in the PNW market share space. By all means has no intention today to picking up any flower however after speaking with this bud tender I knew his passion for the plant was just at the level to convince me that I would truly be missing out on some good tree for today after brainstorm sesh at the office. Besides killing it on the knowledge Kevin also helped me out as he could see that the very dim lit area was effecting my ability to make a wise decision after hear what extensive knowledge he knew as I once again came in with out any intention however with the specifics I told him the performance was still above par. Picked up some HAWAIIAN DUTCH on my initial OTP (out the package) inspection will follow soon Happy with my experience will for sure send people this way in addition spread the word at the facility about the staff and inventory here. Suggestions : Brighten up the place. Might have been the weather however it's hard to see inside. Outside parking is a plus and easy to get to very clear and retail front has great curb appeal great modern looks not over done at all. No negative vibes off this place here, will be back

Disappointed to say the least. .Purchased a vaporizer that would not charge. Store deferred me to manufacturer, who requested a video of the product NOT working for which, if I am lucky enough to get a replacement, will take 2-4 weeks from WA state to WA state. Nice Christmas policy, eh? Also, the staff doesn't get commission. Know how I know this? Because the short time I spent in there I had to hear about it. Hey, guys - if you don't like your pay structure, please tell your boss, not the customer - we have our own problems. And smile to people over 30, please?

Some good bundle deals on cartridges and prerolls. Points for Budtender Joel. He listened to what I wanted, offered me some great choices, didn't rush me when I couldn't decide, and gave me back my twenty when I overpaid!

I love shopping at Green Theory. Every time I have a great experience and look forward to coming back. I usually stop by on my way home from work when it is fairly busy and they always seem to get me in and out quickly. My favorite sales person is Anthony. His knowledge of marijuana keeps me coming back. Thank you kicking butt.

This not only is a most accessible location (right in the heart of downtown Bellevue), but also a great set-up. There are more recreational stores closer to my work, but I choose to go here because not only for the quality of the product, but the prices and service too. From the moment I walk in, even if there is a wait (never too long), I don't feel like I am being ignored. Every mine there that has helped me is well versed in their knowledge of their product. I am very sensitive to strains (I get anxiety and have panic attacks if it's not the correct type), and they've always recommended and steered me in the right direction. When there's a deal to be had (especially if it's on something I was already buying), they've let me know, but never pressured me. And not to mention that they're open late, so I'm not rushing after work.

Green Theory has a classy, boutique feel which makes the shopping experience fun. The staff is unusually helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when they don't have my favorite strains in stock, I know I'll leave with something I'll enjoy.

I have been to almost every pot shop that has opened in the greater area, as the industry continues to develop, since it became legal. I went to Green Theory when it first opened and and to this day it is still my favorite go-to pot shop around. The staff is great, the selections continue to increase and grow in quality. Prices are competitive as they are constantly having great deals which allow the bargain smoker to still enjoy higher quality products. This shop definitely exceeds standards and continues to be innovative, well thought out and executed within the community. So that even your average casual smoker can learn and enjoy this new and wonderful lifestyle that is now legal. If you are looking for something great at a fair price, definitely visit you will be glad.
