There are so many reasons why Green Theory rocks, you will have to see for yourself to truly get the awesomeness. The best thing about GT though, is the staff. The staff is amazing, they are super friendly, remember you, and they really know their stuff. You can describe what you want, then what you have had with a similar effect, and not once have these guys failed to amaze me with fantastic recommendations on new strains. They have opened my eyes to a fabulous world, and have made me excited to try strains, with no fear of disappointment. Their selection in amazing, with RoyalTree, MiddleFork, Strawberry Cough, and more, Gabriel, good wax selection, tons of edibles, on and on and on. If you are in the Greater Seattle area, I highly recommend checking out Green Theory next chance you have. Take a few to talk to the staff and try one of their recommendations, you won't regret it.

I really love the Factoria green-theory location for a lot of reasons. They have a huge selection, the quality and options are awesome,and the deals are the best! I make a point to come to this shop, which is 15 to 20 minutes out of my way, because of how much I love Kelly and RJ. Every time I walk in the door and see Kelly she just puts a smile on my face instantly. And RJ has never steered me wrong and is always so on point with his recommendations and reviews. The staff can make or break anyone's expierence!!

Couldn't have asked for a better first time in a Recreational store! Such a beautiful layout and I was fortunate to have a funny guy named Dan help me out. Walked out with a great 1/8th of bud a reasonable price and was very happy with the smoke when I got home. Definitly would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable atmosphere to shop in.

I've been here three times so far, purchasing pre-rolled joints by Monkey Grass Farms, Zoots shots, and a Rif vape pen. I received friendly and informative service and was greatly pleased with these products. Green Theory now offers price-matching, making it overwhelmingly the best choice for Eastside buyers.

I came into this shop for the first time recently and its the first cannabis shop I've been to so I was a little nervous. I liked the vibe that the whole place gave off in general and the employees all seemed happy to help you with whatever it was you needed. I worked with Daniel on what I wanted and learned a lot about different kinds of strains and what to get for what you want. Daniel had a lot of knowledge to offer on the product and made me feel at home while inside the shop. Would definitely recommend coming back just because of that experience! Customer service is very important in this industry so that you know what you're getting, (highly) recommend this shop and their employees.

I went into this local retail pot shop for my first time and for the most part had a good experience minus the pricing (not out the door price). When I went in, I didn't have cash on hand and "Sean R" helped me and said that they accept card. My overall purchase (after state tax, local and excise tax) was $70.00. However, when I checked my bank to match my receipts when going through checks and balances, not only did THEY CHARGE $71.50 TO MY BANK (as an ATM fee, mind you and I did NOT use an ATM) but my bank charged me a $2.50 ATM BANK FEE. I was grateful that my bank had credited me back the $2.50 but WHAT THE HECK? do not come here. take the trek to renton, i go all the way to everett. these guys have some brands here that i have found in renton and everett. in Everett its $8.50 a gram, rentons is $10, green theory is a ridiculous $25-$40 per gram. ull save money even if u drive to everett. ridiculous. why is it like this? black market/everett/renton here we come. so stupid.

Nice shop, but the prices are outrageous. The selection is comparible to other shops, so I make the bit of a drive to Bothell to get the same product for half the price.

I really wanted to love this place, especially since they seem to have cool events and grower meet and greets. But we found the service to be really odd — like they just wanted to get us out of there and be done with us. (We were only there for 10 minutes, and most of it was first time visit browsing, so it’s not like we were wasting their time.) On top of that, the budtender wouldn’t give us the discount that was advertised on Leafly, despite the fact that the special is *still* listed here several days later. I’m sure they get a lot of Bellevue repeat customers because of their location, but they’re going to have to work a lot harder (and not engage in false advertising of their specials) if they want to get repeat business away from customer service-focused dispensaries on the Eastside.

I can always tell upon entering if a location feels clean or not. I could tell this store was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and greeted me with smiles. A woman budtender (I didn't catch her name) helped me find what I was looking for and helped me get the most bang for my buck within the budget I was willing to spend. I ended up walking out with my traditional Northern Lights (which came in an amazing glass jar) and some Plushberry. Great selection of indica for you indica fans like me. Prices were reasonable as well. Décor was on point.

I was incorrectly informed by a ill-trained employee about the return policy. I told her a wasn't sure that the cartridges they offer are the right size or would fit in the new vape pen I just bought. She assured me I could return it if it didn't fir right. I then returned 3 days later expecting to return it, because it didn't fit, but then was told by a manger that they don't do that. He gave me no refund but only a 20 percent discount. on my next purchase...that does not make up for the $45 I spent on that cartridge. I hope they train employees better in the future.

I asked for a hard hitting indica and the budtender pointed at the display case and said, "that's fire". He went right back to looking at his phone. Thanks dog, I'm sure it is. Never going back.

I've been in a lot of different stores and everyone has always so nice and helpful.....until I came here. The gentleman that helped me was very dismissive and not at all helpful (and I didn't like the stuff he recommended at all) I was also really disappointed that the prices don't include tax. I thought I was getting a decent deal until I was charged $33 for tax. this store seems to be more pricey than any of the stores too. I will not go back, there are too many better choices around here😊

I have purchased from green-theory many times, recently I choose to get some buds from this location despite the late hour and several (closer I might add) other options available. After pulling up 10 minutes before closing, we pulled up and parked. We saw a silver car stalled and were unsure about what they were doing. As we walked up to the store, inside were two female employees, one waving us off. Usually I spend a few hundred a visit, (never less than a $100 and this can be verified by my account with them) Even though we knew exactly what we wanted ~$250 and would have been in and out before their ACTUAL closing time. Will not make the mistake of coming here while those two are working this shop. While not my #1 I will still shop at the spring district’s shop

Unfriendly but knowledgable

This is my go-to shop! Autumn was my budtender & did an excellent job explaining the various items & specials. I've been to Green Theory 4x (whenever I fly into WA) & always have a great experience. Staff is helpful & fun to interact with. I also enjoy that there is a female budtender every time & that the wait time is minimal (plenty of staff on hand).

I specifically go out of my way to drive from Seattle to Bellevue to purchase from Joel at Green Theory. The selection is very good and its a warm and inviting environment. I like that Green Theory also offers glassware as well.

they are totally paranoid. their customer service policy is intimidation. there is no data privacy. just creepy.

As a regular customer here, I appreciate the kind bud-tenders and atmosphere! They have everything! When Kelly is there, she is always helpful in getting me exactly what I'm looking for! They have a great price range as well as selection.

Best store in Bellevue so far! Shoutout to chad as well! I stop by this store about 1-2 times a week and it’s very convenient and has great variety. Chad seems to be very knowledgeable and gets me in and out really quick!

My favorite shop by far. Classiest shop with and unbelievable selection and good prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Especially the ones with a background in medical. Ari is my guy, I always ask him for the best of the best and I've yet to be disappointed!

A nice shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices can be a little high for the retail market but that's expected with the Bellevue area. Good variety of different types of products.
