Green Stem Provisioning

Only an idiot would give this place a 5 star review. I'd give them 0 if they'd let me. This place is an amateur shit show. Orders online are "ready" super fast and then you sit and wait on the phone trying to get someone to come to the car. My order was for an 1/8 of live resin and they brought out a receipt with 1/8oz scratched out and 1gram hand written in its place and the price remained exactly the same. I had to point this out and they acted like it was normal and asked if I wanted a menu. Avoid these clowns.

Fast service, easy to order!

I am a frequent customer of Green Stem Provisioning in Niles, Michigan. For one their rewards points system is a plus. I cashed mine in the other day when short on money and left with over 200 dollars in free product. And it is ALWAYS QUALITY. Yesterday I went to pick up an online order and was running a little late for other engagements, they weren't that busy and for some reason skipped me and put me down as served and I hadn't yet been. I watched a few cars come and go before I called to inquire about the issue. They apologized profusely and the manager came out as my bud tender. They accommodated my every need and then comped me a pack of rolling papers, Bic lighter, and quality rolling tray with my order. But they always take care of me when I go to pick up my weekly orders. That's the reason I only go to Green Stem!

This is my favorite dispensary by far, though I haven’t been to many. These guys just keep me coming back. They have an amazing selection that is updated regularly and really reasonable prices compared to other dispensaries in the area I’ve looked at. Their curbside is amazing because I can pick up whenever I want, just call when I’m there. All the employees are so freaking nice. Last time I was there I had a dude by the name of Zach Couch and I he was the freaking bomb. Seriously fabulous customer service. HIGHLY recommend (pun or no pun intended)

Zac Couch helped with my order and delivered great service!!! I’ve been buying from this place since they opened and won’t go to any other dispensaries in the area. GS has the best prices hands down.

Travis was my budtender today and was super helpful answering questions I had about a particular vape pen issue I was having. I appreciated the time he took to help me out!

I liked that I could order online. It took them no time to have the order ready. When I arrived, I could tell that they were extremely busy. We did have to wait for a little bit, however, it was totally worth it. Our budtender was Shane. He was extremely helpful and told me about the rewards program. I ended up getting 15% off of my entire order being a first time customer. A huge plus. I left very satisfied. So satisfied I went back the next day and bought even more! My budtender the next was Zach, who was also just as nice and helpful as Shane. Great customer service. The rewards program is definitely worth looking into. After 2 visits I have enough points for almost 50 dollars off my next order if I choose to use them. 10 out of 5 stars!

I've visited several of the dispensaries in Niles and Buchanan. They're all good, but this dispensary honestly is the best one so far. Their recreational menu is huge compared to any other dispensary in the area. And they gave me 15% off for my first visit. I got an Element brand cured resin worth $90 bucks for around $68 after the discount. My budtender, Mr. Couch was very helpful. I didn't have to wait very long at all for the curside delivery. Definitely my new favorite in the area.

all the staff was very friendly and welcoming ! this was my first trip to a dispensary alone, i just turned 21 & i think they could tell that i was a lil nervous so they placed me with a female bud tender which i greatly appreciated <3 (us girls gotta stick together) i am more than satisfied with the product i received & the experience itself was a great one !

First time coming. Ordered ahead online and once I arrived the service was fast. Very polite staff. lovely to talk to. Easy to find building as well. Will be coming again!

This was my first time here and stood out from other dispensaries. The staff was incredibly helpful; I had Leo helping me, and took the time to listen and understand what I needed and provided tons of helpful information. Despite the long line he took his time with me and I never felt rushed (thank you Leo!). I will definitely be back!

Went for 1st time today and was a great place. Price had tax included so knew what cost was right away. Cant wait till you can go inside.

The people are cautious about the virus and they have way better price then the releaf center. Releaf center is trash for not answering calls and price gouging when opening, don't support that. Come here you won't be disappointed.

Nice place to pull up and get right. If it’s your 1st time the process is A bit confusing. But they answer any questions. Ordered curbside And waited about 30 mins. Product is fire with a decent collection. Service was good & I was appreciative cuz it was hot Af outside.

Excellent staff, Noah was a huge help in pointing me in the direction of what I was looking for. As a life long avid cannabis user I can honestly say I am extremely impressed with the quality! A little high priced, but worth every penny no doubt
