This place is huge and CLEAN! Other places are cramped or have people bumping into each other. Good prices on most stuff. Dank weed. best budtender ever! Giant friendly guy funny, genuine, wasn't pushy or trying to just sell stuff and was SUPER knowledgeable. 10/10 Would do again!

Tried this location this past weekend, and had a pretty seamless and pleasant experience. Checked out the menu, selected and pre-ordered my goodies, received a text alert with-in 15 minutes that it was ready. Headed over and called the curbside number when I arrived to let them know I was there. There was a few people before me, but it only took a total of 15-20 minutes from arrival to get my stuff, and be on my way. Staff was really friendly and informative. Extremely happy with the products quality too. Can’t wait to come back!

I got to the parking lot after I placed my order online and the costumer service was fast and friendly. The flower itself was of a great quality. My go to place in Niles now.

Wonderful customer service, as a first time customer, they were very patient with me as I was traveling, and unsure of parking, nearby ATM’s and such. Great variety and prices! First off I'd like to say Thanks to the Budtenders and staff risking their health and their families health to supply our needs. Hope we all have enough class to tip these folks. Even though the prices are high the people serving you don't set them.

These guys are doing a very good job, since moving back from California, I've been looking for a dispensary that gets it. Their menu is accurate and complete and the staff are happy to offer recommendations. Can't wait to see the deals start to roll through, like BOGOs and loyalty points!

Best place in Niles. Online ordering, from their website, is phenomenal. Prices are great. I use GS pricing as a baseline against other dispensaries. Budtenders are the best around. Always seem glad to see you, even if not. Very professional. Get texts for your spot in line, curbside pickup. With all businesses right now, speed could be improved. Not really GS fault as all curbside & drive throughs are all understaffed. Only real down side is they tend to run out of the Wana exotic yuzu gummies to often & forces me to go to competitors, which usually have plenty of stock due to higher prices & piss poor customer service.

Great people great place I love putting my money in family owned business coming from someone that has family that has a family owned business. Anyway Great deals and specials all the time everything is great will be back!

Staff is friendly and professional... but often the the thc level of the cartridges is mislabeled on leafly. Call ahead and make sure its right before you buy.

The people at Green Stem are very efficient and friendly, and will help you in any way they can to get you what you need. Even going during the busy, busy days; you're not going to wait a super long time. I honestly haven't tried any other places in the area yet, because it's just too damn easy and worthwhile to go here.

Zach C was super helpful. It was raining and cold when we visited and he had a great attitude while using curbside. He also made sure we got what we needed and that we knew everything we needed to about the products. 10/10 would recommend
