Keep looking! The house product looks and tastes like it was processed by shedding monkeys. Everything is over priced, even the merchandise. Go literally anywhere else.

Ive been buying the Discount half Ozs weekly for months. The Jilly Bean I got yesterday looks/smokes waaay off. This happened a year and a half ago when I bought Queen Mother Goji from you that was very chemically and unsmokable. None of my friends would take it for free. I dont mind when the discount bud is shake but twice now ive been concerned for my health. This weed literally went straight into the trash.

As a Seattleite away from home the first day the shops opened, I was glad to show my solidarity in absentia by making my first OTC purchase here. Learned in the waiting room (?!) that it would be an hour sometimes, but I had less than five minutes to wait. Nice selection, no edibles available per local law (didn't want any, but FYI) nice staff. The weird check point window, but whatever.

Usually I like this dispensary, but recently I ordered some Dixie Elixir. I was given the wrong flavors, not sure if they had to substitute cause they didn't say a word. hard to have a Root Beer float with iced tea/lemonade 😠😡🤬 just tell your customers when your out of something

Usually it's a good experience but this last experience outweighs the others. I placed an online order, didn't receive any updates. So I called it was ready but I was unaware of this. Then I get there get in line, the only person in line. A couple comes in as a walk in after me but get served first. Then another online order customer comes after me and gets served first then finally another walk in customer comes in after me and gets served first. Finally make it to the line pay and get to my car to find out that I just paid $35 for an Eighth of shake. Truly disappointed.
