Green Dragon - Fort Collins (REC)

I used to shop at Choice all the time, loved that place. It’s been really sad to see what Green Dragon has done. Super dry flower with little taste. I’ve tried several of their strains at different price points… all the same tired dry pot that has little potency. I really did try to give them a chance, but tonight when I went in, no social distancing, super loud conversation going on all around made it difficult to hear bud tender or for them to hear me, was made to wait in the retail line even though I had a leafly order and told them. The place has gone down hill, it’s sad because I really liked the people there. :-(

I've been to this shop a few times now. The staff is always nice & helpful, I'm pretty sure I've always had same budtender when I go. I've never had a bad stain from here. Sometimes the wait is a little much but if you get there kinda early you can get in & out pretty quick.

This was a very different experience compared to my previous experiences at dispensaries. The businesses that I've been to before have always had security guards at the entrance, which made things a bit uncomfortable. This place had a minimal amount of security, but not something overwhelming making you feel like you're doing something wrong. It seemed like entering a medical office, except that when you walk in the door, you are instructed by a picture on the wall that left is for recreation and right is for medicinal. They have a very limited amount of edibles...as in only capsules that you can take before a meal...no brownies, cookies, candies, etc... If you like, you may email your opinion on edibles to bocc@co.larimer.co.us The donations are $20/gram or $60/eighth. When I went, they had a far better selection than the places I have been in Boulder/Denver. Overall, good experience; however, I look forward to others entering the marketplace so the prices are more competitive.

The best dispensary!! The only one I go to!! They have the best prices, the best bid tenders and their product is always the best tasting and looking!

Unprofessional and arrogant. Visited tonight and was turned away. I arrived at 7:30 pm and was told the customers already in line needed to be served (there were about 10 people in front of me) and was very rudely told I wouldn't be served. I asked if they were still open until 8:00 pm, and the lady told me yes but that's when they leave not how long they actually serve people. Let's not forget how they treated their customers on 4/20. They decided to close that day and neglected to tell anyone. No sign on the door, nothing on their website, and didn't update their phone message. They had 50 customers waiting in line for hours and all for nothing. They are taking advantage of the limited choices in the Fort Collins area, and when there are more rec choices they will be exposed for the poor service and unprofessional attitude.

I have been to Choice Organics many times, but I recently had a expenience with there bud-tender Chad. He was so nice and very helpful. He had some great suggestion and really knew what he was talking about. I took him up on some of his suggestions and they were awsome. Chad was super friendly and kind. He made my experience great and I will be back for sure. If you go to Choice Organics, I hope you will have Chad as your bud-tender. He will have some great suggestions for you. I have been to plenty of dispensarys in different states by far is choice the cleanest,safest, good for you smoke. Also became my home dispensary this place is quality and cheaper by the quantity the perks amazing and I'm always happy I gladly pay for the Willie Nelson products and let's hope they strike a deal with Mike Tyson farm's and this place will be a knockout! My favorite dispensary I’ve been to. Went on 420 and got the deal for the $50 1/2, the weed is super good and very obviously grown and cured right. The service was excellent even when they were crazy busy. I will definitely be returning

Used to have a nice lobby with decoration and displays, now it is a blank room with a prison like feel. Hopefully they are working on it because I think it really adds to the shopping experience. Have done a few online orders for pickup and they have been correct and quick transactions. People were generally friendly and I have no complaints there! Flower is decent but definitely dry at not of the quality of what I’ve gotten around Denver even. Decent prices, would recommend if its a convenient trip for you.

What a great place! Especially compared to my previous experience at a kind of sketchy, cramped Denver shop. Everyone was super friendly, from other customers in the waiting room to the employees. I left with my day made better, and not just because of what I had received. There are some downfalls, but I think that they are all due to county crap and it being one of the only shops in NoCo. Once the donations are more competitive, you can get more at a time, and edibles are available then everything would be fantastic.

First off, the bud tenders here were fantastic. No complaints from a costumer service point of view. But after shopping with Choice Organics since legalization, I won't be coming back too this location anytime soon. After buying nearly 2 ozs at various price points, I've given up hope that Green Dragon can provide me with anything beyond bottom of the barrel quality 'Mids'. Over dry, prepackaged 8ths with no flavor and a nonexistant high that just transitions into a shitty headache in about an hour. Sad to see Choice get replaced by this. Cannot speak on concentrate or distillate selection, as I have not re-upped on those since before the store changed hands. IMO, your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

There was a greater variety of flower this time which I liked. Always friendly. Never had a bad experience.

I have been coming here since it was a tiny little shop. I have always been more than happy with the quality and service. As of lately that has changed. The service is slow, the gentleman that does most of the Leafly orders is very unfriendly and always seems like he is overwhelmed. I cashed in the last of my rewards today and won't be back for a while. 😒
