I don’t mind deliveries being late but they never notified me and when I contacted their support they acted like I was being ridiculous for asking when my order would be delivered (this is when the original time frame was noon-1:30 pm and it was already 1:45 pm and I had received no update) and then they told me it would be 30-45 minutes late. As 2 rolled around, I got a notification that it had been picked up and would arrive at 3:17 pm so I prompted cancelled the order. As an apology they offered 20% off my next order, like there would be a next time?!?

I utilized their delivery service. It's awesome! I received exactly what I order and my scheduled delivery came right on time. The delivery driver was very friendly too! I had a problem with the battery I received, but the grassdoor representative I chatted with, his name was Sam, immediately helped me and resolved the problem. I definitely recommend grassdoor.
