Grassdoor - Delivery

I really like the Grassdoor service. Today I got great help from Joel who hooked me up with info about products I might like. Delivery service is great too. Am repeat customer.

Joel was extremely helpful in assisting with what I need. Definitely will be ordering with them again.

it's been over for hours and still haven't received anything,I can't get ahold of them to see what's up, they won't answer their texts or their live chat on Weedmaps! I WILL NOT use then again, especially when they say their ETA is 30-60 minutes!

Grassdoor is super easy to order from, I love that they come to my door. The taxes/ fees are pretty high but usually comes out cheaper than the other place I was going to. Customer service is helpful both Sammy and Joel helped me out when my order was wrong and got it taken care of quickly. Good products and quick delivery

My all time favorite store for medicine of this kind. Harry did a great job helping me. I recommend the Pro Tabs (THC Pills).

I have had a few issues with delivery but product is great. Gisela helped me resolve this and I appreciate it. Customers should always be happy. That’s what keeps bringing me back.

Delivery is good, mostly deliveries are always on time. Service is really good. Gave me a replacement of vape when it stopped working. Customer support is always good, almost all of the customer support guys are good, Joel is great guy, listens to your queries and gives you proper solutions.

Sammy is the best I'll start off right there grass door has the greatest 100% live agent customer support if you need it. They have the greatest selection of wax, flower, pre-rolls and accessories. They have an ASAP menu that gets to you within 90 minutes or scheduled menu for more convenience. Sammy put me up on a tip that helped me with the promotion they have great first time deals and even drop me a $20 credit for my birthday in September. Restores the best delivery service there is and Sammy is the man please give my dude a raise!

I only shop here and at one other shop, but only when they have a certain strain available. Grassdoor is my go to as they have amazing strains/brands and products…with really good prices! Grassdoor.com has been amazing! All of their products are fresh and great tasting! I do have to say that anytime I have an issue EVERYONE in the customer SUPPORT team is so awesome... especially Harry! Harry is very professional and very knowledgeable on all of their products.

love Grassdoor! The delivery is so quick, they have an awesome selection, and I’ve discovered new awesome products and some of my favorite brands because of them. I’ve literally never had an issue with the delivery service until today, it took a while to show my order was picked up but it was beacuse the driver had more trips more my order can be picked up . I reached out to support because I wanted to confirm my order will get picked up soon and not get left for late since they close at 9:30 , and Sam quickly initiated a confirmation for me. It was so helpful and so nice, because I was really excited about my delivery hopefully my order comes soon thanks grassdoor !
