Well, I purchased an online order about a week ago. I just randomly received a text a week later to rate my experience so I will. I've been here several times so this particular order as I stated I'd order online, got there and of course what I order wasn't in stock my issue is just update your menu but that's too much like right! I've been here several times because I believe s*** happens its not their fault but some s** just normal I guess and in this case its normal to may not have what is noted on their menu.

I went in last week and a weedsmith named josh helped a guy who just got robbed find the best deals and helped him afford what he needed put of hia pocket. I was impressed to say the least. Good place and honest people.

Was weird not seeing someone upfront , they have the staff doing security as well which threw me off. But nonetheless it was a cool time

Went in tonight and the staff was VERY peppy. Eager to please for sure. Josh (the owner? also the Weed Ninja) helped us out when my boyfriend went in to pick up some RSO and didn't know weed enough to know whether or not a substitution they had to make (they were out of OG Kush, swapped it for Purple Kush) would still work for the chronic pain patient we were picking it up for. There were things here and there that felt... odd? Like, the RSO I've gotten from other places never had stickers on them saying they were "for inhalation only." But they were explained to me in a way that made sense; maybe laws are just different in Seattle than in Renton. Definitely what seemed to be the case. Either way, we walked out with what we needed thanks to Josh's help, and at the end of the day that's what matters. I'll definitely be going in with my boyfriend for the next pickup order though, lol.

Josh is really knowledgeable about good edibles and can point you in the direction of good bargains. hes also super personable.

Been coming here for a few weeks now, very comfortable store with good location. Been helped by several budtenders and Matt was very pleasant to talk to.

This place is awesome, went in looking for concentrate and found they had the best deals around on top shelf items. Josh was a very knowledgeable bud tender and helped me find some afgoo from Oleum that blow my socks off. Will definitely return.

This place has some of the best customer service hands down out of places I’ve been plus your prices are hard too match great deals got helped by Rachel the last time there and she was terrific. Already recommend this place to my friends

I was looking for some high doses of cbd and was pleasantly surprised that they had 250mg 500mg and 1000mg w multiple brands. Ranging from 20$-90$ but much more bang for ur buck. Thanks to Rachael and all the great people at Grass and glass I can manage my pain at a responsible price. Check these guys out.
