The security guy was really nice and polite. There were two shop keepers. The girl who did NOT help me actually seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who "helped" me was fairly rude and could not answer ANY of my questions. I saw him "help" two other peopel with the same results. He wouldn't/couldn't answer any questions, he just kept saying "Uh..........you could like..............look it up on leafly." He had next to no product knowledge. He basically just wandered around the store reading the backs of labels to me. In the end I asked for LA Confidential and he sold me OG Presidential Kush instead. So in short, the shopkeeper was rude and sold me the wrong strain. I will definitely try other places before I come back here.

Seems like nice enough folks but the prices are unacceptable. Of course There's the tax issues but the grower pays 25%, the distributer pays 25% and the retailer pays 25%. But by the time the retail customer pays $33/g, that equals about $15,000/lb versus the $2000/lb played by the retailer. Unfortunately, I can get the same great product for $15-$20 a gram at other shops. This might not be the best time to try to the "Starbucks" of recreational weed. Also, since when is it appropriate to remove all critical reviews?

Very clean layout and helpful staff. Large selection and competitive prices. I would suggest a Veterans discount though :-)

Good variety and decent prices. No complaints about product quality or pricing. Employees are a little pushy and less knowledgable compared to other shops i've been to. When I went today, they used a metal detactor and also patted me down. It was unplrasant enough to make me not want to go back. I'll drive a little further in the future to be treated like a customer and not a threat.

Very well stocked, friendly, knowledgable and engaging staff, great variety and prices as good as I've seen. I'll definitely be back.

I am a complete newb to all of this. My entire pot smoking experience amounts to not more than a couple Juju joints. I went to Grass not really knowing what to look for, but I knew what to ask for. The sales clerk, a lovely young woman with an Eastern European accent (?) gave me a few recommendations (and the one I ended up getting was very good, Time Wreck) - I made it clear that I didn't know anything, nor did I have any accoutrements for this activity. I bought a cool glass pipe, she said I could break the buds apart with my fingers or use an old coffee bean grinder. Will definitely be back!

So, I've been coming here for a while now, and it seems like every time I go in, there's a completely different staff, and the entire store is shuffled around. This particular time, I went in and wanted to grab some edibles. They did not have the particular blend I was looking for, and everything on the shelves that I was familiar with had gone up by nearly twenty dollars. I got some advice from the woman behind the counter, and ended up with a tincture that was close enough to what I was looking for. I figured it was going to be 40, given that the sticky notes that they were utilizing for prices in the case it was in stated it as such. It turned out to be 25.00. Here I realized that the woman was brand new, and she took my ID for the 2nd time, and proceeded to misgender me. The experienced guy there (who looked like the stoner kid at Princeton from Harold and Kumar) helped her out, and also suggested another sort of edible, a pixie stick like dust. Considering I expected my purchase to be far more expensive, I picked up that stuff too. If I had another option nearby, I'd try frequenting them.

I used to come here a lot, but now they will not accept any form of identification except a WA State drivers license. They will not accept valid Passports or Passport cards and refused my business. They insist on scanning a license through a reader which tracks all personal information on the license. The people who work here don't seem to be interested in giving valuable information or keeping customers happy. It's always felt like they couldn't be bothered and just wanted everyone to leave them alone. The products here are mediocre and the prices middle of the road. There are far friendlier and better stocked stores nearby.

I'm a disabled combat veteran, and I have no idea what I'm doing. The staff here was excellent! They explained everything to me, and included a clinic on best ways to smoke and pain management. What a change from the V.A. -- the folks at Grass really made an effort to help me, and I was just some customer. Thank you all.

This was one of the best environments I have walked into for a rec shop! Right away I was greeted by smiling employees, they made friendly conversation and seemed to actually enjoy their lives lol. I was helped by all of the employees, all knowledgable and educated. Even asking them what sold the most, they were all on the same page, and I felt confident with my purchase by how I was treated and talked to! Highly recommended!! HUGE SELECTION OF SMOKE WEAR! Lots of cool stuff. Tell them EVAN206 sent ya!

The people working are very knowledgeable and the store itself looks great. I went in to buy a Juju Joint vaporizer for $70 and I was told it last for 150 puffs (1 puff is 2-3 second inhale). However mine died after maybe 50 puffs, and it barely gets you a buzz. I'm sure the flowers are good quality but I will never buy a gimmicky product from here again.

Great place, right down from the highway, an since I live far that works very well for me. they're also pretty close to the golf course if your in to that kinda ⚔ . Most of all the help is great. very positive feedback with a non-judgmental outlook.

Nice store, lots of choice and people available to help. Jamie was a cool dude who helped me find some nice buds (cherry pie) . prices are easy because there is no more tax math to do.

Every time I have been here they have been super helpful. the budtenders are not only nice, but knowledgeable. this has made every visit way easier. thanks for all your help guys!!!

Prices ranged from pretty reasonable to pretty unreasonable, but the product they had for cheap was still very good. Was helped by a guy with a shaved head who was AWESOME in helping me get what I needed.

Nice place somewhat better prices than some others. Friendly people and lots of parking. I will be back

Excellent customer service. Staff seems totally knowledgable on all products and willing to help you find what's right for you. Great selection of buds and concentrates.
