They have a great selection of different types of marijuana however the security guard the older gentleman now works in the parking lot for the medical patients is very rude to to him and his attitude I will no longer be returning to the facility Today is December 20th 2019 he was working outside with another skinny young guy he was extremely rude. I used to come all the time now I won't be returning

As a first time customer my experience was simple and easy. Staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The packaging was great! Look forward to going back soon. And the strains I purchased was great!

My first time visiting GC as a medical patient and my overall experience was positive. Front desk and budtender both very nice and informative. Impressive amount of strains! Came here to get Flo because NETA has been out of it for a while and the last time I got it there it was terrible. Very impressed with their Flo – huge buds, well cured, amazing smell, and truly unlike any Flo I've seen from NETA. It was pre-packed, but just a week ago, so it was nice and fresh. A++ on that! I also got a gram of Ingrid and a gram of Church. Both were pretty dry and not impressive in regards to look or smell. Also pre-packed, but back in January and the container did not have a boveda pack. That surprised me because of the effort they put into patient education about how flower should look, smell, and taste. Overall a it was a positive experience and worth the trip (for the Flo and new patient discount alone) from Northampton. Probably will only return if I am in the area or am looking to get Flo specifically.

Picked up some Lavender, Blue Dream and Hindu Kush. Super easy parking and sale for this med customer. Let right in, nobody in med line, in and out in 3 minutes. The Hindu Kush is loaded with trichromes

Every time I buy preroll here, they are clearly less than the advertised gram AND they very rarely smoke evenly or even allow you to pull. All in all, not worth ever going back it has happened multiple times. The staff is friendly sure, but if I spend 40 bucks on weed I want to be able to smoke it. Pass on Good Chem if you know what’s good for you.

I have visited this particular location a few times. I made it a point to not go back. However, my visit on 9/18/2019 was by far the best experience I have Ever had with the customer service/ front line staff. Both Shamari and Oscar were engaging as well as informative. The selection of course was great but it was that particular interaction that ensured I would return. Prior experiences were very lackluster and felt contrived, they changed my mind and I'm appreciative. Now I can enjoy good product closer to home.
